Eddie's Plumbing is the BEST!!! The guys come promptly, do what they are suppose to in a polite and fair manner. As a single woman , living alone, I have ALWAYS felt safe and non threatened by any of the staff from Eddie's. Communication is never an issue.
I can not express how wonderful these folks are. I have sent them  business from friends and clients, all I hear back is how wonderful these guys are to work with. No complants from anyone. Just happy people thanking me for a great referral.

The provider was very professional, asked me a few questions, and suggested I could fix the leak myself.  He talked me through the process, and I was able to resolve the leak within five minutes.  The benefit was not having to schedule an appointment and pay for a repair visit.  I was very appreciative of the provider's integrity and willingness to help me without charge.  Two thumbs up!

    Long's Corp
I had a new kitchen faucet I was going to install myself, but then a serious leak developed under the sink, and being unable to do that sort of work right at this moment, I hired Long's Corp to do the repair and faucet install.   I bought an Angie's List deal ($300 for $200) on Friday and got a response on Monday, and I scheduled the work for Wednesday.   Richard called me at a half hour before my service window (9 am to 12 pm) to tell me Lawrence was on his way.  Lawrence arrived at about 9:30 and quickly determined that I needed a new garbage disposal.   He was very professional and fast.  He had to make some changes --an air gap was where the new sprayer was going and he had to go out and get a part for the disposal--but he was still done in about two to three hours.  Also, my new faucet is a high-arc style, and it bumped up against the bar-height counter behind the sink, so Lawrence thought he would have to install it slightly in front of the faucet well on the sink.  However,  in the end, he managed to place it exactly where it belonged.  Overall, the actual process was painless, and Lawrence was a very pleasant person to deal with.

My only quibble is with the cost.  I'll admit that I am annoyed that I had to hire anyone to do these repairs rather than do them myself, which is obviously my problem and not Long's Corp's.  Also, I know that I could have hired a general handyman to do these repairs, surely for less, but I really didn't want to hire a handyman to this work as a first job.  And, obviously, I agreed to the cost.  However, the total bill without the deal was $933, so $833 with the $100 deal savings.  The breakdown was $373 for the install of a faucet I already had, so that's $373 for one hour's labor.  The garbage disposal install was $455.  It would have been about $385 if I had had the disposal, so the price for the garbage disposal was about $70 (very reasonable), and the labor was $385, again for about an hour's work.  Then, the extra part was $105.  I think these costs are high.  Some garbage disposal parts are expensive, but that is more than the cost of the disposal!  Also, almost $400 per hour in labor?  Maybe these prices are standard for quality plumbers.  However, while I certainly recommend Long's Corp. for the quality of their service, under other circumstances, I would only go to them for an obviously complex plumbing issue beyond my and a good handyman's capabilities.

Our dryer hose disconnected from the machine on a Thursday evening.  I called Mr. Best the next morning and he was at our house in just a couple of hours.  He did a very thorough job and explained what he was doing as he worked.
He also replaced the flapper in our toilet which had been replaced by a plumber just a couple of months ago.  He used a much better quality replacement piece.
He also re-calked the shower and did a great job.  He did all this quickly yet thoroughly.  He had a very professional and pleasant demeanor.  He granted me the Angie''s List discount and charged an extremely reasonable amount.
I will definitely request his service for our next household project and will refer him to friends and family.

Although the services Mr. Ford performed seem routine, one faucet replacement was anything but that. The Allen screwdriver no longer tightened the faucet on the jacuzzi in the master bathroom, meaning I could no longer use the jacuzzi even as a bathtub the handle came off. Two previous estimates said repair meant either cutting into the drywall that separated the jacuzzi from the toilet/shower area and replacing a pipe so a new faucet could be attached OR cutting in from the tile around jacuzzi's faucet and thus having to replace all of the tile around the jacuzzi (1/4 way up wall) and on step to jacuzzi as not enough tile had been kept aside from the condo's 1990 construction. At $1200, the least expensive option was cutting the drywall.
I decided to get one more opinion (one of the reasons I joined Angie's List) as the dry wall option made me nervous. Enter Morgan Ford, truly an angel. Although it wasn't to his financial benefit to do so, Mr. Ford took a photo of the jacuzzi faucet with his phone and sent the photo to his supplier, who found a replacement faucet, sent it to Mr. Ford and three days later the jacuzzi problem was history!! Cost: $225.00.
I cannot - simply cannot - recommend Morgan Ford enough! He is a real professional.

This was coordinated through my property management company.  The work was completed before I was aware of the issue with my hot water heater leaking.  The existing gas heater did not have a drip pan so it caused some damage.  The main issue I have is with the unprofessional nature of the invoice.  There is no cost of materials or labor.  In order for this invoice to make sense, the plumber would have to have worked for 5-9 hours just to replace a hot water heater at 100$ an hour.  Also the so called (and so licensed) "Master Plumber" did not install a drip pan to prevent future damage as required by code.  So in the end I could be in the same position of thousands in water damage a few years down the road.

Install of vinyl press and peel tiles in small half bath on main floor. Provider took his time doing a very good job.  Was thorough and exacting in all measurements.  Would recommend him again and use him for future jobs.

The original faucet was tall . It was replace by a similar type but short. I did not realize that until I went to use it after the repairman left. Even with the Angie's list deal it was very expensive. The repairman should have known to check the size . Otherwise he was courteous and cleaned well after the job.

He didn't do phone services. I couldn't seem to get him to give me a date when he was available even though I gave him a choice. He didn't seem very responsive and helpful. I got the sense just through out our emails that he basically just didn't want to be bothered. He needs to be a little bit more responsive. A phone call would be helpful.
