    Elite Power & Energy Corp
It was difficult to get a response to my inquiry on the cost to do the work. I was finally given a quote of 165 per hour plus materials, I agreed to they and they arrived as scheduled in two men in two trucks. It took 55 minutes to complete the work and they were gone. They supplied and used 6 concrete blocks and I provided them with 5 thick slate pavers. When I received the invoice it had $195/hr for 1.75 hours technician and $65/hr for a helper plus $42 for the blocks. All totaling $497. While the work was satisfactory, the charges are so far removed from the estimate, I feel that I am getting ripped off by. this company. I know of no-one else who charges for driving the to the site and they never identified it as part of the estimate. They never identified multiple people different than a rate per hour. They replied that it would have taken the technician twice as long if the helper wasn't there, which is not true as I was with them through the entire process, and would have been glad to hand tools to the technician. The bill also indicated that I needed to get one tank rectified. I hesitate using this company for anything. I just finished signing a three year agreement for propane, and now feel trapped. If I had any idea the cost was to be over $400, I would have shopped around some more first. I believe I should only be paying $165 for the 55 minutes work plus $42 for the blocks.

    Caspian Contracting LLC
Caspian Contracting did my whole kitchen and bathroom; marble countertoos tile, cabinet, backsplash as well as plumbing and recess lights. I was super happy with them since I have had bad experience with contractors in the past. They were fabulous and meticulous!

    JP Plumbing Solutions, LLC
I could not remove two 30 year old drain plugs in two bathtubs, even though I am moderately handy around the house and had spent two hours online researching. None of the DIY videos or articles on-line showed this particular style of plug, and no-one at Lowes, Home Depot, or Fergusson recognized the style of plug in the photo I showed them. Further, none of the removal techniques they DID show worked on these 2 plugs. In frustration (and fear of causing damage), I called JP Pluming Solutions, and they were able to schedule a visit for the next day for a free estimate. The plumber showed up the next day in the 2-hour window, but he said he'd never seen that style of plug either. He sent a picture to his partner on another job, who said he had seen it, had the tool, and would come by the next day. The partner, Ernesto, showed up at the beginning of that 2-hour window, gave me a free estimate for a very reasonable price, went to the tubs, and within 10 minutes had both plugs and their fittings out. He then procured modern replacements and, in ten more minutes, had the replacements in the tubs. Although he discovered that he had to go to the plumbing supply store to get the correct sized replacements, he charged me exactly what the initial estimate was. Both plumbers were very professional, courteous, and attentive to getting the job done quickly, cleanly, and with no collateral damage. I would definitely hire them again!

    Cyrus Construction LP
We hired Cyrus to remodel our unfinished basement and our expectations were far exceed by the finished product! They turned our dingy, uninspiring basement where we had nothing but storage into an awesome bar/lounge area where we plan on watching hours of sporting events, a gaming room for my kids that is separated from the adult side and a beautiful full bathroom (which is nicer than all of the other bathrooms in my house)!! Every step of the way we had Russell to ask questions or ping him with comments about what we were seeing. He was always responsive and communicated with us via email, phone and text. He always kept us apprised of the next steps in the project. I would highly recommend Cyrus and will likely use them for our next home renovation!

    Craft Kitchen & Bath
We are so pleased by the transformation of our bathroom by Mike Vonal and his team at Craft Kitchen and Bath! Mike listened to our needs and designed the room with attention to every detail. He provided guidance on selection of materials based on our needs and budget and monitored the work daily. The installation team protected carpets and stairs, left a clean area each day, were professional and courteous, and performed the work efficiently.

Ariel flushed and inspected the water heater and showed us the anode rod that needed to be replaced. After the service was completed, he made sure that water pressure was restored to all fixtures and answered all of my questions.

    Moss Building & Design
Excellent quality workmanship. Project took longer to completion than anticipated, in part, because we experienced a foundation leak that required another contractor to repair. Moss worked with us to prepare for that repair and replace work that had to be redone. Overall, very pleased with the final remodel.

    American Plumbing Inc
It went great...American Plumbing was professional, responsive, and did a great job. They are very experienced at this type of work, they found the underground leak and replace the water line with minimum disruption. I was only without water to my house for half of one day, and their clean up after the job was done was perfect...It was hard to tell they had been there. I would hire them again without hesitation.

    DB's Plumbing & Drain
We just had a new refrigerator delivered and water continued to leak. We had thought that it was the old refrigerator that the water was leaking from but it persisted even after my husband turned off all the water in the house. and he had to put an endless array of towels to sop up the water oozingt out.I telphoned DB's Plumbing and Drain at approximately 1:30 pm and was told that the plumber would arrive between 2 and 4. Shane arrived around 3 pm. (This in itself was remarkable as we have been waiting for deliveries of appliances and no one ever arrived during their stated range of hours or even the same day.) Shane was friendly and professional. He immediately told us that he knew what the problem was as he has seen it numerous times. The plastic had worn out and there was a breakdown on the line, He replaced the plastic pipe with copper.

    American Plumbing Inc
I hired American Plumbing to replace my main water service line. Dan came out to provide an estimate on the same day I called and was able to do the work later that same week. Dave and team arrived on time the day the work was to be done and did an amazing job from beginning to end. They carefully excavated a large bush that was near the house and ran the new line completely underground from the water main at the street to the front of the house, keeping the sidewalk and yard unharmed. Inside they house, they thoughtfully placed the new shut-off so that it would not interfere with other uses of my basement, and carefully removed the drywall so it could be easily returned to place. After the work was done, I can truly say that someone driving by the house would have no idea that any work had been done, the bush had been put back in place and even the mulch looked like it was hardly disturbed. I can't say enough how satisfied I am with the result.
