    Dr. Heloi Stark, OD
Dr. Stark was very helpful when I had an unusual eye problem arise.  They squeezed me into a busy schedule for the problem.  She sent me for the proper tests, told me what to expect, gave me referrals to other doctors.  The staff is friendly and the exams are thorough and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care received from Dr. Stark.

    Dr. Finley's Family Eyecare-Vision Source

The vision exam went very well. The equipment  was clean and very new. However at the time of getting the glasses, the lens on one side had huge cracks in it. These were large cracks coming almost half way across the lens. These were a simple pair of corrective lenses. They wanted us to return when they have it corrected but we opted to purchase the frames. We took the frames to Costco with the prescription and ordered lenses with the same features. Just the simple lenses were $275.00  at Dr.  Finley's Family Eyecare, but they were only $97.98 in Costco, (including the fee we paid for bringing our own frame).

So if you do not have vision insurance, it may pay to shop around. Also since we did not have vision insurance the lenses were cut in their own lab onsite.

    MyEyeDr - Vienna
I used this location for the first time last year, and had a poor experience with the glasses I received. They were not what I was promised, and I was very unhappy. I followed up with the Better Business Bureau, and nothing was done. I received a notice that the BB was dropping the inquiry because the office failed to respond. I did return this year for another eye exam because of the excellent exam and quality care I'd received from Dr Frank Casella, and they take my vision insurance. I fully intended to pick up my prescription and go elsewhere for my glasses. However, when I mentioned my prior experience, Dr Casella took full ownership of ensuring my glasses were as promised and as I expected. Furthermore, to my delight, I discovered a $40 credit on my account (presumably from the problem last year). My glasses this time are absolutely perfect! I received wonderful care from Dr Casella and each and every employee - from initial greeting at check-in through picking up and adjusting my final product. I deeply appreciate the professionalism and wonderful care I've received, and I am glad that I gave it another chance.

Front desk is super friendly, attentive and efficient. Dr. Vu-Gia is patient and kind and my kids love him as we'll. He takes time to explain things and never rushes us through the appointment, yet somehow he stays on schedule and doesn't make us wait! Highly recommend!!

    MyEyeDr - Vienna
I began my eye appointment with the doctor and with the optical team by stressing that basically ALL of my daily work is on the computer with the screen in front of me. They explained the options, and having given them the parameters that these are primarily glasses for work and my work is on the computer, I entrusted that the options they were offering were to fulfill those needs. In fact, when I picked up the glasses, they were "progressives" - three different focus areas on each lens. To actually focus on the computer in front of you, you have to tip your head back quite a bit to get the screen in focus. I was very clear when I picked up the progressive glasses that i was not happy with this, I had been extremely clear in my needs, that I was quite angry about their "selling up" to the more expensive type, and it was clearly wrong. Their fall back was that 'everyone gets one do-over'. I clearly should not need a "do-over". They should have provided me with the correct glasses for my needs in the first place. I agreed to try the progressive glasses. About a month later, I could no longer stand it, and brought the glasses back for the 'do-over'. I again made it clear that this was their error - not mine. They ordered the correct computer/reading glasses. I picked them up today. The correct glasses are $80 LESS copay than the wrong ones they provided the first time, and there is NO return on the difference. After all - I got the do-over "for free". I find their practice appalling. I clearly stated my dissatisfaction when I got the original glasses because it was not what I needed for my job. Furthermore, I am a health care professional and patient education is a huge part of what i do. People's lives are truly at stake. I am NOT a poor communicator. Please do not fall for these guys and their "sell-ups", or you, too, will be out of luck and out of probably more than $80. At least I pay high premiums for great insurance....

    Erin A. McCabe, O.D.
Dr. McCabe is very thorough and professional. She takes the time to discuss issues found and treatments. This may sometimes cause her to run over the scheduled time, but I appreciate the thoroughness involved.
Her office staff sometimes fails to notice a customer standing by the front desk waiting to be helped. I had the impression that they were busy with admin work and did not want to look up and notice.

    Professional Eye Care Center
The visit went very well and was comprehensive, including the eye exam, a change in eyeglass prescription
    and new contact lenses.
I also purchased a new pair of sunglasses that had to be ordered with the glare coating.
The consultation, level of custom care and service was thorough and well explained from start to finish.
The quality of care is always excellent, with each of us enjoying outstanding vision.
They stay on top of follow-up appointments for optimum vision quality and tracking any changes.

From the moment I walked into Dr. Vu-Gia office the experience was great!!! The receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable and was very helpful in explaining cost between different products. Dr. Vu-Gia himself is amazing!! He takes the time to talk to you about options, explains the different things you are experiencing and why via his test skills. He uses examples and analogies that are meaningful when explaining situations about your vision. I am a contact wearer and I am in considering switching to multivision contacts, since on top of having to wear my contacts everyday to see far away, I also have to wear reading glasses to see up close. He has been working with me, switching out different brands of contacts, different strengths to try to get the best fit for my lifestyle and trying to find a solution so that I don't always have to pick up a pair of glasses to read everytime. It's obvious to me and very important to him that you walk out of his office knowing you made the right decision and being able to make your eyewear experience a good one. To all that are looking for a great experince and caring optometrist - call and make an appointment!
