    Palmercare Chiropractic
I am writing this review on behalf of my husband! :) The doctors here are very friendly, knowledgeable, generous, and helpful. They have a lot of state of the art equipment, massage chairs, and it really feels like a spa when you go in! This has got to be one of the most fun medical offices I've ever been in! Instead of a depressing atmosphere, there are fun and relaxing opportunities everywhere you look! I greatly enjoy it here and am very thankful that we found Palmercare! Thank you! :)

    Massage Hope LLC
Really love the top notch service provided by Massage Hope -- I tore ligaments in my angle and I didn't realize how much I really needed a massage to loosen up the painful scar tissue. Although the majority of pain was gone, I was just not back to full range of motion. The result is really awesome -- the movement in my ankle is so much better-- thanks Massage Hope for taking such great care of me!

    Restore Physical Therapy & Wellness
Having chronic health problems, I've needed physical therapy numerous times over the years.  In my opinion, there is no better place in northern Virginia for physical therapy than Restore PT and Wellness.  Kim is an excellent therapist,  and she's assembled a team of equally skilled but diverse therapists to round out the practice.  This isn't cookie-cutter therapy -- you and your reason for needing therapy are treated as a unique individual and always with compassion and care.  Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

    Thomas Raley MD
.. I think my case was more involved than he thought. He raised my medication from a previous provider thinking that it would help. It turned out to be way to much. I was as much at fault for this as he because i thought there was no other direction to go. But as a physician who prescribes narcotics and knows how they affect people he should have recognized what was happening. I believe but can not prove that my case was audited and he was reprimanded for giving such high doses. In response he took it out on me and continued to lower my medicine each week despite the fact he was no longer managing my pain. I called his office several times .My case was handles by receptionists rather than medical professionals. I received no help at all and sometimes complete lies. The next time I had an appointment they arranged for me to see another provider who had no interest in me at all.  I was told I would be meeting with him because Dr. Raley would be on vacation. When I got there I was told I was no longer a "surgical" case and I would be meeting with this doctor who would also continue to reduce my meds to a point where they were totally ineffective. My last visit I received a paper with a book on how to live with Chronic Pain. The treatment in general was sub par. Prescriptions were written incorrectly or forgotten entirely. Staff was inexperienced with little or no medical knowledge. The Arlington office was dirty. There was no soap in the rooms. The whole time I went there the toilet was broken. I even used the facilities outside the office to do a urine drug screen which by the way is with a provider which is not in network allowing both the doctor and lab to charge you. There are many in net work providers to choose from. I would not recommend this provider to treat my pain. I regret leaving National Spine and Pain.

    Merlino, Dr. Robin B.

My last experience was great. They provide excellent medical care, diagnosis and treatment. The wait time is short and I can get in within a day or two. Because the practice is limited there are only a certain amount of people that can join so you have more attention and my needs are met a lot quicker. I have followed this doctor from practice to practice since I have been in this area. I love her care.

    Origins Thai Spa
They said we could do a Couples Massage and then we wouldn't have to wait for each other. We have been to other places so we knew what to expect, but we got so much more.  These people really know what they are doing. From the minute you walk in, until you leave, you are treated so well.  The massage was the best I've ever had.  The oils had such nice scents, the heated towels were great, the girls were very good and thorough. We signed up for a year of monthly massages. They have about a dozen different types of massage.  We plan to eventually try different ones. I am giving my kids and their spouses massages for Christmas. I'm sure they will be please.

    Apex Hand Therapy Llc
It's a one-person business and the therapist doesn't have a secretary. He is service-oriented and very good. I broke my arm and I've lost the ability to grip from wearing a cast. I could not even grip the steering wheel and he's been instructing me on exercises to do myself. He basically spends the whole hour providing hand therapy. The office is clean and well-managed. Clients can get an appointment within a day or two. He's responsive and if I get in five minutes earlier and there's no client, he'll take me in. He's also punctual, professional, and has sense of humor. He explains everything---about tendons, what I can do on my own, what therapy he can provide, and how much time I have before I lose the total ability to rehab my hand and fingers and basically I have three months or else I might never have the capacity to grab anything again. By now, I have a lot more mobility and flexibility. I highly recommend him.

    Origins Thai Spa
It is a little expensive, but it is an excellent deal. I have dealt with a few of the therapists and everyone seems to be good. They seem to know what they are doing. They go for the traditional Thai massage and all the other stretching. They do a wonderful job and I don't have any complaints. They are very popular so it is hard to find a time for the massages.

    The Jackson Clinics, Herndon
I never actually had physical therapy at the clinic. Several things annoyed me before my first visit. IWhen I called for an appointment, the receptionist suggested that I come the very next day. I told her that I didn't want to because snow was predicted. Instead of asking when I would like to come, she said that I could cancel if there was snow. Then she gave me a 12:30 appointment and I said that was earlier than I wanted. She suggested that I take that time and hopefully she could accommodate my request for later in the day at other meetings. I felt that I was accommodating them rather than the clinic accommodating me.
When I arrived for my appointment, I was told to sit and that my physical therapist would be with me soon. After waiting 15 minutes, I told the receptionist that I didn't have good vibes about the place and that I was leaving. This is when I learned that my physical therapist hadn't yet arrived. Apparently, they employ a lot of part-time physical therapists and on-call therapists, and a mistake was made in scheduling mine.
There are many physical therapy places in the metro area, and I don't expect to have to do business with one that is so indifferent to my needs and so keen on saving money by not having full-time help there. I didn't even want an appointment for 12:30 that day, but I accommodated them only to have to wait because she hadn't arrived yet.
Furthermore, the waiting area was very small, crowded and not pleasant. My back hurt more after sitting in the uncomfortable chair than when I entered. I also overheard another patient saying that she didn't really want 12:30 as her appointment time, and the receptionist assured her that she'd try to accommodate her request for 11:00 appointments for future visits. Apparently, that patient wasn't aware that she had a choice in the timing.
There are too many to chose from to accept second-class treatment

I always had wonderful, relaxing massages with Amy and Rick. Both were very special people and 100% there for me. Several years ago, I moved too far away to get massages from them. I still miss them and their massages.
