    I wasn't comfortable with the pictures of the color options for both the top and bottom of the pads so I asked for some swatches which were sent very quickly.  Once I picked the colors, provided the measurements and traced the table outline, the finished product arrived very quickly and looks amazing.

    I dropped off the chair and was told it would take about two weeks.  The provider did NOT tell me to provide any material/fabric for the re-upholstery and absolutely did not communicate anything despite numerous attempts on my part.  I ended up having to drive over to the location and pick up the chair.  I wouldn't recommend anyone use this provider.

    After posting the below review on Angie's List and forwarding the review onto Belfort's customer service, I got a call the next day. I had a discussion with their customer service rep and explained specifics as to what happened and why I was disappointed and frustrated with the overall experience. They were apologetic and did process a partial refund for the mistake (about 10% of the kids furniture); which is really all that needed to be done initially. I have upgraded their overall rating from a D to a B and their responsiveness from and F to a C.

    We approached Belfort to purchase our master bed room furniture. We found the set we wanted on line and Belfort massive showroom had it in stock so we could look at it. They had the best price; however, nickle and dime things like delivery fees, out of range fees etc, which made them more on par with online sites. Our sales person was helpful and did go the extra mile to get us a furniture sample. We ordered the set and 4 of 5 pieces were in stock. The 5th was suppose to be 3 weeks - ended up taking almost 6. We then ordered some kids furniture. We used the same sales person, who didn't work in the kids department, and he was less than helpful. I asked for a price for a set of furniture and mattress and when he came back with a very low price, I tried to confirm that it was the whole set and mattress. He said he forgot to quote the mattress. I had gotten the part numbers for the items from the Belfort website. I was told it would take 4 weeks for all the furniture. After 5.5 weeks we finally got a delivery, but it was only 1 piece (of 3) and the mattress. They started to set it up and it was the wrong bed. I sent it back and contact the sales person and after 2 weeks of back and forth, they realized that they ordered the wrong items and never ordered the other pieces. They re-quoted me and I was confused about the cost. I thought they were going to give me some discount because of the mess up, but they did not. The new furniture arrived another 5 weeks (so a total of nearly 13 weeks to get the furniture) and they billed me the full amount. I had sent several emails about the cost to while waiting for the furniture to clarify the cost and all were pretty well ignored. They claimed that it was my fault that I asked for the wrong thing (even though I asked for confirmation and got the part numbers form the Belfort site). and wouldn't refund any money. My 5 year old daughter was very disappointed she had to wait nearly 4 months for furniture and I am very disappointed that Belfort wouldn't work with me to admit they made a mistake. I was very upset that they somehow thought this was my problem. I will never shop their again and won't recommend them to anybody I would recommend using their showroom to look at furniture and then order online or from somewhere else.

    They do bedding there and the service was good. I comparison shopped a little and it did not seem like there was much margin there but I did find a similar deal elsewhere. They delivered it for me so it was a pretty decent price. I will use them again in the future.
