    Great! Sarah Schnier, Real Property Management Pros in Haymarket, VA, handled everything efficiently, was always pleasant, available to take my call or returned calls ASAP & didn���t make me feel like a number. She dispatched ���A1 Solid Solutions LLC��� whom also were efficient & polite. They actually found 3 dead birds & nesting material in the exhaust fan, they not only fixed/repaired the problem but removed the dead birds & debris and cleaned up, wiped the floors with disinfectant wipes, put baskets over all outside vent openings to prevent it from ever happening again in any exhaust opening. Thank you A1 and Sarah Schnier!

    Terrible! Technician basically called me a liar, said the stove glass-top broke due to impact, even though i explained it cracked spontaneously while cooling. Three times I explained! He wrote on his slip that it was "broken, need new one" but told the warranty company it broke due to impact so I couldn't even plea my case! Then the manager, Bobby, refused to call back after several messages. Hard to be called a liar, and hard to be refused good customer service. The technician was either poorly trained or ignorant, he had to bend sideways to even see the crack, that should have been a clue that there was no impact!

    As I said before the work was well done. The issue I have is I was told that it would take 2 weeks to repair, Before I left the store they said 3 weeks at the absolute latest. Well it was a month till I received the cushions back. What they promise for a time frame to get the item back is not accurate, Workmanship is very good,

    We called this provider because of their A rating and the fact that they were a local business. Our 1 year old Whirlpool refrigerator's ice machine had quit working. Miraculously It started working on its own before their appointment but we kept the appointment because there was still an issue with it leaking sporadically and we felt that the ice machine was still having issues. the guy came late, around 6,  and said that it was probably the water pressure or the filter causing the issues. he adjusted the water pressure, cleaned the coils, and told us to use a whirlpool made filter. we bought a whirlpool filter and installed it but the ice maker quit working again. we called them back and got another appointment. the original appointment was for 3:30 on Thursday. they called to say they couldn't make it but would come the next day. the next day, a Friday, we waited and waited. My husband called around 5 pm but no one answered. we got a call around 6 pm but we were outside working in the yard, waiting for the repair person to come. the message was that they could have someone out at 6:30 or they would come the following week. i called back when i got the message, around 6:25, and got voice mail. i left a message saying that we wanted someone to come that day. no call back. i called back again and asked for him to return my call to let me know if they were coming. i never received a call back.

    I had recently purchased a brand new gas stove. My wife likes to make stocks and other foods that need to simmer.  Well the manufacturer had sent the low flame to high to do that. .Shane showed up in the time frame given, and at first wasn't  sure if he could make the changes I wanted. He asked for the owners manual to check on the model and what could be done. He spent about a half hour fixing the height of the flame on all the burners to my wife's desire. It made her extremely happy.
    This is the second time I have used Ayers appliances and have been extremely happy on both times. I would use them again.

    Originally Contacted the company through email and was pleased to get a response first thing on Monday morning. They were available the next morning for an appointment. They showed up around 10am and were able to repair the oven quickly. A little soldering and it was good as new. Very knowledgable and professional.

    The men explained the problem, showed me how they were going to make the repair, and made suggestions for future use so I would not have the same problem again.  He told me about the limitations of my machine that the salesman overlooked in making the sale.  I am unsure of the actual cost of the repair because we have a home warranty with a $100 deductible.

    Alan arrived 10 minutes before the appointment time, was friendly and professional.  Our dishwasher had been leaking intermittently for the past couple of years, and it was finally time to get it fixed.  Alan checked out the dishwasher, diagnosed and fixed the most likely cause of the intermittent leak, ran the dishwasher cycle to check for leaks, and told me to call back if the problem recurs, and he would honor the transportation fee for today's visit if he needed to return.  Although we don't want any of our appliances to break in the future, we now have an honest and dependable person to call!  We will definitely use him again!

    We agreed to be home around 2:00 p.m. to accept delivery. At around 1:15, we received a call from Kevin telling us he would be at our house in about 15 minutes. We explained we were unable to be there earlier that expected, and in fact would probably be a little late because we were just then walking from the church to the gravesite. Kevin started yelling at us, insisting that we said we would be home. My husband and I were very upset, and could not believe his behavior, especially considering our circumstances. He was rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to work with us to resolve the timing issue. In addition, we were told by the seller of the table that he did not pick up the ping pong table attachment that was included with our purchase. His driver said he didn't have room on his truck, so he just left it. The table was never delivered to our home, and as far as I know, he still has it in his possession.

    I hired Potomac Plumbing and Gas from reviews made on Angies list. Brandon returned my call promptly and setup an appointment date. He did show up about an hour late but called to let me know. When he arrived  he did not have the correct parts to do the install, not his fault I failed to mention the oddball plastic pipes this house was built with. He did offer to run up to the local store and get the parts but we both decided to wait until the following morning to do the work.
    Brandon arrived the following day with a helper right on time. The work went smoothly and was completed in few hours. They also installed our new gas stove and again I messed up by purchasing the wrong size kit. This time they did run up to the store purchased the correct parts, installed them and did not charge anything for doing it. Brandon has a great personality and good work ethic. I will use him again.
