    This place is despicable. 
    I first saw Dr. Isaac exclusively but I didn't feel comfortable with a male doctor.
    I then saw Dr. Yuengert, who kept pushing for gastric bypass and even had one herself.  I suspect she got commissions for each referral.  She stopped pushing for it when I asked her about her own and she admitted it had caused a PULMONARY EMBOLISM.
    I then saw Physician Assistant Gotthardt.  If only I could've seen her whenever I went.  She listened, gave excellent advice, was sympathetic and competent.
    I saw PA Tamez-Parlett twice.  Oh my goodness.  So nice BUT a liar.  Told me to call her directly in order to get prescriptions renewed EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT VICODIN.  That's illegal.  Of course my pain was such that I did try to call her but she doesn't actually take calls.  She put me on insulin and said if she was diabetic she'd go straight to the insulin so she could eat anything she wanted!    She put me on Celexa when I complained about Zoloft, and that left me nearly psychotic.  She then put me on Belviq and didn't warn me about that horrid weight loss drug and said only I should take Xanax up to 3 tablets a day but only gave a prescription for 10 days!!
    The last I saw was Dr. Pierce.  The absolute bottom of the barrel.  He has such poor diction that I couldn't understand 50% of what he was speed/mush mouth saying.  I told him about my pain from arthritis and he said maybe I didn't have arthritis!!!  Then he suggested for the best medical care, I should go to a doctor that doesn't accept insurance.  After specifically telling him my pain was so bad that I could barely even get to Patient First in an emergency, he proceeded to tell me to go to SIX DIFFERENT doctors for different things.  He wanted me to shop around, as if I don't have the pain I was there for, as if I don't have a job, as if I have all the money in the world.  And then to top it all off, he then asked my permission to use his stethoscope to listen to my heart otherwise he'd "get his license pulled."
    This is romper room medical treatment.  They are HORRIBLE, incompetent, a mess. 
    For all of the doctors, they rarely even looked at my body.  90% of visits involve me talking and them writing prescriptions.  They asked ME if I wanted to xray what I thought was a broken foot.  Um, YOU TELL ME IF I NEED ONE.  I've never disrobed there, never had anyone do more than take blood, blood pressure (badly, every time they mess it up), listen to me breathe.  This is not hands on care at all.  This is the McDonalds of health care in a society FULL of crappy providers. 
    Stay away.  For your health, stay away.

    My husband had a heart attack and was transported after initial treatment at Mary Immaculate to Maryview.  After a week, he was sent home with medications but no instructions on diet, rehab, anything.  I will never forget one of their doctors, Dr. Maniu, telling my terrified husband that he would not live to be old.  He was right, as my husband died 6 weeks ago, but what kind of bedside manner is that.  Those words have never left us and my husband rightly distrusted and hated all doctors because of Maniu.  I respect frankness but Maniu said it without anything else.  Just mused on it as if we weren't real people.

    Mercury West Discount Pharmacy
    They deliver which is very nice when you are ill. Their prices are less than RiteAid and Walgreens even though they are a small pharmacy. Very happy with them. Only issue I have had is that they dont stock one of the drugs I take (it is very expensive) and I have to wait a few days for them to get it.

    We had been having a very hard time getting rid of a diaper rash that my daughter had for a few weeks. She was allergic to the prescription cream, so we were using other creams, methods ect to cure it. it would go away, and then return within a day or so. Her provider couldnt fit her in, so they referred us to MD Express. They were so sweet with her, and discovered she had thrush, which was preventing the diaper rash from fully going away. They spent a little time doing research on other treatment options since she was allergic to the normal medication used to treat thrush. They didnt keep me waiting long in the lobby, and were just so wonderful with my daughter, picking up the toys she threw, talking to her at her eye level and letting her see the medical tools they were going to use, before they used them, so that she wasnt afraid. I was very satisfied with the treatment we received.

    Every single person - front desk, all nurses, and physicians were friendly and made me feel very at ease and confident that I was in excellent hands.  From the pre-op phone calls, check-in, pre-op procedures, the surgery, post-op, and through the follow up phone calls everything was well planned, easy, and considerate. After all was done, I was left wondering why I had put the surgery off and why I had worried about anything.  Any person requiring outpatient surgery should feel comfortable that the care they get at Riverside's Outpatient Facility will be friendly, professional, and attentive.

    Generally, this insurance has been working well for us. We've had it for 8 years and have had no real complaints until this recent emergency room visit. I went to a hospital that was covered by the insurance, but the doctor at my bedside there was not covered, so we had to pay full price for their service. So the emergency room visit and drugs were covered, just not the doctor. I have never heard of anything like this before! So I guess you have to ask for a specific doctor that is covered by your insurance, even though they claim that this hospital is on their list of hospitals they cover.

    Tricare Humana Military Healthcare Services
    Tricare does a decent job for basic health insurance. I have not had any major issues in the 8 years I've been in. Tricare has covered everything for my son and I even when we have to go outside of network without any issues.

    They are very professional, personable and they provide good service. They are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. There was  once when we made a cross county trip and on July 4th that my brother in law in New York had passed away unexpectedly. So we had to get back and I needed a prescription and he didn't have what I needed. He made a phone call and got it to the store in Mesquite the next morning so I could pick it up and get on our way to New York. They will go over with you your medications included over the counter ones to make sure there will not be any interactions.

    I arrived at the facility about 20 min. before closing time. They helped me fill out the paperwork, because my right arm was hurting badly. As I mentioned above, they insisted on processing my claim as workman's comp. They were so fast; I have never been taken care of so promptly at a doctors office. Even so, I was not finished until well after closing time. They did not rush me out, rather they rushed themselves all around me to take care of me quickly. The physicians assistant showed genuine concern. She went beyond prescription and advice. She insisted that I see the best surgeon, and she was able to get me an appointment for the very next day with her first choice of surgeons! On my way out the door, she put my arm in a sling and verified that I had someone to drive me home. I think she would have driven me herself, if she had to. The only thing I can think of that was negative was that the surgeon does not believe her diagnosis. That seems reasonable, as she is only a P.A. and he is a surgeon.

    My personal representative clarified a coverage on a drug that was rejected, and got it covered for me. They are an excellent insurance company. They are fantastic on price, service, and coverage. They beat other insurance companies in those areas. If I get a voice mail, the longest time it takes to get a call back, is 45 minutes.
