ARoberts Construction Co LLCJim and his team were wonderful to work with. He was at my home within a few days listening to all I had in mind for my new kitchen. Their communication was always prompt and professional. They even recommended a kitchen design service which guided me through the design process, suggesting places to shop for countertops, tile, ect.. which helped me tremendously in pulling everything together. Jim made sure all materials were ready before they started the work so there was no delay in the progress of work and completion of the project was timely. I will definitely consider hiring them again for future home projects.- Omega E.

BChoice Home WarrantyGood and not so good. Choice responded quickly to my claim, initially offered to let me hire on my own and have them pay bill (very good) and soon thereafter advised they had a technician available. (good) for Monday 3-7 pm. No tech showed, so emailed Choice and the response was if the time for appointment was not good to reschedule. Totally missed the point. (not good). Called Tuesday am, was advised that the appointment was actually for Tuesday pm, 3-7 pm. (not good). So Choice was prompt in responding but blew the notification to me as to when the appointment was. The tech showed up at 6:30, nice guy, went right to work, fixed it in a half hour. Very pleased, actually asked about hiring him for some projects. So Choice actually did a good job overall, the tech was very good, which I was leery of based upon prior experience with another company and its choices of techs. Hivex was great about communicating with us during each phase of the project. They also did a custom job for us on our bathroom and some under-stairs bookshelving. AA to Z HandymanI posted my need on New Years Day. A to Z showed up that day and was here the next morning (Saturday) to do the job which included purchasing the toilet. He did not give me a lot of crap on my mess from trying to remedy the situation with my DIY skills or non-skills. A new flange had to be installed before the toilet which increased the cost. Great job and quick job. COVID rules were followed too.- Jon S.

They finished about 1800 square feet and I couldn’t be any happier with the work. I am a glass artist and had been using part of the unfinished area for my studio and dreamed of the day when I would have a proper area to work in. I designed the studio space knowing what I would need and the room is perfect. They did everything I wanted and needed. It is everything I wanted and dreamed of. The rest of the basement is a nice open area. They built a beautiful bathroom, we have a area just waiting for a big bar to be put in place. We have a exercise area too. My husband is thrilled with the size of tv we were able to get. What we thought would be an area we wouldn’t use much has become the place we are in every evening. We still have an unfinished area for storage. The basement is perfect. This is the third project I have had Vista do for us. I won’t hire anyone else. The quality of the work is outstanding. If you want anything done in your home you can’t go wrong hiring this company. The first photo is my studio area before the work was started. Last photo is my studio completed. AWhat a delight! Khash Erdene at the Richmond warehouse and showroom listened to our ideas and quickly found the stone we wanted. He was also able to Find a remnant that worked out perfectly and saved us quite a bit of money. The online communication provided an easy to execute approval of layout. The turnaround to installation was about two weeks even over the holidays! Installation was quick and professional. Excellent service from start to finish.

Recent Review:
ACSI was flexible and was able to schedule a home inspector the day after I got a bid accepted on a house. The inspector, Patrick, showed up on time and the inspection took about 4 hours. Patrick was responsive to any questions I had by email or live during the inspection. My one recommendation is that I requested a pest, mold, radon, and home inspection. It would be a better heads up if they explained that they sometimes outsource the radon inspection depending on availability of radon inspectors. Also, they can explain a bit more for new home buyers what is involved with a mold inspection. Patrick ended up just eyeing whether he spotted any mold. Because he did not see any mold, we did not have to pay extra for mold samples.

AWe have used Moser a few times in the past and have been very happy with the work. Most recently, we were having issues with a few ceiling fans whose remotes were not working. We called Moser and they came out promptly, checked the fans, and found the issue was the receiver in both fans. He told us we needed to replace the receivers -- something they could do, but the receivers would have to be ordered. In the meantime, he removed the receivers so that we could at least use the lights with the wall switch.

AI had a busted pipe on my second floor that caused water damage through the ceiling. The staff was very friendly, and gave me an appointment the same day to start the drying process. They explained the procedure thoroughly, and they were very neat, clean, and professional. I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend ServiClean.

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.
