AHR RenovationsHR Renovations did a great job building our deck and screened in porch. Harold put together a project and a price that fit our budget. Permits were pulled and inspections passed. Deck is solid and looks great. Pedro and Juan were professional and personable. Take aways a from experience: Ensure you pull permits and ask to do so up front, wait to screen in your porch if you plan to stain, if your budget can handle it put up aluminum gutters vice any plastic gutters, screen doors can sag, and really just enjoy your new deck. I had a disaster of a backyard, and he designed and installed a beautiful patio with fire pit, an adjacent garden and gazebo, and appropriate and tasteful lighting. He further added definition and landscaping to the yard. His work reflected attention to detail and customer satisfaction. His work is like he is building it for himself. AOwner Ricky Stroup was infinitely patient with us, as after our initial meeting it took us over a year to hire his company to do this work. During that year, we had multiple conversations with him regarding the scope of our project, and he was as willing to contract the scope as to expand it. He wrote several proposals for us, so we could see the financial impacts of our different scope options. Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout! His team installed everything in one day, and all who worked on our project were extremely courteous and professional. We have been very impressed with the quality of the work. Working with Gutter Glove of North Carolina was an enjoyable experience, and I recommend this company!

FI am a 65 year old disabled veteran taking care of my 95 year old mother. We went with Long Roofing thinking we would have a professional experience. Furthest thing from the truth. Install was bad. No communication between anyone in the company to resolve issues. Repair/replace has been pursued since install in November of 2018. Company has refused to acknowledge mistakes even after numerous "inspections", a large number of photos and independent inspector I had to hire at my expense to validate my issues. I have had to go through more than The company seems too busy to take care of their customers correctly. I am still in the process of trying to get my roof fixed from their install and it is March of 2019.
