    NRVPC
Our ongoing relationship with NRVPC is key to the success of our organization. NRVPC staff are always professional and at the ready. They treat every one of my concerns as if it was their top priority. They work within our time and budget constraints and bring together that rare combination of swift technical knowledge and patience for the people who are using it. Bottom line - NRVPC lets me do my job without worrying about the tech behind it.

Kyle Ford arrived early, and hears my concerns. He went to work and cleaned up the computer. He installed two free programs to help keep the unit running efficiently. Kyle helped me understand the operation of my Mac. He kept his instructions simple and clear. Mobile PC Solutions is an excellent resource. Thank you, Kyle.

I have used Paul for years.  I know very little about computers and when I have a problem, I call him and he comes and fixes it, period.  I totally trust him and have referred him to two friends who are equally thrilled with his service.  I have never called him for an issue which he didn't resolve.  I think it's wonderful that he comes to my home and I don't have to pack up the computer and take it somewhere and wait for days...or weeks.  One and done...that's Paul Short.

Erik was able to retrieve the data (whew!) despite several issues with the hard drive that made it really hard for him to extract the data.  While the computer ultimately was not save-able (it was time for a new one anyway), I was able to get all of my photos and files back on an external drive. The price listed above was for service plus the cost of the drive. Soooo happy!  :-)

    Company very flexible with scheduling.
Once it began, the technician explained what they were doing and why computer was slowing down.  As she worked she kept me informed.
The computer has gotten faster and I thank this company. I would use them again.

Not well. I used this company in the past and recommended to everyone I knew. This time, I called in the a.m. to make sure they could check out my computer that day because I was leaving on a business trip the next a.m. They said to bring it right in, which I did. I didn't get a call until about 4:30 that afternoon from their technician saying it was taken apart and would not be ready, also informed me it was overheating and needed to be repaired. I needed it that night, so he pieced it together, charged me for the tune-up and told me to bring it back to finish up when I returned. I did. He charged me $99 again because it was a separate service call for the tune-up which I didn't think was fair. He also did not fix the over-heating problem because he said I declined it, which was not true. He was also extremely unfriendly, not good brand stewardship. Especially for a company named Friendly. Owner of the company was gracious and did agree to have me come back in and have it taken care of, but I honestly don't trust that technician with my laptop. I was charged twice for one tune-up and the other issue was not considered because the technician was just so awkward. I hope they can clean that up because I used to love this little mom and pop shop.

We met Andy Livingstone when we attended one of his basic computer courses at our local Community Center. At that time we asked if he  made home visits and since he did we made two appointments at our home with him and have now scheduled a third..The two earlier appointments went very well and Andy was very helpful. We had many questions since we are not very tech savvy, and he was able to give us some tips for the future and ways to avoid these problems. Andy is especially good with older people and people unfamiliar with the latest in computer technology. He was very pleasant and easy to work with..and I have given his name to others and will continue to do so.  We are very pleased that we found out about Andy's services as working with him has been very helpful to my husband and myself as we depend on our computer and tech gadgets a lot and are relieved to know there is someone we can call on to answer questions or when we need additional help..

The service went okay. The technician did good work but he only spent a half hour on the job. He told me he had better things to do with his time instead of waiting for the computer to reboot. I feel like he should have stayed for the hour I paid for to make things were going the way they should. He had poor customer service. He was supposed to check on a bigger hard drive for me but never got back to me. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

They are helpful and they'll give you their suggestions. They are knowledgeable and helpful. We lost our data and went in there. They tried to retrieve the lost data, but they were not able to retrieve any. Then they sent it out to another place in Colorado and that was going to be $499, but that was refunded because they couldn't do it.

    Dallas Smith - Tech Doctor
Our business had just changed from Windstream over to Comcast for our phone and internet service. The Comcast installation and equipment was terrible. We had significant connectivity issues, and had our entire network within the office disrupted. We called Dallas and despite the massive snow storm that hit the region, he was able to be in our office the following morning at 8 am. Dallas brought a new router that worked much better than the system Comcast had installed and solved our connectivity issues. Dallas also was able to quickly reconnect the network and allow our business to be up and running very quickly. We will be using him for all of our future IT needs. Extremely punctual, great communication throughout, and extraordinarily knowledgeable on all things related to the IT services. Wish you could give an A+ on Angie's List, because he really was very good. Couldn't recommend him higher if you need any IT assistance!
