    Dr. Finley's Family Eyecare-Vision Source
I'm a repeat customer.  I hadn't had my vision checked in two years.  I managed to get an appointment  the same day I contacted the office.
The staff were friendly and professional.  Everything went smoothly.  Did I mention I was a repeat customer?
    Just needed a new prescription.

    Kaiser Permanente
It's a HMO. We have all our doctors there. I fix my appointments online. It's convenient to have all the doctors in one location. Their pricing and the fact that it's pretty easy to get an appointment is easy and I can get in there pretty much the same day. Sometimes we have to wait a little longer but they are very good.

    Clary Eye Associates, PLLC
Dr. Clary is the best. She takes her time throughout the exam and discusses the results with you. The staff is extremely professional as well. From the time you walk in to the time you leave you are not only given 100% of their attention but they make you feel like family as well. I would definitely recommend this practice to all of my family and friends.

The visit with the doctor went well-I felt the exam was thorough and the doctor was friendly, but professional. The staff that assisted me with frame selection was helpful. My only concern was the expense --seemed higher than other optical providers.

    Lifetime Vision and Contacts
I had been to Dr. Culp before, but like other people, I stopped going to him because of his wife,Bonnie, who manages the office. Dr. Culp himself, is very knowledgeable and personable. They are now in a new office and I decided to give it another try. The office staff was okay, but I don't think they were very knowledgeable, especially about insurance. I had two insurances and Bonnie explained about the coverage for each. I told her I thought she was wrong with her explanation of the secondary, as I had called them myself before going. She said they had told me the wrong thing and I would have to pay up front for the contacts. She said she would call the secondary insurance company when she had time, but it would be a few weeks because they were short staffed.
She never called them and never submitted for reimbursement to the original company , so I had no EOB form to give to the secondary company. I therefore, ended up paying for the contacts myself.
A few days after I had the contacts, I had trouble getting one out and poked my eye. The white of my eye completely filled up with blood and I didn't know whether the contact was still in my eye or not. It was late on a Friday afternoon and I called the emergency number and left a message. Nobody got back to me so I went to my ophthamologist late that afternoon and was taken care of. The following Tuesday afternoon Dr. Culp called back about the emergency. I told him the call was from the previous week. He didn't seem to know what happened there. I just know I will not be going back.

    The Eye Center - Sterling
I found this provider through my vision plan and I decided to visit them since they were in my neighborhood. They were able to make a prompt appointment and at a time and date of my preference. When I visited the office, it was very busy and full of people in the waiting room. However, I was promptly greeted, went through a short intake session with some forms and I was quickly met by a technician who went through the normal vision screenings prior to seeing the doctor. The doctor came into my exam room very quickly after the technician left and basically very little lag time between the exams. I left very happy and was left with a very good impression about this office's professionalism and efficiency.

The visit and evaluation process was perfect. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Their prescription was very precise and they recommended transition lenses for me which have worked out wonderfully. I would definitely use them again.

    Crenshaw, Dr. Joanne
He is a fabulous and a great surgeon. He was wonderful. He is very confident and very kind. My Mother-In-Law is 92 years and she had cataract surgery and he was very kind. He was very professional. He did a very nice job, 92 years and there were no complications. We were very very pleased with him. We used Angie's List to find him. It worked out very good. He was very competent. His staff was very professional and very very nice. We have never had his availability as an issue. He was able to schedule her and deal with her while we were visiting. There were no issues with his billing and administration as well. My husband sits on the board of directors for the University of Colorado's Eye Research Clinic. We know what doctors are. Dr. Joanne Crenshaw was truly wonderful. He was a great experience with no negative experience what so ever. She had had a previous surgery on her other eye and we did have a very negative experience as the doctor failed to tell her to quit taking a drug before the surgery and she had a complication that resulted in her staying in the hospital over night. So she had a lot of competition about getting her second eye fixed because of the experience with her first doctor which is why did not go back to him. We would give him an "A" all way across the board.

    Countryside Optical
The lady named Carla explained to me that in the state of Virginia you need to be a licensed optician to measure the eyes for glasses. She was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information. She helped me make my choice and was good at the selection of style.

Dr. Sedgewick has been my doctor since 2008. I have found him to be highly qualified in his field. I have also appreciated his friendly and caring attitude and also from his staff.
