    Quick Remodels LLC
Ive used Quick Remodels for three remodeling projects (basement, two bathrooms) at my rental property and two remodeling projects at my home (kitchen and master bathroom). We have been so impressed with their work. Time and time again, I count on Santiago and his team for any and all projects from handyman projects to complete remodels. Santiago was great at listening to our plans and was able to anticipate problems or issues and came up with creative solutions to avoid delays. The projects were completed on time and on budget. Their team went out of their way to make sure the work was completed on time. Santiago is easy to contact and responds quickly. The quality of work is superb and weve received many compliments about our kitchen and bath from neighbors, friends and family. We highly recommend Quick Remodels for projects and will continue to utilize them in the future.

D&D Siding And Roofing Specialist Inc
We had been wanting to add some decks and a screened porch to the back of our house for many years. Countless stories from friends about horrible contractor experiences was a big reason it took us so long to do this. It just seemed that so many contractors either do poor work or are just unreliable. I've heard so many horror stories I was dreading the process and expected more of the same. But with D&D its exactly the opposite and I couldn't be happier with the results. We first heard of D&D after finding them here on Angies List. Earlier this year they replaced a window and did some repair work to some siding. I was so happy with their work that I went to their site [*** Link removed ***] and saw that they did so much more than roofing and siding. We were looking to add a screened in porch and deck. This is a much bigger job than the first but since things went so smoothly I figured they would be worth going with on a more involved project. Dale came out to our house numerous times over the spring and summer to work with us. Initially we just had only a vague idea at best of what we wanted and he helped us look at all the possibilities to help us figure it all out. He explained to us how for a little more we could turn the screened porch into a four season room (a sunroom basically) with its own HVAC system. I had never even known we could do this and it made so much more sense. The room has these huge windows where half is screened and slides over horizontally allowing a larger amount of air flow. In warmer weather it'll be like a screened porch but if its too hot (or cold) the room can still be used by closing the windows and turning on the heat or A/C. Its a great option. We eventually decided on this kind of sunroom/porch with an attached deck, a smaller deck off our existing sunroom and a small landing and steps off one of our back doors. Scheduling was perfect. Once the work started, the team was there every day. There was no funny business with saying they would be there and not show up. Two of the main carpenters often worked past dark. I didn't particularly care for such long days for them but they would want to get to a certain point and wouldn't stop early just because it was 5 or 6pm. They are extremely dedicated and hard working professionals. The team was always professional and polite. After being around for 6 weeks you get to know the workers a little and they are just naturally nice people to work with. Great down to earth guys that take pride in their work. Speaking of having pride in your work...I have had new homes built in the past and with new construction there are always things that aren't done perfectly. Thats to be expected; no one is perfect. But sometimes quality suffers and even poor work will be done with hopes that its not caught. Not so with D&D. I have now had time to use my newly constructed areas and can't find anything like this at all and I've looked close. Everything is perfect. The level of craftsmanship is above anything I've ever had done before by any home builder. Its impeccable. The last important thing to mention is that no home improvement job of this scale usually goes without there being some changes or misunderstandings in what is to be done. Maybe its selections on color or materials or the way things are thought to have been agreed on being done. There is both art and science at play in constructing something functional and visually pleasing. The important thing is how does the contractor work through these issues if and when they occur? We had a couple of miscommunications on both sides and they worked with us to reach a good resolution. They are kind and easy people to work with. When you have this level of professionalism towards customer service and quality, you have a winning combination; its as simple as that. You can't go wrong going with D&D. They will be my contractor for all jobs large and small going forward.

    Capitol Kitchen & Bath
Absolutely a wonderful experience!  I cannot say enough good things about Javier who is the big boss at the business.  I wish all my contractors were like him.  He is the true definition of "customer-friendliness." He cares about the quality of his work and wants to do everything to the satisfaction of the customer at all costs.  I had an old kitchen built in 1983, with an electric stove and some extra walls built around a structural column.  His people gutted out the whole kitchen and drew a gas line and hid the column inside the cabinets so that the look and the feel of the kitchen completely changes. Everyone who has seen the new kitchen have fallen IN LOVE with it! The master bath also looks gorgeous with a new frameless shower door and a new double-vanity and new lighting.  The hardwood floor looks GORGEOUS; absolutely beautiful!  I kept adding to the things I asked Javier's team to do, and I never got anything but a "yes" accompanied with smile.  The tone that Javier sets in his company has rippled down through all his team from sales to design to construction. They all care about customer satisfaction.  It was a pleasure to work with Cemmy and Orlando, who were very professional and intent on doing things to satisfy my needs and desires.  And all of this at a very reasonable price!  I cannot find enough words to say how happy I was with their work, how much I enjoyed interacting with them.  They changed  the awful headache of a renovation project to a pleasurable task of creating something special that made the whole project a lot of fun!  I recommend them wholeheartedly and look forward to the next opportunity to use them again!

    HCC Remodeling
HCC sent two handymen to complete the work.  Everything went very well.  One of the handymen swapped out the storm door and installed the new lock in the front door while the second technician, Greg Wilson, did the remaining work.  Service exceed expectations.  Am scheduling additional work from this company.

    LV Electric LLC
LV Electric did an outstanding job.  I had another electrician work at my home the previous day, and he took much longer than expected (paid by the hour!) and broke a vintage light fixture which was a match for a second pendant I also wanted installed.  LV worked the next day and I had yet another electrical company do some work at the same time (LV worked in my kennel and barn while the other worked in the house).  The other company told me that there were too many code violations and that they would have to give me an estimate and come back the next day while LV achieved everything on the list.  The only one of the three to accomplish a large list in only two hours.  He also indicated that he would match any other price I received for subsequent work.  I will definitely use LV Electric again.

    LTB Properties LLC
The guy was absolutely fantastic.  I would highly recommend him.  I cannot talk enough about him, his workers, their cleanliness and their cooperation.  They came in and worked for me to do the home improvement stuff.  Scott Church is the manager and the owner of the company.  I had a multitude of things done.  They handled the painting for me because it was a little too much for my age and my daughter was down in Virginia.  I was even working with him for the estimates and asking for stuffs like crown molding and chair rail in the dining room.  He could work with me and give me ideas cost wise so that I knew if it was feasible or not right away.  It wasn’t that I had to wait and find out whether it was totally out of scope.  His interaction with me was fantastic.  He was always there.  The workers were clean and hard working.  They were very nice because being older and going in and out and having somebody in the house was difficult, but they made it easy.  They moved furniture for me because they knew I couldn’t.  They were really terrific.  Their price was very fair.  I spent about $25000 to $30000 in total.  There wasn’t anything I had a problem with.  If they weren’t going to come in, they used to let me know why they weren’t going to come in.  The communication with them was terrific.  In all the years of having things done in my house I’ve had some good people, but I’ve never worked with anybody in all avenues so terrifically.  People waved about the work that they did.  It helped me turn around and sell my house within days in a bad economy.  I would use them again in the future if need be.

It took about three times for them to come out since they needed to coordinate with a roofing company to install the attic fan. Job well done, I just think they could have done a better job communicating with me when they needed to reschedule rather than me just waiting around.
