It turned out no complaints, they came they tested the air they gave me a report so I was happy with it.

They come and did what they had to do and within a week they gave me the report that told me how things turned out.

    Quality Home Inspections
The best decision we made this year! We rent an apt, and we have had health issues due to mold in the HVAC/ventilation unit. We tried to get our apt complex to clean the mold proffessionaly, but instead they made the issue worse using unlicensed mold techs, then denied mold was there at all! I called Quality Home Inspections and Floyd Gibbs the owner, came the next day, and even gave us a call beforehand to verify a good time to come. He showed us what is wrong with our apartments HVAC unit and why its causing bad air quality. He took an air test, took lots of photos, looked around everywhere and really listend to us about what we been through. He was thorough and helpful and very informative! He gave us inspiration and strength to deal with this stessful issue. He showed us how to clean our air quality up in minutes. I am so glad I did my research and found his company! He is worth it!

    Air Duct Care
It was okay, it was fine. It comes down to a matter of something I need to check into that they told me I couldn't verify and it has to do with  the fact that when they came to do the inspection they stated that he found mold, I have a guess a spider venting system they said which is instead of having a central trunk down the middle and then everything feeds off of that, what happens is that they have all these, they have multiply lines that come off of the heating system and it goes out and there's like a metal box and then there is two or three ducts that spider off that one and he said that it was in those metal boxes that there was the mold and I said well okay and I said then how do you mediate it and my understanding of mold is it have to be stub clean that you don't just stray and what he said was that there is this mist that they put into the duct system that kills it all and I said so how long is this good for and he said you do it now and he said after you do it you are going to want us to come back and have it done in a year. I definitely notice a difference in the house so whatever he did, did something but I am just kind like getting mold mediation it's in a aluminium box that fits onto these ducts two questions that comes up is how much is aluminum box with a bunch of holes in it connect onto a venting system cost to replace and if it can't be replaced could they have disconnect it, they took some of my vents outside and clean them all off, while taking them off stray them with something that definitely mediated the mold use a wire brushes and clean it all over and then put those thing right back on.

    Moldlab
I received the testing kit in just a few short business days with all of the necessary items to perform a quick test on the mold I had present in my home. I followed the easy directions and sent the tests back in. I got the results within 5 business days or so and they were very detailed. It was helpful to learn exactly what type of mold I was dealing with and at a low cost. Much cheaper and faster than what a lot of the local companies wanted to charge me! ($450)

I recommend them highly. They were really helpful. They are very good. They were very professional, nice, and went above and beyond. What stood out the most about them was that they just seemed extra more helpful than your typical employees. They were really great and I have been recommending them to friends. I tell my friends how helpful and economical they are. There was no additional cost to the $99 Big Deal.

I initially called Kenny on 7/29/14 and requested his assistance with some DIY projects I was working on (replacing pergo floors, water damage, termite damage, moist/moldy drywall, cracked concrete slab, etc). I told Kenny that I just wanted him to come and and give me some advice regarding the repairs and told him I would pay him for his time. Kenny came to my condo on 7/30/14 and provided the advice I was looking for. He refused to take payment for coming out and even gave me a new tube of caulking to help with one of the repairs. Great guy!

A local competitor quoted me at $2,400 for the 10' x 14' vinyl floor removal. I called Waco and their rep came out quickly. I told him I was going to remove all cabinets, trim, and vents before the floor removal. With me doing some of the leg work, they quoted me at $1,400. How could I pass that price up? We agreed on an appointment a few weeks later (the delay was my request). They showed up on time and ready to work. The man who came to my house to give me the quote (Keith M.) also came out that morning to supervise the set up and double check the foreman's plan of action. He left after he felt they were headed in the right direction. I was glad that he took the time to come by and double check his workers. The removal went fairly quickly. They got the two layers of vinyl flooring out down to the subfloor in about 3 hours. They contract a laboratory to run an air quality test after the removal but before they tear down the protective sheeting. Unfortunately, this air quality test takes over an hour. So they are left sitting in their truck outside with no other work to do until the lab gives them the thumbs up to tear everything else down. Not their fault I suppose. Payment was made after their work was done and they emailed me the air quality report from the lab. Should I ever need their services again, I will definitely hire this company.

The deal was for 500 square feet and I had 1,200 square feet so there were additional fees. They contacted me a couple of days after I purchased the Big Deal and they came right out and did the work. I haven't gone into the crawl space to look, but I feel they did a good job.

They were very competitive. The other quote we had was for $900 more. We liked that they are local. They follow all the guidelines for proper asbestos removal. They very thoroughly explained the process and the safety measures they put in place to take care of quality samples afterwards. The one negative thing is that they don't work with my schedule very well. He comes in very early, like 5:30 or 6 in the morning. I work evening shift so I don't get home until midnight so the time is difficult for us to coordinate. We've been communicating a lot by email and he is very quick to get back to me.

Kenny showed up at the appointed time, viewed my areas of concern, then went under the house into a very low crawl space and checked everything, including plumbing for possible sources of moisture.  When he came out, he told me that the space was clean, dry, and well maintained for a house built in 1964.  Actually better than many newer homes he had inspected.
He determined that a small amount of dampness was evident in one front corner, but appeared to be dry at the moment.  We walked the exterior of the home, and he discovered that the drain serving the ground gutter at that point was clogged with mulch from the foundation plantings, and cleared it.   Apparently the large amount of rain we had received in the past month caused an overflow and a small amount of rainwater had overflowed through a foundation vent due to the gutter backing up.
Kenny gave me a clean bill of health on the crawlspace, offered to clean out the drain at no charge, but I thanked him, not willing to take advantage of his generosity, and offered to pay him for the visit and inspection.  Surprisingly, he refused any payment, merely asking me to call him if I ever need him again.  I gladly agreed.  He was great!
