    Manni did a great job of diagnosing and repairing my ice maker. First of all, the water line to the fridge was old and brittle...and had a leak in it. Manni replaced the line and suggested the lower water valve could be why the ice maker wasn't working. We agreed to replace the valve and a few days later he came back and installed the new part. Then he mentioned that in order for the ice maker to start working again we would need to shut off the refrigerator for 24 hours. Finally, over this past weekend we went through the thawout and presto - the ice maker started working again. We've had a couple of other companies try to figure out the problem but Manni took care of it for us. Thanks!

    I cannot say enough about our amazing experience with WRM Appliance. GE said they could come out in 5 days, and then sent us an email confirming the appointment for a week later. We called WRM the next morning and Bill was at our house within an hour. He accommodated our needs efficiently and professionally. We will absolutely be call g him first for any future needs.

    The tech came out at the appointment time. He quickly looked over the issue and suggested it was an issue with the water filter valve. After consulting with his distributor, he noted this (rather expensive) part was on back order for "at least 4 weeks". When pressed, he did not believe the solution was anything other than this part, as he'd seen it fail on other units. I decided not to have him order the part. A few weeks later, I jury-rigged the water lines around the filter (in ~15 minutes with a simple coupler) to check the water flow independent of the filter. To my surprise, the flow rate was the same as the rate going through the filter. When I called the company back, the tech stood by his original diagnoses but offered to come out and take another look if I paid him another diagnostic fee. He told me the fee could be waived by his manager who failed to call back within 24 hours. While LG repair companies are hard to find, there are enough other companies that I'd rather wait for a higher quality technician than use this company again.

    We had used this company before and they were great. Called for new repair and scheduled an appointment. Had not heard from them and it was passed the time they were supposed to come. I called and Manni said "Oh did we have an appointment or did we cancel?" I gave him the benefit of the doubt and so we talked about the issue and he told me he would go to the warehouse the next day and find out from the warehouse exactly what part was needed. He was supposed to call the next day. Well no call, so I called the next day and he said "Oh yeah I can't get a part for you. Call LG. I was very disappointed in the lack of service and will never call again.

    I would say that it was satisfactory. What keeps me going back to them; price first off and they do a very confident job when they come out. They are very responsive as far time is concerned. They are a nation wide company, and they have a different person come each time, depending on who is available in their "stable" of men. When I find somebody I like as an individual, I would rather go to that individual. I seem to get a new individual every time I deal with them. Some people I really like and some people not quite as much. I would say a little more consistency on being able to get a particular individual is something they could improve on.

    He did a great job on fixing the dishwasher but unfortunately after he was gone I noticed that he had moved the dishwasher slightly so it no longer was in its "nook" and if I opened the door it practically fell out. I had to pay someone else to come and fix that. He also told me I should wash my cabinets. That was offensive. Yeah they were a little dirty as I had been very ill for months, but that was embarrassing.

And gave good advice on why the repair woudl not be worth the money and it was time for a replacement. Patiently spent the time with me, despite not getting a big repair job. We will use them again.

    Sent Bill message Sunday night, he responded first thing Monday and was willing to come that morning, but we scheduled the following day. He ran all the tests on the dryer, including the heating element, determined it was a power issue, and noticed a disconnected wire on our switch breakers caused by a contractor recently working on our kitchen, Bill was efiicient, courteous, and a true professional. I hope I don't need appliance repair soon, but if I do, I will DEFINITELY use Bill and WRM!

    This Kitchen-aid Refrigerator was originally worked on by the Kitchen-aid authorized warranty repair service and it was awful in all ways. I was with a half working unit for 2.5 months when they finally finished their work to get it functioning. Less than 6 month later 1 of the original issues happened again and there was no way I was going to go back to Kitchen-aid so I found All American Appliance and they were very responsive, timely and professional. Mark came to my house worked to get the fridge somewhat working while a part was ordered and then returned in just a couple of days to finish getting it fully working. I have needed to have Mark come out again (14 months had past) due to the the whirlpool part failing again. Once again very responsive, timely and professional. This will be the only Large Appliance repair service that I will call if I need one, since I am a DYI'er 1st and only when its over my head do I look for a pro. Cost that I paid was also reasonable. The whole experience was so much more positive than those Warranty guys.

    It took them over a week to get a serviceman out to my house and he only spent 10 minutes and left. Never got a call from the service department on the status of the part. It took them over two weeks to get the part only to find out that the washer needed a different part. It took another two weeks to get the part and then after making multiple calls, I got them to schedule the serviceman to come out a week after they got the parts. He can out and replace the part and then tells me he needs a new part for the washer. As I am writing this, I still don't know when they will get the new part. Very bad service from Debra and team. Also I asked to talked to Holly and it has been two days and still no call. Please do not buy anything from this company. They don't really care to help their customers. The salesman at the local store in sterling is not very helpful either. He doubts me when I told him that it had been over two months and still waiting to repair my washer.
