    Kelly's Construction Inc
I needed soffit, fascia, and gutter replacement on our 2-story home. It was a challenge finding a reputable company since this line of work is not performed by most roofing companies and some siding companies. I finally selected a company only to have them become non-responsive after coming out a 2nd time to answer questions and finalize the proposal. A tv commercial for Kelly Construction caught my attention. I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I met with Justin Finch. Justin was very professional, he listened to what I wanted done, and made suggestions. The estimate was inline with other quotes. I hired Kelly to do the work. Work was underway within a few days and completed within 4 days. Tucker did an outstanding job. I wish I had called Kelly initially. Kelly will definitely be my first stop the next time I'm ready to do home improvements.

    Done Right Home Repair
Called Done Right to install/replace siding on the exterior of the basement wall and originally mount 2 televisions. Rick came out and reviewed the work with my wife. We had done some siding work at the rear of the house and wanted to ensure we can match the same materials. Rick took a sample but was not able to find an exact match. No problems, my wife and I were able to find the materials. Rick talked us through what we needed and we purchased the materials. His original estimates were great. Of course we made a few adjustments, instead of mounting 2 TVs we only did 1. The day of installation, Rick's crew arrived promptly at 8am. We had a slight miscommunication since we had originally asked to have the old wood siding removed and add plywood before installing the siding. We immediately contacted Rick, and he made the necessary adjustments and his crew finished everything on time. Bottom line, the siding looks great! Rick's team did a fantastic job. We are going to ask Rick to provide a cost estimate for additional work to include removing our front porch and possibly building a new one.

Michael Hatchett was our primary point of contact from the company and could not have been nicer or more thorough in the planning stages and throughout the entire process! Jessica Altman was the designer and her ideas, guidance, and selections were beautiful, tasteful, and timeless! Tommy Hunter was the site manager and was ALWAYS available to us for status updates, questions to be answered, advice given, scheduling of the subs, etc! We were/are so very happy that we chose them for our remodel AND theres a lifetime warranty on their workmanship! Certainly cannot ask for more than that!

    Pyramid Roofing
Communication was not good. If you work with this company coint on calling them to stay informed. For the price of the projects that they contract you'd think they keep you informed and truthfully they do not. They are courteous when you call them. My project is still not complete. Also they did not take pictures of my roof prior to removal. If you have an insurance claim request them to do so or wlae you'll be atuck with fees (plywood). Mrs. Anita is nice to work with. Also, I havent done a walk around of my home yet. Maybe because my project is still incomplete. Again, the work product does look nice.

The first thing I want to point out is that when you call this company, someone ALWAYS answers the phone.  Person who visited to give an estimate was friendly and professional on all levels.  We were impressed with the estimate and the professionalism of the company.  Work crew arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the job in two days.  They took care with every little detail such as light fittings, hanging new shutters for us, hanging the gutters back up.  The work crew was professional at all times, no foul language, no inappropriateness, friendly, and they left the property tip top and clean.  The house looks beautiful and we couldn't be happier.

    Total Home Improvements
We contracted Total Home Improvement for a new roof, siding/trim, and front door for our home. They were told that if we liked their work, we had lots of other repairs to complete as money became available.  We were hoping to get the work done in October; however, they put in the contract that work would be performed between December 15 and December 31.  Total did get a non-English speaking crew to replace the roof at the beginning of the contract period. No one showed up until January to do the siding/trim or door.  The office did call asking for final payment just after New Year?s, before they showed up to do the work.
The siding crew did not replace the siding in the front porch in the same manner as it was to start with.  This left a corner piece stopping ~4? short of the ceiling.  Being right next to the door made it obviously look unfinished.  When we pointed this out to the foreman, he argued back that this is how it?s always done, and it would cost us more to re-do it another way.  We felt this was totally unacceptable, as it looked fine the way it was before they replaced it.  In addition, the door they installed was not the colors we ordered.  We ordered a door with mahogany on the inside and charcoal on the outside.  The installed door is a very light mahogany inside and a dark brown outside.  To us and everyone we know, charcoal is a shade of gray.  The salesman had manufacturer color samples of everything, except for the door company.  We did look over their colors online and in their printed brochure, and charcoal looked gray, not brown.  The label on the door did indicate charcoal.
After telling the foreman (all conversations with him were by phone) that we were not satisfied and are withholding final payment until these issues were resolved, nor would we be using them for future work, he said there was nothing else they would do for us.  The following week, suspiciously just after when I would expect a weekly status meeting with the company owners, we got a call back saying they wanted to make us satisfied.  A couple days later, the foreman called and said he finally came by the house and saw what we were complaining about.  Really?  All that other arguing with us and he hadn?t even looked at the siding and door, or the photo?s we sent them?  They also finally contacted the door manufacturer and got color samples. The siding crew was sent back to fix the siding.  The door company does think that charcoal is a shade of brown, but Total sent a painter out to paint the door charcoal, at the end of March. Make sure that the salesman has manufacturer color samples for everything, regardless of who you contract with.  We are now preparing to get bids from other companies for more work on our home.

    Total Home Improvements
The price was great, but the quality of the work was variable from excellent to just acceptable. After they finished, the only way I could tell that work had been done, was that the new siding was cleaner than the rest of my home!  I'm glad that I was able to be at home for much of the work, because the unskilled laborers could have used more supervision: for example, they were tossing bricks directly into my unprotected lawn after their dumpster didn't show up on time.  There were portions of the roof that they walked on without protecting it with plywood. The trades seemed to know their stuff, but portions of the new sheathing had to be caulked to fill a 1" gap at the gable top due to sloppy workmanship. They fixed all of the shortcomings that I identified in a timely manner.  I saved $3k compared to another bidder, and feel that they did a very good job.  I would definitely hire them again.

    Stephen Harvey Enterprises, LLC
It was a very satisfying experience.  The contractor called us back the evening of the same day we called, and was able to come out to look at the job that evening.  Our firewood stack and other items were in the way of the work, and we told the contractor before he did the estimate that we would move the firewood and other items away from the work area.  We called two other contractors and got an estimate from one of them.  When we told Stephen Harvey Enterprises that we wanted to accept his estimate, we also told him we would start on moving the stuff out of the way the next day.  He told us he would order the materials and start work in a few days.  To our surprise, he showed up the very next day and dropped off a young man to move the firewood and other stuff.  The young man was courteous and worked hard.  He stacked the wood where I asked him to.  The siding crew began a few days later.  They were also very courteous, did very nice work and cleaned up well afterwards.  The business owner was not on the site most of the time, but stopped by several times to observe the progress.  Then he came back when it was done to inspect the finished work and ask if we were happy with it.  We are very happy with it and would use this contractor again and have already recommended him to two other people.

    W.T. Anderson Corp
This is the company you want to work on your house. Tom from Anderson's came out to my house and gave me estimates for a new roof, gutters, aluminum fascia and vinyl soffits. While on my roof, he noticed a cracked and broken pipe collar. He had a rubber pipe collar in his truck and went back up on my roof and installed the rubber pipe collar. No charge. Who does that? Tom's estimate was the first one I had received. I called two other companies who came out and gave estimates. Anderson's estimate was a full $6,000 less than the next one I received (from a grade A Angieslist company), for an identical roof, a gutter system that was not as good as the Rhino one Anderson installed, and fascia/soffit that was not as attractive as Anderson's. The entire Anderson crew, from Tom, to everyone I spoke with on the phone, to the roofing crew and supervisor Tina (who took me on a rooftop tour of the work), the soffit/fascia crew, and the gutter installers, were all top notch. One employee mentioned to me that Anderson takes care of their employees and he likes working for them; that matters. And it shows. I would contract with Anderson again in a heartbeat.
