Shon Liddle is a very professional painter and easy to work with. His workmanship is outstanding and he was very careful to listen to and heed all of my concerns regarding such things as moving furniture on newly installed wood flooring. He even used brand new out-of-the-wrapper drape cloths on the hardwood floors to make sure that there was nothing that would scratch or damage the floors. I'm extremely particular and he said that we were well matched in that regard. Shon was very concerned with customer satisfaction and doing things the right way the first time. His colleague and co-worker, Sean, was also very professional and is as meticulous a painter as Shon. The two of them worked very well together and at the end of each day they left a clean workspace. I plan to hire S&L Interiors again for future painting projects.

Shon and his work are excellent! He and his partner were very fast and efficient and did a wonderful job painting the interior of my home. He was very helpful when I asked to add on another space and didn't take advantage of the situation by gouging the price. I think his quote was very reasonable for the work that I needed done and I am very happy with the results.

Very professional. Had all the work done in almost one day which was a lot. Finished a second coat on a small portion the next morning which completed the job. once work was started it was non-stop to get it done. No mess left behind and was courteous enough to sweep after completion. Job well done.

S & L Interiors always prompt and showed up at the specific time they said they would and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. They were always pleasant and informed us along the way as to what room they would be working on, and how long they expected that room would take them to complete. That system was repeated throughout the entire project. Our house went on the market and sold within 36 hours. Each person the realtors showed our house to commented on how beautiful the walls and trim were inside the house. S & L Interiors quoted us what we considered a fair price. Actually we believe that the work they performed was well worth every penny we paid and more.

Shon and his employees were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The work was done on time and within budget. They went above and beyond when prepping the walls, ceilings, and trim to make sure the job looked its absolute best. They took great care to ensure the rest of the property was kept clean and presentable while the work was being performed. The communication was exceptional. I would and will definitely call on S & L Interiors for any painting needs that may arise in the future.

Michael Hatchett was our primary point of contact from the company and could not have been nicer or more thorough in the planning stages and throughout the entire process! Jessica Altman was the designer and her ideas, guidance, and selections were beautiful, tasteful, and timeless! Tommy Hunter was the site manager and was ALWAYS available to us for status updates, questions to be answered, advice given, scheduling of the subs, etc! We were/are so very happy that we chose them for our remodel AND theres a lifetime warranty on their workmanship! Certainly cannot ask for more than that!

Mr. A. Cutler presents himself very well and professional initially. However, he does NOT do the actual work! He has a crew of men that are messy, do not respect the customers home, do not pay attention to detail, and do not clean up after themselves. I had to call Mr. Cutler several times regarding the workmanship. His men would leave the house and leave lights on, or water running, etc. He is a good talker. Makes a lot of promises, but then is slow to follow through if he remembers too. Customer service is lacking. He did repair a ceiling and paint it which was not apart of the original estimate. However, he never lets you forget what he did gratis when you start to complain about the workmanship or his crew of workers! I have overheard both him and his men speak badly about other female customers, expletives, etc.. He doesn't follow through in a timely manner then he will act like it is the fault of the customer! I made the mistake of paying him prior to inspecting the final work! I had to wait days then weeks for him to return to finish the "small" things. His men threw out personal items of mine, left drywall dust over just about everything, my porch was white, and spackling was tracked over my kitchen tile by the time they were done over the course of 3-4 days. He continued to make promises but forgets what he says. Like most contractors, they think that they can treat a female any type of way especially once they have been given your money! He will constantly say we are trying to please you then don't show up as promised or make a lot of excuses for why things are still not done or completed. Today, I was accused of being "petty" because his men did not clean up after themselves and that I was dragging things on..." because I demanded that they fix their workmanship, which included a hole in the sheet rock in one bedroom, clean up after themselves, etc. It became an extremely stressing experience. I think that if I was a man I would not have been treated with delays and disrespect. I had to hire another contractor to sand, smooth and finish the work or redo the work completely. I paid over $1200. His men are not professional s at all, not drywall professionals. Their work is amateurish and very sloppy. I have retained a lawyer to request a portion of my money back.

I met with Marlin Jones originally in July. He quoted me a price of $2175 to repair and replace sheet rock in a home that Circa 1920. I called a month or so later to do the work He said he would come out to the house on the following Monday. He was no call/no show. He contacts me 3 days later and we meet at the house where the repairs was to take place. In a text message he changed the price to $2300 after I told him that we had shortened a window in the kitchen, installed a new window. He comes to the house with his assistant and then up charges me an additional $250!! Nothing changed! I had originally agreed to the 2nd price increase because of the window. I asked him for a itemized list of what he would be repairing and replacing in each room so I would know what work he and I agreed to. He would not furnish a written estimate of the work to be done! He later said when I questioned the 2nd price increase that His wife left him and that was why he was willing to do the job for $2175! I had already agreed to the amount of $2300 and had already had a Cashier's Check for half of the $2,300. He then says, that he wasn't making any money off the $2550 and that he would barely have money to buy supplies! I dismissed them both after that! If there was any trust it is gone now! I noticed another reviewer had a similar complaint about Marlin Jones. How he tries to get more money from you (once oen the job) than initially quoted.

There aren't enough positive things I can't say about Nemesis Painting and Restoration Co. From the minute we hired them, to the end of their services, things went smooth. They are professional, clean, and did a remarkable job. I wouldn't use another company and I'm so glad I found them.
