    Markeith was professional, on time, and knowledgeable. He left no stone uncovered when it came to updating our home theater. We are completely satisfied with the work performed and would certainly give him a five star recommendation. The price below does not include the equipment that we purchased and is only for labor. He was competitive on all equipment prices and in fact he was slightly lower that if I purchased on line.

    Markeith was professional, on time, knowledgeable and we are completely satisfied. During his initial visit he made several other suggestions besides just upgrading our home theater equipment. the end result is amazing. He spent most of the day here installing and programming. He completely cleaned up the mess of wire behind my television cabinet. Many thanks and I feel confident that if we have any questions in the future we can count on him to help. The cost shown below is strictly labor but I can attest that the prices he quoted for the equipment we purchased was in line and even cheaper than we could have purchased elsewhere.     On Jan 15, 2016, I purchased a new refrigerator from Best Buy.  I live in an older home and the kitchen door is only 29" wide so, the refrigerator could be no more than 29"deep with its doors removed.  I specifically said, "the doors need to be removed on the old refrigerator in order to get it out and on the new refrigerator to get it in."  They did not have the refrigerator I needed in stock so, they ordered it and promised to deliver it early Friday morning, Jan 29.  
     On the evening of Jan 28, I removed all the items from the old refrigerator and placed them in styrofoam boxes and carried most of the frozen food to the basement freezer.  At about 8:30 that evening, after I had already injured my back, they called to say the delivery was cancelled and I needed to call and reschedule.  So, I called and rescheduled.  And then proceeded to bring all the food up from the basement and put things back in the old refrigerator.
    They couldn't deliver the refrigerator again until the following Friday, Feb 5.  So, on the evening of Feb 4, I removed all the food again, to prepare for the delivery.  When the delivery men got here, they said they could not deliver the refrigerator because the shut off valve for the water for the ice maker was corroded and he would not turn the valve lest it leak.  He said I needed to have a "professional installer" to fix the valve before he would do anything.  
    I called their help line and was told the driver "misspoke" and it was not a "professional installer" I needed but a plumber.  So, I called Michael & Sons, who had a plumber at my house within an hour and had a new valve and water line installed that day.  It cost me $410 (which I now believe I did not need).  
    I put all of the food back into the old refrigerator again.  I rescheduled the delivery a third time.  The third delivery was today.  The food was out of the refrigerator.  The brand new, $410 water line was installed.  They removed my old refrigerator.  
    When they tried to install the new refrigerator, they could not get it through the kitchen door because "the screws were stripped on both new refrigerator doors" and, since they could not remove the doors, they could not get the new refrigerator into the kitchen.  It is currently sitting in the middle of my dining room floor... on the carpet.  They did not have the tools to remove a stripped screw and they can't get anyone with such a tool to my house until at least tomorrow morning... assuming it doesn't snow.  If it snows, there's no telling when they will get here.  
    Today's driver said the screws were stripped when he got the refrigerator.  If that is true, that tells me the last driver wasn't so concerned about a corroded water valve as he was about knowing he had stripped the screws and couldn't install the refrigerator.  I paid a plumber $410 that I did not need to pay.  I have 3 styrofoam boxes full of groceries spoiling in my kitchen.  I have a defective "new" refrigerator messing up my dining room carpet.  My entire kitchen is a wreck and I have no hope of getting anything fixed for at least 24 hours and, given this company's track record, it won't happen then either.

    I got a quote from Chris right away over the phone for this type of service and they were able to get us on their schedule right away.  John had the 32 inched moved from the living room to the bedroom and the 46 inch on the mount set up and ready to go in no time!  Very polite, professional, and on time!  Their fee was one of the lowest for this job.  We'd been checking around and had waited on getting this done.  Although that being said was it still a nice pay day for them but I did not want to wrangle that 46 inch even though it's not heavy, just awkward for me to handle.  John made it look easy! And it would have taken me way longer to get it all switched around and set up.  So we are very grateful to have it done!  We will use their service again and recommend them.  Thanks Chris and John!

    Markeith, is an excellent installer and I've been working with him for years ( even prior to Angie's List). He's always on time, very polite and will answer any and all questions. He's very thorough and a perfectionist as well, and he always leaves his worksites spotless. Lastly he treats reoccurring customers very we'll and offers various discounts.

    The team called ahead to let me know when they were going to show up. They arrived on time and started working immediately. I was advised on the best and most affordable installation method. The team of two men were very pleasant and helpful. They saved me money and while I was not quite sure what I wanted, they were patient and allowed me to ask questions. They took my suggestions into consideration and ended up giving me exactly what I wanted. Two flat screens TVs were installed and the outcome was much better that I expected. The wires were hidden without the expensive cost of going into the walls.

    I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend their services to anyone that wants a TV neatly and professionally installed. It made both rooms look larger.

    When I first got ahold of Chris to schedule a time for a free consolation, he was very professional but not a know it all like you come into contact with other companies. We scheduled an appointment and he showed up on time and ready to review our home. We told him what we wanted and he said no problem, he also offered up other alternatives/better ideas. You could tell he knew what he was doing. After telling us the price (which was very reasonable!) we set a date for him to come back with his partner Sean and install everything.
    Sean and Chris arrived on time and ready to work on the evening of installation. We all went over what would be happening just to make sure we were all on the same page. They mounted our 50 inch TV above the fire place, hid the wires where crown molding would be, and set up speaker wires in all four corners of the room.. they even installed our electronic systems.They worked at a good pace and answered all of our questions when they arose. They were very personable but not too nosy. After the work was complete they showed us their handy work and we were very pleased. 
    In the future we will definitely be hiring WSC to do our home and audio work, and would recommend you do the same!

    Spartan did a fabulous job mounting our 50" flat screen on the wall in our new house. Wires are hidden, the television mount is solid and we are very happy to have the television out of the crate and on the wall.
    The crew was prompt and professional, and cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with the service and would use them again, should the need arise.
