AStructural Masonry Services IncOur brick front porch collapsed due to age and previous poor workmanship. We decided to replace the upper brick surface with a solid concrete platform and Charlie did a superb job pouring a beautiful replacement concrete surface while also ensuring that water drains away from and off of the porch surface (water being a contributing problem to the decay of the previous porch). We also had Charlie replace a portion of the sidewalk the leads to our side entry to the house. The old sidewalk had sunken below grade making a place where water pooled. This had also caused to the first step into the house to be several inches higher than it should be. Charlie was able to replace the sunken portion, correcting the drainage problem as well as restoring the first entry step to its correct height. Charlie did an excellent job developing solutions to our problems and completing all the work necessary to complete the project. Charlie and his team were always professional and enthusiastic in their work and completed the job in a timely manner. We won't hesitate to use Structural Masonry Services in the future and will be recommending Charlie to our friends.- Terry C.

AStructural Masonry Services, was prompt with all communication and quoting for the project. Not knowing everything that goes into pouring demo and pouring I didn't realize my relatively tiny front area was a 4 day event, one for demo, one for forming, a pour day, and another for finishing touches. The price I paid to have a crew out for four days was a fantastic value and the quality of the work was top notch. Having other work going on at my home at the same time Structural Masonry Services was able to overcome obstacles provided not by the work itself but other contractors which was greatly appreciated.

I had a disaster of a backyard, and he designed and installed a beautiful patio with fire pit, an adjacent garden and gazebo, and appropriate and tasteful lighting. He further added definition and landscaping to the yard. His work reflected attention to detail and customer satisfaction. His work is like he is building it for himself. AI wasn’t pleased with the instructions I received from the salesperson with some of the presort that was needed before repairs began. This ended up cost me an additional $1200. The crew that worked on my home was top notch, Charles Byers, James Spencer and Tommy Fischer were professional and very efficient. I knew everything that was going on as they worked.

FI signed a contract with them in January 2019 and paid a deposit. They never contacted me again until the contract expired. Five months later and I still didn't get my deposit back.
