    Michael is a thorough professional, he has changed my daughter's perception of singing and music in general. He makes it very interesting for the kids to learn, due to which my daughter took a u-turn towards learning the piano. I would highly recommend Michael for teaching music to any age group.

    The first stage went very well. I spoke with Bill Shannon, the manager of the Chantilly office, via phone and he gave me an estimate for the loading and storage fee for one shell. He did not do an onsite visit to estimate but based his estimate on experience of storing the items and boxes as I described to him. His estimate turned out to be spot on and the crew was wonderful in making everything fit into the storage shell. The shell went away and was stored at a very reasonable rate at their Chantilly location. The second phase was the actually final moving of all the rest of our house hold furniture and goods. Again, he estimated the cost over the phone and his 28 foot van held all of our remaining items. The crew was wonderful on moving day but they could not control the weather. It rained the entire time they were loading in Herndon and then when we got to Cross Junction there was already 5 inches of snow and it was still snowing the entire time they were unloading. It was a heroic effort with the rain and snow. God bless them all.. It was a long day. They started at about 8:30 AM and did not finish until about 6:30 PM. They remained cheerful and professional for the entire day.

    Work went well, with some minor hiccups. Biggest complaint was the estimate was about 33% low so I had to stop them before they completed the work and finish it myself. Otherwise I would have had to go back to the HOA to get authorization to proceed.

    Russel was great to work with. He was focused and dedicated to the task at hand and saved us countless hours of having to put the swing set together ourselves. I definitely recommend him to others. Well worth the money!

    I called Tyler's TV for a home service call to diagnose an issue with a 60" LG Plasma TV that stopped working. Carlton returned my call promptly. He explained that the cost of the service call would be applied to any labor to fix it if I decided to have it fixed. Either way, he advised (and I took his advice) that it was worth looking at for the price of the service call before buying a new tv. He came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. He ordered the part (after finding it at the lowest cost possible for me) and made an appointment to install it. He came out on time to fix it and charged me accordingly. The entire repair - parts and labor - was significantly less than a new TV. Carlton was polite, honest and prompt and his rates were reasonable. I highly recommend Tyler's TV.

While assembling, they worked with us to understand our requirements, provided their own suggestions, and collaborated with us to produce excellent results.     Jim was very responsive to my queries regarding his services and provided a good price for our original request of a set of four standard boxes for our pipestem.  When he first came out to review the requirements, he talked to one of my neighbors who already had an oversized mailbox and indicated that he would prefer not to go down to standard size box.  Jim realized that three standard boxes and one oversized would look awful but was reluctant to raise his originally quoted price to cover the difference for four larger boxes so he provided us with a new quote that split the difference between the original cost and what it would normally cost with four oversized boxes.  We accepted the new quote and are all absolutely thrilled with the new set of boxes.  The look great, work great and everything is top notch quality.  When my family and I drive through our neighborhood we look at the other similar sets of mailboxes and the difference in quality is often readily apparent.

    Very well!We feel very lucky to have McGrath taking taking care of our home. Every person who has helped us along the way at McGrath has been so professional, helpful, and experienced: Brian Chevalier led us through the listing process and answered all of our questions, Jessica Stinette marketed the home beautifully, Lindsay Curtis held our hand through the lease process. David Kipper has been so patient with our renters is always responsive. Zack Brown has taken such good care of the property and us. A special thanks to Brian Chevallier who truly sold us on McGrath. I truly believe the Internet is where these deals get made and McGrath's beautiful professional photographs made our listing look fantastic. Some companies we contacted were just going to send an employee with a telephone camera to do the job.

    I can't recommend this vendor highly enough!  I had been trying for years to get my curbside rural mailbox to stand up straight and within the USPS guidelines, but whoever had installed it originally had done a lackluster job.  I contacted Jim Hughes at Mailbox Xpress, inc., and he came out when we had arranged and replaced both the mailbox and the post.  I immediately noticed the difference: the post now stood up straight and the mailbox was where it was supposed to be for the rural carrier delivery.  There was a five-year guarantee on the installation, but this has lasted for at least a decade, with no leaning or major deterioration.  The mailbox itself is of a higher quality than I could find, even now, at either of the two large "hardware" stores near me.  I ran into Jim today while he was installing a neighbor's mailbox, and I asked him where I could get a quality mailbox like his, as the paint on mine is quite weathered, and he said I don't need a new box and that he'd come by and repaint the box for free because he "loves his customers" and likes to maintain a happy customer base.

    The picture color on my Sony TV had too much red and green that could not be adjusted.  I called Tyler's TV, described my problem and gave Mr. Tyler the model number of the TV.  We arranged an appointment time for him to come to my home to evaluate the issue.  He was very prompt, had already done research on the TV and was honest in his assessment.  Fully explained my options and the cost.  In the end It was more cost effective for me to get a new one even though he would have made more $ fixing mine.  Very professional attitude and pleasant manner.  Service call was $75.00.  Well worth it.  Highly recommend this company.
