    The time waiting on the doctor was a little long.  Appointment was at 2 o'clock. Did not get called back into the office until approximately 40  minutes later.  Once we entered the office, the nurse was pleasant, explained what she was doing, would be doing and why. The wait for the doctor after the vitals were taken was less than 5 minutes.   Dr. Clay was very pleasant and talked to us and asked questions.  He allowed us to ask questions and wanted to know what did we want from him as a physician. He made sure he was aware of all of my husband's medical problems and what he was doing for them. Dr Clay and his nurse physically examined my husband,  I have witnessed doctors just asking questions, prescribing medicines and never touching or looking at the patient.

    The monthly visits were fine, Dr. Steve was knowlegdable, very nice and attentive. His staff on the other hand were NOT! The receptionist is not very friendly when you arrive, just waves doesn't even say HI. On the phone she sounds the same not very friendly and quick to the point of being rude.  Dr. Steve's nurse is my concern and disappointment.  She constantly repeats herself over and over. She does not pay attention to what you say only what stories she wants to tell you then repeats them. My worst problem was every month when I needed to get refills. After calling my insurance so they could call for doctor authorization for refills (90 days). After a week I would call and they would tell me they had not heard from the office so I would call myself. They would tell me they either had not gotten fax or they had to pull my file which should have been pulled a week ago. They wait again and that month I might have gotten my refills BUT most of the time I would have to call again. KEEP IN MIND I WAS JUST IN THE OFFICE she would tell me I had to come in again....... This last time the nurse was rude to my insurance just said "NO REFILL" and hung up with a loud click............ Needless to say I've moved on to another doctor.. . . .

    Sometimes it’s a good experience, sometimes not.  However, the treatment so far is going okay.  The facility is good and they are up to date on everything.

    The appointment went well. I think she's very personable and very caring. When she talks with you, it's like she's talking with her friend. I feel very comfortable with her.

    He has a wonderful office staff. The planters wart were very hard to get rid of but he finally got them removed. They're very christian orientated. The office space is a little bit cramped.
