  • Umar, co-owner of the company, came out to the house personally to inspect the regrigerator-freezer, as he said it is hard to determine the actual problem in such cases. He made an assessment that the freezer was not defrosting properly, and that the icemaker was NOT the problem, but a new defroster mechanism was needed. Therefore, we set an appt. for the next day to replace that mechanism, during which time we would manually defrost the freezer. This way, we would not have to defrost the fridge part, and could leave food the that unit. Umar returned the next day at the scheduled time with his technician, who replaced the defrosting unit, along with the temperature sensor. That being done, they left. The icemaker resumed making ice. In short, ATR fixed the problem, was courteous and efficient. The price was within the amount I had reason to expect to papy..

  • From start to finish, they were professional, thorough, and easy to work with. They came on time and called ahead to let me know exactly when they were coming 30 minutes in advance. Sam took the time to clean out all the lint that had built up on the inside of the machine, and even took the time to wipe down the outside of the machine after he had reassembled it. He showed me the area of the machine that was causing the problem and explained to me the work that needed to be done. I would definitely use this company again.

  • After diagnosis, it took 8 days for repair appointment.. Repair guys comes to home and breaks part when replacing. We call office and get no response. Repair guy claims will return 2 days later to repair. Calls at 4 and says coming soon. Calls at 5 and says not coming. Over two weeks without repair. I gave up and canceled.

  • Great job. Repair man diagnosed leaky valve assembly and loose agitator housing. Was able to order and pick up valve same day and returned to complete repair. While replacing valve assembly, he noticed the washers in the hoses were disintegrating, and offered to replace the hoses for $40. Total bill with Angie's coupon was $270

  • Came right over the day I called (Friday afternoon). He needed to order a part and called the day it came in and came right over to fix it. He even made sure he cleaned the dishwasher for me when he was finished.

  • Lousy. Technician arrived turned on microwave. Light went on, turn table worked but no heat. He said it.s the magnetron. I said how do you know you didn't test. He said I listened. He then spent 15 minutes clicking door switch on and off. I asked what are you doing. Trying to reset was his answer. After some time said need new magnetron and door switches. Nothing working. Just a digital message saying door. Then checked price to repair. $600.00. He said not worth it. Just buy stand alone for counter. Gave me a service call bill for $89.00 and left. Now granted microwave wasn't working when he arrived but door switches were and the convection oven was apparently working..(he didn't check that) Now nothing.

  • Following up on my prior review of my refrigerator and wall oven fiasco. I finally gave up on them ever fixing the wall oven. They tried and couldn't. It's now mid-November and I've had them back multiple times to try to fix my refrigerator's icemaker. After numerous appointments and many no-shows they finally sent a different technician (#2) than the one who failed to fix it on 4 previous visits. #2 said the problem was low water pressure and it would require a plumber to replace a valve. I set an appointment with Service Doctor's for a plumber, but he had to cancel then for subsequent appointments. I have never heard back from them -- maybe they're too ashamed for such poor customer service. Also, I discovered that technician #2 left the icemaker dangling from its water line -- he did not put back the screws that hold it back in. WE have found other miscellaneous screws falling out of the ice dispenser. Totally unprofessional.

  • It took more than a week to get them out. I had to purchases a mini fridge for my tenant. The first technician misdiagnosed the problem and ordered the wrong part. I had to wait almost two weeks for another appointment. The next technician came out with that part and informed me that the first technician was wrong and that my 6-year-old, $3000, Kenmore Elite fridge was not fixable and I had to buy a new fridge. He took the part back and assured me that I would be refunded my money. They did not refund my money and I finally had to dispute the charge through my credit card to get my money back. The one positive thing I can say is that everyone I spoke with was very polite.
