    Blanchard, Dr. T Randall
    This complaint is directed to the services that
    I received from Thomas
    Blanchard on 6/10/11 as well as any subsequent visits following that date.
    It is
    also about the EXTREMELY unprofessional service that I received on
    1/16/13. I feel that he was irresponsible with my body and as a result, not
    only am
    I displeased about the aesthetic results, but more importantly, I am
    in PAIN EVERYDAY and I likely will be for the rest of my life. Pain that is a DIRECT result of something I told him NOT to do. He also omitted and put
    false information in my records.  I?ve filed a complaint with the Health
    and Human
    Services Department Office of Civil Rights. I am listing the details because I
    believe in this matter, the details are what count.
    When I confronted Dr. Blanchard with my issues once again, this doctor
    yelled and became arrogant
    and indignant. He also denied and flat out lied about what he did in
    spite of the fact that I have
    photos confirming as much. His behavior was so off putting that the
    Business
    Administrator and Head nurse kept me there for over an hour apologizing to me
    for his actions claiming that he was being ?out of character?. I had
    to make him listen to me. Whenever he felt
    cornered, he would leave the room (which he did MULTIPLE times). When I
    questioned him as to why he didn?t draw any
    lines on me prior to surgery, his response was, ?That?s just something
    that
    doctors do to look artistic and show off?. When I asked him why he did the
    very
    thing I told him NOT to do, he lied and said that he did not work on that
    area
    even though I have post-surgery photos where there are bruising and burn
    marks in the spot I indicated. He then argumentatively said, ?Well, if I did
    that area then where did I go in at?? I then showed him my incision marks.
    Afterwards, he denied being aware of any risks associated with
    working on that area, in spite of the fact
    that I brought in and showed him my research once again and we had this
    very conversation prior
    to me finalizing my decision to have the surgery. (My last two
    visits before the surgery were SPECIFICALLY directed toward this and it
    was my reason for initially cancelling because I DID NOT want this area
    done because based on
    the research I showed him, it CANNOT be fixed if done aggressively.) After
    he felt the area he denied doing, he got completely quiet and wouldn?t say
    anything because at that moment, he couldn?t deny what I was talking
    about. He GUTTED the back of my leg under my buttocks all the way down to the
    muscle.! I told him he permanently
    disfigured me. After that he YELLED, ?Well what do you want me to do about
    it?!? I
    told him at the very least I deserved my money back. He got real snide and
    said, ?Oh, that?s what this is about?this is about money.? 
     He also said, ?I can?t be concerned with something that happened 3
    years ago!? I said, ?It wasn?t 3 years ago??  After which he said, ?Well 2
    years ago.? I
    then replied, ?It wasn?t two years ago?? He then got real quiet. I believe it
    was because he realized that I was within the statute of limitations.
     
     When I went to get my medical records from
    the office, they gave me a really hard time and didn?t want to give them to me
    right then. After FINALLY giving me copies of them, I noticed that some of the
    specific pages that I was looking for were not included. I asked them FOUR
    TIMES if they had given me all of my copies, giving them an opportunity to give
    me what I was looking for, and they did not. So, I had to ask specifically for
    the papers that I was requesting. THEN, they gave them to me. When I mentioned
    that I wanted to see the original copies, they absolutely refused. After which,
    I was banned from the property and told to never come there requesting my
    original copies of my medical records again. 
     
     Based on what I saw
    in the copies, this doctor kept absolutely NO RECORD of my specific
    request as to what I desired.
    There was absolutely no point in going in for multiple visits,
    asking questions, showing pictures, and SPECIFICALLY telling him what I
    wanted and more importantly what I did NOT want if he was going to simply
    do what
    he wanted to do with my body. He didn?t notate any of my dissatisfaction either. On
    December 21, he indicated that I was ?happy? with my results. That is a
    lie. ( I went to another doctor on December 23 because Blanchard wouldn't
    address my concerns.) I was NOT which is why I requested my
    after photos. They were not offered to me.  I asked the nurse for my
    after photos. She said, ?Oh, you want
    photos?? I said, ?Yes, why wouldn?t I? Don?t you get them after six
    months??
    She responded with a simple ?Okay?. I immediately made an appointment with
    another  doctor and then later with him because I STILL was NOT
    HAPPY. I was also still uncomfortable and in pain; things that
    Blanchard did not notate. On 1/16/13, he admitted to doing incomplete
    work. (His words were, ?I can see where more could have been taken out?
    and ?I don?t appreciate the way your butt is sitting.?) and ONCE
    AGAIN ignored anything I said about being uncomfortable.
      I am outraged
    because I basically gave him money to disfigure me in a manner that he
    cannot rectify. The fact
    that he was so rude and indignant about the matter only adds insult to
    injury.
      It is quite clear that Mr. Blanchard and his staff are
    not the least bit concerned that I am in pain on a daily basis
    as a result of his work. More specifically, something that I told him
    NOT to do; something that he assured me during two of our conversations
    on two separate office visits that he would not do. Their lack of
    care, honesty, service, and professionalism is absolutely worthy
    and deserving of an apology. But based on what I have seen and
    experienced, they are only concerned about filling their pockets.
     
    The main
    reason I got this surgery is because I run a lot and my thighs were rubbing
    together and
    wore holes in my pants. As much as I didn't care for the way I looked before, I
    looked better BEFORE than AFTER the surgery. My thighs still rub together. I
    still have the
    saddlebags, I am very lopsided, and my butt dropped 3 inches and is now sitting
    on my leg. The incisions are not where he said they would be and I have burn
    marks (which he said I would not get). Other doctors have told me
    that he destroyed my connective tissue and likely caused sciatic nerve
    damage. Not only did I NOT get what I paid for, I got something I did
    not want with a lifetime of pain.
    Dr. Blanchard is an arrogant, lying, megalomaniac
    who refuses to admit or believe that he can make any mistakes and will do what
    HE wants to do before he submits to your requests. He is a coward who will go
    through great lengths just to cover up a mistake he made. He is a salesman
    that will
    say whatever you want to hear and then do what he wants in the end. I would
    avoid this doctor at ALL cost.

He is always very kind, thorough, and listens carefully to any issues that I am having and explains everything, including the medication he prescribes. The office staff and nurses are always friendly and helpful, and I am usually able to get in and out quickly.

    My wife and I were pregnant, but unfortunately we had a miscarriage. it was a very emotional time for both of us, they did everything they could to give us all our options. and they Cared so much. we ended up having a D&C.
    At the post op checkup while my wife was getting our 2 year old ready to leave. the Doctor Wentworth made it a point to come and talk to me and ask me how I was doing. As the Husband that meant the world to me. This is kind of practice that makes a difference in peoples lives.

    always nice staff, only problem is the wait���usually an hour or more before getting to a room, then another 15-40 minutes in the room BUT, he is worth A wait���maybe not 2 hours all the time but convenience and the staff make up for it

    I have been taking my mother and father there, and I go there atleast once a month. They are always on time, if you call and need an appointment, they will get you in within 2 days and they are the most accomodating for my elderly parents. The experience with them has been excellent.

    I have been going to them since 2007, two of my daughters also go there. They have sick call hours in the morning. You have your own physician for appointments, they have x-ray and a lab in same building which is also very helpful.

    Aside from a SELECT FEW of the nursing staff, the treatment that I received here was deplorable. Aside from the irresponsible treatment that I received from Thomas Randall Blanchard, the treatment that I received from the staff, and in particular, Patricia Stibbs was shocking to say the least. When I was explaining to Blanchard the damage that he had done (and that had been confirmed by other doctors) he denied it and lied and YELLED because he was too arrogant to admit he messed up and was wrong. He simply passed me along to the business administrator because he was too much of a coward to deal with his mistake. She was no different. She merely tried to defend Blanchard. The only one that listened and understood was the nurse that was also there...Stacey I believe. I later went to get copies of my medical records because of what Blanchard did. They gave me a REALLY hard time and didn't want to give them to me. When they FINALLY gave me copies, I asked them multiple times if they had given me all of my copies and they told me yes. After that, I asked them for specific sheets that I had seen and wanted. At that point, they gave me the copies that I asked even though they told me multiple times that they gave me everything. When I asked to see the original copies they adamantly REFUSED and I was banned from the property and from ever seeing my original medical records. Some of the records that I do have contain incomplete and false information. I would avoid this facility at all cost

    I've used her for 15-20 years and she is great. If I hadn't been with her for so long, I would probably change. She is a good doctor but I hate if my appointment is at 11 am and I don't get back there until 12 pm. I have to wait an hour in the waiting room and then another 15 minutes to actually see the doctor. She is very straight forward. She will sit down and talk to me if I have questions. She will inform me and explain things. I like her openness and that she is willing to sit down and talk to her patients. She listens. She will also try to figure out something other than the most extreme treatment. Her only downside is the punctuality, which really drives me crazy. I've waited for over an hour and 20 minutes for her. She is booked all the time.

    We have gone to see Dr. Abdelshaheed three times from November 2012-December 2012. Each time, we waited to see the doctor for 2.5 hours and were in the office for a total of three hours. I have a 14 month old and waiting for three hours to see a doctor isn't practical. The downfall to his system is that he books every 15 minutes and accepts walk-ins. He doesn't have the office space to hold that many appointments and he doesn't have a large enough office staff. Most of his staff seems to be young, in-training nurses. He is very thorough when he is in the evaluating and diagnosing the patient but it is difficult to understand him due to the language barrier. The only reason we went to Dr. Abdelshaheed is because my son's primary care physician's office was closed and my son had double ear infections.
