BADLY-I ordered a groupon for this merchant for a $50 Car Detail. The Groupon, while suggesting a visit to their website, did not contain any information regarding actually setting up the appointment- upon going to the website, the person to whom i gave the gift was confronted with a mandatory 30% pre-paid deposit ( "refundable within-7-10 business days-???) and a MANDATORY $10 minimum gratuity, all to be paid in advance before they would make an appointment! I might have still gone ahead with the service if all this had been upfront in the initial advertisement instead of buried in the fine print on the merchants web-site (not Groupon) AFTER you try to make the appointment. Extremely embarrassing to give someone a Christmas gift that requires that THEY PAY TO USE THE GIFT!!

    Southern Royalty Cleaning Service
I contacted Mr Southern and asked if he would be interested in taking on the job. He was quick to come and assess the job and very upfront about the very reasonable price. I gave him the keys to my truck and a few hours later it was home and to be honest it was cleaner then new! We then discussed some wood floor sanding and stain. I have already made an appointment with him and am definitely happy with how professional this gentleman operates. I would most certainly recommend him for any and all cleaning needs!

Business replaced spark plugs and spark plug wires without permission. My old spark plugs and wires were apparently faulty. Business mechanics and owners lied. Spark plugs and wires were tested by neighborhood Honda ASE mechanic and passed before arrival to business. Catalytic converter check never performed. Compression test was performed after having the car for two days. After paying the bill, I traveled to another place of business. In and out in 30 minutes without providing a detailed description of the problem, place of business wrote down compression readings. Told me the problem did not charge me anything for their diagnosis.

The salesman was very professional and very friendly. It took probably about three hours to get all the papers signed and drive the car off the lot. The dealership's environment was clean, there was a snack machine and there was a lounge to wait in.

I go there for vehicle inspection in February, I do not go for oil changes in between because I do not drive my van more than six thousand miles a year my van usually is three thousand miles low the mileage that I have to have a oil change when I go for an annual inspection, I do not use this thing a lot and for the last couple of inspection they have found like thousand dollars of repair that needed to be done  and I don't think it needed to be done, this time they said there was something the brake fluid was leaking and I had to replace something under the car because if I didn't I would be driving down the road and the car which go out of control and I would loose the ability to steer and all those kind of stuff and I said what kind of fluid and they said brake fluid and I said brake fluid has nothing to do with that but cant you just put in more brake fluid and they said no it's full we can't put in anymore and I said wait you just said it's leaking.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. I happened onto this dealership by accident on the internet and boy am I glad I did. Saw a car I liked, asked a question about the vehicle through the website and got a response from Johann almost immediately. That was after 10pm on a Friday. Met Charles the next morning before 10, the car was all detailed and ready for me to drive. Left a deposit so they would hold the car for me (which they didn't have to do) and drove away in my beautiful, "slightly" used BMW on Tuesday. They were friendly, honest, fair, courteous and extremely professional. The best car buying experience I have ever had. I have to say that in Charles "Chilly" McCord I now have a car salesman for life. Don't hesitate to stop in to Performance Automotive and become a member of the "family".

I picked up my '94 4runner about closing time, and when I drove off I noticed the engine check engine light was on for the first time, and the engine was running rough, I immediately pulled over to look under the hood, and under the engine and the only thing I notice was the metal mud guard under the engine was missing and it was lacking power.

When I went home. I checked the fluids and when I checked the coolant with the tester, the antifreeze was good for above 20 degrees f, (watered down). When I went back to the victory blvd location, the I spoke to the mechanic, he tested the 4runner, he noticed it misfiring and he gave me the metal mudguard without putting it back on my suv. he said that bolts broke, but he didn't fix it, (In the past decade and a half that I owned the vehicle, every 3K miles when I change the oil,I always removed and replaced that metal mudguard without a problem.)

In early December, I returned to the Victory BV location, I was told that the mechanic who was working on my 4Runner is no longer there, and to bring it to the S Military Hy location,so when I did,

they adjusted the timing and I had more power to the engine, but the engine light was still on and it was still miss firing. I asked them if the distributer was wearing out and they said it could be the problem, that would be about $560.  I arranged to have it done in January, but before that was done, I noticed white smoke was starting to come out of my exhaust, I brought it into the S Military Hy location, they checked it out, and they it not worth fixing it plus the lower engine gasket would need to be replaced and I should look for a vehicle.  A little more history on Dec 18, 2014 They replaced the Clutch, Master Cylinder and the Slave Cylinder costing $1174.75, (don't forget the half dozen or so clutch adjustments, and the clutch fluid looking dirtier than before the the clutch was replaced, it was harder to shift, but one good thing, it stopped slipping.)   That's a total of $3488.18 in a little over a year, and I have to buy a new vehicle. I had to totally downsize my vehicle to from a 6 cyl SUV to a 4 cyl pickup standard cab, but that was still expensive,

They were great to work with. They gave me the best price for what I was looking for. I told them what I was looking for and the price I was wanting to pay. They came back and said, "We could give you what you want." A guy from a dealership in Virginia Beach called me and I told him I bought a car. He says, "Wow. You got at that price. They lost money." I said, "No. Not really. You did." They were friendly, nice and accommodating. I was very pleased. They gave me everything that I wanted. I told them what day I would be there and they had my car ready and the paper work going.

They are the dealership where I bought my car from. They made sure everything was OK, like the brakes, fluids, spark plugs, and timing belt. They also, checked the transmission fluid. It was great and it took them about an hour and a half. They have coffee, and a fast food counter. They offer sandwiches and have real food if I want it. They breakfast and lunch. They are courteous, friendly, and helpful. They make suggestions and give me a written report on any problems, or potential problems. I don't feel pressured to get it done. It was free. They give me free oil change, inspections, and guarantee it for life.

Overall a very favorable experience. The process to arrange shipment was smooth. Small amount of delay with some of the initial communications but I was not in a rush situation so it was not a problem. The only glitch with the entire process was with the actual shipper who had a mechanical problem with the truck the night before scheduled pickup which delayed the pickup one day (cannot be attributed to Hilton Auto Transport).
