I really like going to her.  I have been seeing her for years. She is great outside of just GYN care: she looks at overall health, not just the GYN portion. She really takes her time with patients.

Dr. Kim is also my primary care physician and takes care of my wife and my adult children and their spouses. He is easy to talk to, down to earth, and has a fine office staff. His office is well run and he will do anything he can to help his patients. He is a doctor's doctor. I recommend him highly.

I like that he's very knowledgeable about treatments and medicines. He doesn't always go to the most expensive treatment and he really knows what works for different things. He's very good about actually treating how you're feeling and not just relying on the numbers or the latest and greatest drug. He has been really outstanding helping me manage my asthma and my allergies. However, he's a pretty busy doctor.

Dr. Kacedan is a terrific doctor. I wanted a special experience when I was pregnant with my child after a long struggle with infertility and at 20 weeks decided that my current doctor's office was not personal enough. I switched to Dr. Kacedan and am so very glad that I did. He took time with me and answered all my questions, addressed all the obsessive worrying that I went through during my pregnancy and was amazing during the delivery. I really appreciate the fact that he gave nature a chance to do its job and when he saw it was necessary, intervened at the appropriate time. He explained everything to me so I was fully informed right along the way.
His follow up care was superb also. He visited me daily at the hospital and took care of all of my subsequent medical needs in a prompt and caring manner.
With Dr. Kacedan, you will never feel like you are just a number. I wish more doctors could be like him in knowledge and bedside manner. His office staff are wonderful also and it is a joy to visit.

Dr. Castle is fabulous and has a great bedside manner. He's a very nice and caring person. He first has a good sense of humor and he's nice. He cares and he listens. When he is in the office with us he pays attention to nothing else except us.

Before going I looked at the Web site. They have a dropdown menu with the insurance providers that they accept. One was BlueCross/BlueShield, which is what I have. They even have a separate page that explains that you only have to pay your regular copay and they will bill the insurance. I thought that was great and so convenient.
I went into the office and a very unfriendly receptionist asked me why I was there. When I explained, she asked what insurance I had. I told her. She then started shaking her head and said they don't take BC/BS. I mentioned that it was right on their Web site that they did and she continued to shake her head and shrugged her shoulders. She said maybe someday they would but not now. She was rude and dismissive.
After I got home, I double-checked the Web site and it did indeed say that they took BC/BS. There was a form to send them an email with any questions, which I used. Still have not heard a word from them.

Wow! It was horrible! I've been going to this practice for years. My daughter goes to this practice. I had always been happy with the office and the PA that I see. At this time howeve, I had been trying to get a refill of an ongoing Rx for over a week. I had called daily to check on the status and every day I was told it would be done that day. Some days I called twice to beg for the Rx. I never got past the front desk (a position I have worked in physician offices over several years). I finally decided that I would just make an appointment to go in to get the refill, discussing the Rx with the PA in case there was a problem, paying my copay. As soon as I showed up I could tell that the girl at the desk thought I was going to complain about her. People in the office were comforting her. My PA came in to see me with some attitude-- did not want to discuss the refill with me (it is a hormone therapy that I take every day ongoing for 2 years) and when I said 'wait I need to get a refill' she said 'it's already been called in.' I was confused because I had just checked on it that morning hoping to get out of a doctor appointment and it had not been received. I told her as much and she said 'see it was called in this morning' and showing me the signed fax. When I checked out, I was given more attitude. I want to point out that I never said a disparaging word to the office staff, I never complained about the Rx refill, I was very polite as I think it pays to overlook such one time occurrences. Of course, when I got to the pharmacy they did not have the refill ok-- they had to call the office to get it verbally. I've used this pharmacy for 13 years and I've never had an issue with them, and from what they showed me and told me, and based on the attitude I got from the provider office, I tend to believe that the provider office made the mistake.
I am having the same problem again. I called the pharmacy yesterday to request the refill, but then thought that I should just go by the office if I could to pick up a written Rx. So today I called to ask for a refill, the front desk took the message curtly, but she may have been busy. However when I asked if the PA would see it today (as I'm leaving on vacation in 3 days) she became very rude, said goodbye and hung up before I could even ask if I could pick up a written Rx.
I've worked in this same position as I said above and I know how busy and frustrating it can be. But you cannot be rude to patients, they depend on the provider and staff, and they pay for the service. I'm feeling very upset, almost in tears as I don't have any other physician I can turn to. I'll have to start looking for another physician and start all over with them. It's very discouraging! I also wonder about the other patients going to this practice-- most of their patients are elderly judging from the waiting room and I feel very sorry for them.

My family goes there and we like them. We've been with them forever and they were very good. I feel like a get a very good care from them, you can see doctors 24/7, there's always somebody to see. If they can't treat what problem you have if you don't have specialist, they will pay for you to go to a specialist. You always get good care. I've been with them for 20 years and I have options for other health care but my main option is to stay with Kaiser. They're very good with communication, you can contact them with the computers all the time.

I had to go in twice, once for the initial exam/treatment and then for a follow-up. Both times I had to wait in the waiting room for almost an hour beyond my appointment. They display a sign saying to let them know if you wait more than 15 minutes past your appointment, which I did, but it made no difference either time.
When I finally got to see the doctor, Jeffrey Berg, he seemed rushed and distracted. He made me feel that my injury was not a high priority for him. The staff were unable to pull up my x-rays from my general practitioner and I had to get my hand x-rayed again. Then, even though a large fragment of bone was displaced from my finger joint, the doctor said that it would heal well enough by simply keeping it immobile for a few weeks. It did heal, but in a permanently crooked position and it still occasionally hurts. The only solution now would be to have them re-break it and preform surgery. If the doctor had suggested minor surgery to re-position the broken fragment to its normal place, my finger would be 100 percent back to normal. He did not, and I have to live with it.

Far better than I expected. Everyone involved was excellent.
Taking the medicine was no fun, nor were the results of taking it, but when I went in for the procedure I was surprised at how comfortable and at ease the staff made me feel--and how painless the entire procedure was. The nurses were the best. The one that put in the IV was so skilled that I barely felt it. Another nurse used humor to put me at ease. Before I knew it I was knocked out by the anesthesia.
I woke up without any pain and Dr. Huh had already explained the results to my spouse. I go back in 5 years and I'm sure I will be much less nervous.
