    Cost was excessive for the time spend and work done. Part price was double what I found on the internet and labor was 4X what it cost my neighbor to do the exact same procedures on the exact same model snowblower with a different service provider. I'll never go there again - prices are excessive.

    I have used them for a number of things and I like the company very much. I took my snowblower to them. They did not come out. I did not really price it out. I just took it to them. It is what it is. It is a local company. They have been in business for quite a few years. They have always been reliable. The workers seem fine. Everything they did was very professional.

    I got in touch with Jason at AJ's on the first try. We agreed on the day and time as well as approximate price and he came to the house right on schedule. He tuned the engine, filled the tires, leveled the mowing deck, and sharpened the blades for $5 less than his original quote. I will definitely use his service again.

    I wanted Ken to tune-up my underpowered lawnmower if it would fix the problem. Tiffany in the office was very helpful in finding a mutually agreeable time for the work. Ken came on the designated day and got the mower running like new again. Very pleasant experience since I didn't have to do anything except put the mower in front of the house.

    Took riding mower in for periodic maintenance and diagnosis; blade lost power in thick grass. Received mower after completion without service ticket or invoice. Blade still wouldn't cut thick grass. Returned to L&L for service after lengthy discussion with manager, who stated in 30 years, they'd never had anything returned. After diagnosis, was returned to me again, but still wouldn't cut thick grass. Again, no service ticket. Decided to repair myself, discovering blade drive belt warranted replacement, an elementary maintenance item. Mower worked fine afterwards. Their inability to diagnose and repair this basic item twice casts doubt on their credibility.

    I go to the Sears Franklin Farm hardware periodically to purchase merchandise and hardware. The location is convenient and I can normally find what I need. One of the key issues for me is pricing and customer service. During a few visits to this store I found that the prices were higher than competitors in the area and I didn't see an eagerness by store management and staff to be attentive to customers. Maybe my visits were on off days but the times I have visited the store I have felt that customer service was not as apparent as it could have been. Again, this is my impression and I could have been in the store of off days, but the I still believe that the store manager should ensure that customers are treated with professionalism and care when they first come in the store. Also, the pricing at this outlet seems higher than other stores in the area for the same items I was looking for and thus I went elsewhere. This store is very convenient and with some better pricing and improved customer service, I believe this could be a great place to buy hardware and other things.

    I was able to schedule and confirm the service appointment online, and prepay for the appointment using PayPal. I also exchanged email correspondence prior to the appointment, and was very satisfied with the quick responses I received. On the date of the appointment, the technican arrived at my house within the prescribed timeframe and completed the maintenance quickly and courteously. I was very satisfied with the services provided, and would happily recommend Tractors Plus, and use them again in the future.

    I was in a hurry to get the snow blower working in advance of the 5 to 12 inch snowstorm that ended up being 5 to 12 millimeters.  Apparently I had not run the gas all the way out the previous year and it had decomposed internally and sludged up the works.  Jason instinctively knew this would be the case, arrived with mobile laboratory and fixed it on the street right in front of my house.  He talked to me throughout about what was happening and how to avoid this in the future.  Even showed me the gunky carb.  Needless to say I'll be running the gas out this year.
    My biggest concern during all of this was actually for Jason's well being as he uses a generator inside his trailer at night and the fumes were a bit much.  Hopefully this isn't an issue most of the year for him.  I would definitely use Jason again for small engine repair and would be confident recommending him to others.

    Vienna Lawnmower Sales and Service Inc.
    Dropped off my lawn mower on 14 Feb 12 for summer service/inspection.  The individual at the store said that would be done with the work by the end of the month.  I had to leave a $40 dollar estimate fee (that is credited towards your final bill at the end), and told that if the inspection turned up something wrong, that they would call me if they estimated the repairs would go over $125.00.  On 28 Feb 12, I got a call from the office letting me know that during the inspection they had found that both the transmission drive tires needed to be replaced.  That the plastic gears inside the tires were stripped and would not pull the mower if used in the self-propelled mode.  They told me that the cost would be $158.50 for service and repairs.  I told them to go ahead and make the necessary repairs.  I got a call on 2 Mar 12 letting me know that my lawn mower was ready for pick-up.  I picked up the lawn mower on 5 Mar 12 and presented them with an Angie's list $5.00 coupon that they deducted off the bill.  Very satisfied with the whole experience.   The individual at the shop assisted me both when I dropped/picked-up the mower.  However, with winter stretching itself into March, I'll have to wait a few more weeks to see how the mower cuts now with the service/repairs.

    Came very quickly (within a couple hours) of arranging an appointment on line. Unique business plan: they come to your house so you don't have to load your mower into the car/truck and haul it to the shop. Repair technician Shirley (sp?) was thoroughly knowledgeable, skillful and efficient. Fixed both mowers in about 45 minutes. Appears to have been more familiar with the John Deere mower that he fixed than the repair tech at the John Deere dealer had been.
