    Lew did an amazing job. He was very helpful in planning the job. He spent about an hour at my house discussing the project in order to give me an accurate free estimate. He is extremely knowledgeable about networking. Bonnie sent a detailed estimate. Lew arrived on time and was prepared with all of the necessary equipment. He installed a gigabit switch in my closet and connected the Verizon gigabit network to the switch. He wall fished the cable through my basement ceiling to connect to the router. He went the extra mile to fish the cable in a manner that eliminated the need to cut an extra hole in the drywall. He was super friendly and explained everything he was doing. I love how he labeled the cables and ports. This project also involved installing gigabit ports in the family room and upstairs bedroom. Lew was able to run a cable from outside to upstairs. He showed me how he used a cable designed for outdoor use that was different than the cable that was used for the inside wiring. He even did nice cable management by only using the necessary length patch cables. I highly recommend Lew for any home networking projects that need to be done.

    The service across the board was great. I went to their website and submitted a quote request. Within the hour (or so) I had a detailed quote and offer to come out on Presidents' Day. I called Mr. TV Mount with a few questions and decided to confirm the appointment. On installation day, the team showed up during the service window and got to work. The install took less than an hour and they cleaned up any mess (there was little). The installers were professional and friendly and were willing to answer questions I had on other potential jobs. I would recommend Mr. TV Mount and will use them again should I decide to mount additional TVs. One trouble area was that my sound bar optical cord was too short to be hidden. Fortunately, they carry them and added one to the price.

    Wonderful experience! Charlie and team are amazing and the sweetest folks you'll ever work with. Charlie and Evo ran coaxial and cat 5/Ethernet cable ran through existing ceiling and walls from basement exterior (back-side) through basement living space through garage and up through to the living room (front-side, middle level of townhouse). This was no easy task as they had to navigate through and around existing beams, ducts, etc. After completion of work, there were 5 golf ball-sized holes and 1 fist-sized hole in our ceiling and 1 elongated notch in our ceiling/wall of the laundry room where router was initially located which will cost us approximately $400 to repair. Based on what needed to be done, this was a lot better than the alternative (ripping down drywall and putting up new). After the first trip and after we settled on a television, we were so happy with Charlie and the team that we asked them to come back out for a 2nd trip to mount our big screen and install some molding to hide the wires down the center of the wall rather than putting them behind the wall and making more holes. We did not have to purchase ANYTHING for either job; Charlie and team came with everything we needed including the television mount. You may think the cost is steep, and perhaps it is, but it IS fair. I do not feel like we overpaid for what needed to be done. We felt that the value and service we received should be an industry standard for ALL service technicians and would absolutely recommend C H Tel. Co. and their services.

    Over the course of two weeks, I made no less then 6 phone calles attempting to reach them. I also sent multiple emails. Finally they call back to discuss the particulars of the job --- all of which was detailed in the initial calls and emails. They asked for a date and time to come out and install the antenna, which we provided. Two more weeks have passes. I called them this past Monday for an update and still no response.

    I purchased a promotional certificate from Angie's List.  Alexander Tech sent me an email immediately, inviting me to call them and schedule an appointment.  My call was answered immediately and the appointment set within a matter of days.  I was told who would be handling my service, and how I would be contacted.  At my appointment time I received an email and phone call instructing me how to proceed with remote access for Alexander Tech.  From that point on, about 4 hours, I did nothing.  I could observe the tech, Thomas, taking my computer through a series of scans and tests.  At the end of session, Thomas called me and explained that he was finished with my computer.  He stated that some malware was present, but nothing malicious.  He also cleaned up some odds and ends with various files.  They also made certain that all of my operating systems and virus protection were up to date and operating efficiently & effectively.

    I was very impressed and pleased that I was able to have my computer serviced remotely, and by such a highly rated company for a very reasonable price.  I do understand that the price I paid was a promotion.  However, in the future should I have an issue, I will most assuredly contact them!  My computer is running faster, with less "glitches".

    I am very pleased with not having to take my computer to a "big box store" for service...time and loss of access.  I would highly recommend this service to anyone having computer/technical issues.

    I could upgrade the speed and stuff. Overall I grade them 'B'. They could lower their rate to get an 'A'. A lot of those channels I don't use and I like more variety but I watch the same channels all the time, they give about 300 channels or so and a lot of them are music. Apparently they have something where you can pick out certain channels that you want but they add a fee to it and it is like $49 more. I would say 'give us more variety and that is it'. It is nice to see 300 channels but if you use only 10. They also give so many sports channels and I am not into sports, 'give me something else'. I guess everybody is expensive. They do have good customer service. They are pretty good, you start out with a robot but then you get a real person, like I had to call in for the TV the other day about a month ago because it get blanking out. I called the robot and then I got a real person.

    Team arrived promptly at 8am and were finished before 10am. Team was professional and clean and the results were exactly what we were looking for. Lew and Bonnie (owners) were great to work with and prompt with estimates and answers to questions.

    They were very efficient when they came to set everything up. We've only had one minor little problem. They fixed it the same day we called them. So, I'd say they have very good customer service. Their prices are a little on the high side.

    The process was really smooth. I dropped off the VHS tapes at the pick-up location and Nick transferred them to DVD within a couple weeks. I was really nervous about dropping off the VHS tapes because, to us, they're precious and irreplaceable. Nick did a great job of walking me through the step-by-step process so I always knew where my tapes were when they weren't in my possession.

    My external hard drive fell on the ground and got damaged. I searched around and Barnabas offered the lowest prices for hard drive recovery. I also like the fact that I won't get charged anything unless most of my data is recovered. I dropped off my external hard drive with dock at their location, and Joe got back to me pretty quick with an update. He said they will keep trying and let me know how it goes. Then after 2 weeks (bad snow weather) I heard back that the drive was beyond repair and I could pick it up when ready.
    I thought highly of the company until I went to pick up what I dropped off. When I arrived, I was given the dock, the drive that was inside the enclosure case, but no enclosure. I mean, I brought them an external drive, why was I getting an internal drive in return? Before I left I mentioned it to them, Joe came out and seemed puzzled. I told him the dock plugs into the enclosure, not the hard drive, so if I dropped off a dock, there must have been an enclosure, or why in the world would I give them a dock. He said he will look around and mail it to me.
    It has been 6 months and no word about it and nothing in the mail. I could have at least used the enclosure by putting a new internal drive inside it.
