    I have gone to them for about 20 years and they are excellent. They are professional and I have never had any problems with their work. They provide a shuttle service and are just great to work with. Their workmanship is top notch and I would recommend them as well.

    There is really no haggling that goes on. We did have a glitch this particular time. They delivered to me the wrong car. They called me the next day saying they needed to charge me an extra $1000 saying the car I took home was not the one we bought. That was very unusual. I never had that happen before. I think the salesman screwed up, he probably got fired over that. We got the same car just a different model. They were practically begging me to bring the car back. They didn't realize it until the inventory didn't match up. The price was reasonable. The service was decent. I'd probably go back. I've bought a few cars there, my son and wife has as well. It's a big lot, they have a lot of cars, it's a great place to start looking for a car.

    It is a little drive to it. The service itself was fine. They gave me a courtesy car wash that was like an “F” because it a courtesy, not a service I paid for. I haven’t gone to different places to get any work done on my car, so I don’t have a comparison. I have a service contract with them, so I have to use them again. It takes about an hour to do the work. The best thing is the convenience.

    They take appointments, even for oil changes (You can also just drop your car off). They have a shuttle service, and will even come pick up your car if need be. I have been going here for about 10 years now, and would highly recommend. They have coupons on their website, and will sometimes send them in the mail as well.

    I have been using Ourisman Toyota Chantilly for 12years. Very pleased with their service. Great customer service, great service work, great prices. Top notch company. I only got to them for the work on my Toyota Sienta. Nobody else touches my car! I have used them exclusively for that 12 years.

    If it wasn't for them, I probably would have lost my serpentine belt, which was badly cracked. Not only that, but they were very knowledgeable and offer competitive pricing, BEFORE they honored the coupon!

    I did not have an appointment, but the car would not drive anywhere in a good way really, so left it with them at 5pm. They handled it as an emergency and fixed it the next work day. Every single interaction with them, this time and before, was absolutely A+ and excellent. I am glad I found them, and they are more than an alternative for the usual dealerships, and actually better.

    The mini is under warranty. I would use them again. There are times when you can't find somebody to walk to. It is a bizarre thing, you drive up to drop the car, and there is no one there. I have been there for 15 minutes, and there is no human. They are very high end, they have other high end cars, and there is nobody behind the desk and it is just a little odd sometimes.

    They damaged my vehicle, caused over $8000 of warranty work to be done.  Was without my vehicle for over 15 days.
    During Routine Service A for my 2013 CIVIC car, was advised that should do a drain/fill transmission per schedule.  I said OK and I regret that decision to this day.  This car has always been dealer serviced, and this is first time the car has had drain/fill transmission service.   
    The technician broke transmission and tried to blame it on manufacturing defect.  At first they admitted full responsibility then tried to back off saying it was that way.  Yeah right!    Remanufactured  Honda transmission had to be ordered and put in.   When car was returned to me,  car had a scuff mark on bumper that dealership had to buff out.  Could see scratch under fluorescent light.   When I asked how the service advisor would feel if it was his car that  got scratched while under dealership care, he looked dumbfounded "what do you want me to do?".   An apology would have been nice.  But all he says is that I show him a problem he says he takes care of it.   Car then was also missing 3 of tire caps.   If only this was end of it...  
    After  transmission replacement, the car sporadically experiences drivability issues - loss of power, low RPMs, not shifting, stuttering and unable to move.  I had to get it towed THREE TIMES separate occasions  over the course of 2.5 months back to Honda dealerships.  1 -  The pedal sensor was replaced after first attempt to fix it - misdiagnosed.   Car seem to be lacking power.  I looked under hood and noticed air cleaner assembly was not secured because it was missing bolt, and clamps were not tightened.  Took the car back to same Chantilly dealership, they apologized, and they had their foreman check it over. Said everything checked out fine.2- Car broke down, towed to SECOND dealership said engine wire harness was problem and replaced that.3- Car broke down, towed to SECOND dealership, said another engine harness was problem and traced it to two wires damaged and pointed responsibility to Honda of Chantilly.
    As a result of Honda of Chantilly's SERVICE then, which I firmly believed wrecked my vehicle, I decided to sell it.

    I had not used Fairfax Auto Repair before, but it had excellent reviews that proved to be right. My Toyota Sienna developed a gusher of an oil leak and I had to have the car towed to a mechanic. I was uncertain where to send my car, but I wanted a repair shop that wouldn't take advantage of the fact that I couldn't easily take the car elsewhere if the they provided outrageous repair recommendations or estimates. Thankfully, the team at Fairfax Auto Repair was very honest. They quickly diagnosed the high pressure leak in my oil cooler line, provided a fair estimate, and returned the vehicle to me within 24 hours. I could not believe we had the car back the next day. Thank you Fairfax Auto Repair.
