    A to Z Cleaning And Organizing LLC were the first people to come into my home for a decade! The consulted with me during the whole purging and down sizing process. They even took the time and consideration of myself and my family's lifestyles when they were doing the organizing stages. Brooke went above and beyond my expectations! She is AMAZING! She's MORE than a cleaning and organizing business owner, she's talented. Brooke helped my friend with clearing out some property, taking useable items and fixing them or repurposing them then donating them to individual's in need! She also helped my friend out by cleaning the properties thoroughly. She even cleaned up the outside of properties in the yard, flower beds, gutters and shrubs. My friend said said Brooke IS a Jack of all trades! Thanks to Brooke and her never ending knowledge and eagerness to help other's, my friend sold the house Brooke staged for her one week later! A to Z Cleaning And Organizing is the BEST by far! They still clean for me, my property owner friend and several of our neighbor's.

    Our experience was wonderful.  I couldn't have asked for any better.  It was about 8 o'clock at night, I was at work and my wife calls me to say she replaced the old shut-off valve in the kitchen.  Due to a faulty part, the kitchen was promptly flooded.  Water was everywhere!  We called and Terry said he was in the area and would be over soon.  Within the next hour, our suspicions were confirmed, the valve was replaced, and he was on his way.  The valve we put in was bad.  Oh well, one flooded kitchen later, we know have a good contact for plumbing.  Thanks a bunch!

    We woke up to a wet garage.  Water heater was leaking from top of tank.  Tank was very old so we were not surprised.  Husband called company at approximately 7:00 AM.  Husband was given quote and told he was first on the list today.  They were scheduled to show up at 9:30 (arrived early 9:15).  Confirmed price with Tommy Cooper (the head repair guy) and gave him angie's list coupon. 

    Mr. Cooper was very good in providing the steps and process that was going to take place and also on what they would need me to do on the inside of the house (turn off faucet, turn back on).  All was said and done within in hour.  When I commented upon that he said that it is not normally this easy - he stated a lot of water tanks in the area are located in the attic and that it takes more time to replace one of those. 

    Was very impressed with the overall service and friendliness of Mr. Cooper and his associate.  I will definitely use this company again and I will recommend it to anyone who is looking for plumbing services.

    Great!  Walked in and all three employees jumped and started working on my watches.  Took about 15 minutes and made sure both watches fit and provided me with the removed links.  All three watch batteries were replaced and worked great!

    They were evasive about their home security system. I discovered after we got it hooked up, they had a longer commitment time than I thought. They were evasive about answering three or four things, so I wasn't happy about that. They were OK.

    My husband had a heart attack and was transported after initial treatment at Mary Immaculate to Maryview.  After a week, he was sent home with medications but no instructions on diet, rehab, anything.  I will never forget one of their doctors, Dr. Maniu, telling my terrified husband that he would not live to be old.  He was right, as my husband died 6 weeks ago, but what kind of bedside manner is that.  Those words have never left us and my husband rightly distrusted and hated all doctors because of Maniu.  I respect frankness but Maniu said it without anything else.  Just mused on it as if we weren't real people.

    On time for estimate and pick up.  Professional, yet friendly.  I don't impress easily, but this was as fine a crew as one could hope for.  I had need for a "detour" to delivery some of the load, and they accommodated with ease (small added charge, of course, but quite reasonable).  Would recommend without reservation, and I would use them again in a heart-beat.

    Tracy B Wade the CEO had contacted me upon purchasing the $299 resume writing service with a stock-email requesting information regarding my background, 3 jobs that are relevant, my contact information and a copy of my resume.  Included in my email was all my contact information, which I just checked for accuracy.  I also asked if he had any background in Military transitions to which he replied: "Yes, we have a tremendous amount of experience in working with individuals with military backgrounds. We have actually worked specifically with the Army and Navy for several years, conducting resume writing and interview skills seminars for transitioning service members, and we write a lot of resumes as a result of those relationships. -Tracy".  The process to supply the requested information on his "linkedin" questionnaire was very time consuming (approximately took an hour) and I wanted to make sure this person I had never met understood what I currently do and what jobs I am seeking.  I sent it to his email, and after receiving his requested information he replied promptly (which reassured my decision in this purchase) with: "Thanks for your follow up. I would like to schedule your consultation for 4:30pm (EST) on Wednesday (1/21/15), and we will call you at the designated time. Please forward the entire posting from the 3 job postings that we will be using as targets. We need the entire posting as the postings also include the position requirements which provides critical insights that can be incorporated into the resume.  Thanks, -Tracy".  At the appointed time and date,  I got off of an important call to make sure I was available at the prescribed time and waited.  30 minutes past.  I considered calling.  I took the opportunity to review our email conversation and sure enough it said he would be contacting me.  At the 45 minute mark I called and he answered.  When I called him 45 minutes later he was not prepared and requested 5 more minutes to call back after he got my files and paperwork put together and quickly got off the phone.  At this point I was pretty uncomfortable working with someone who is writing something that represents me when he represented tardiness, poor customer service and a lack of preparation.  I spent over an hour preparing for his requested information, and I expected for $300 he would have spent more than 5 minutes reviewing it.  I called back 3 times and every time it went to voice mail at the 5, 8, and 15 minute mark.  He called back 15 minutes after that (1 hour total)!  I was on the phone with Angies List at the time to get a refund and immediately switched over (and it probably rang for all of 3 rings)  he didn't try to leave a voice mail or text.  I called back, this time he answered at which point I explained I am paying a premium price for a premium service and expected nothing less than premium customer service and that the arrangement was not going to work.  He apologized and said this wasn't "normally the way HirePower does business and hoped we could work something out."  I let him know I lost confidence in them considering this was the initial contact.  I would never re-hire the company and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
