    Apparently my husband did not spend enough for us to be a priority.  My husband sent an order on line from Korea for his daughters (ages 8 and 10) for Valentine's balloons.  I received a message on February 11th stating it was important he call them ASAP.  When I called and explained he was in Korea, the lady I spoke with put me on hold, and when she came back, she told me everything was okay and had been worked out.  I told her thanks and told her she could call me if she needed anything else. 
    Come Valentines Day, no balloons.  It took me a few days to contact them after this because they take a few days off after Valentine's Day.  When I called Monday, February 18, 2013, and explained who I was, the lady on the phone immediately knew who I was and immediately started with (in a very indignant tone), We left many, many messages for you and you never called us back.  
    When I tried to tell her yes I did, she cut me off to explain that the order was not large enough to be a delivery anyway and they don't deliver to schools.  When I tried to talk again about how that was fine, but I spoke with someone Monday, and they did not explain that to me at all, she cut me off again and kept repeating the same thing.  When I asked her if she was going to let the customer talk, she said, "When I am finished talking, then you can talk."  I told her that if it had been explained to me, I would have been happy to come pick up the balloons.  To this, she said, "Well, I don't have any record of you calling back."  REALLY??  Did she just accuse me of lying?
    The conversation ended with her explaining to me that "There was no loss" since the credit card had not been charged.  No loss?  Really?  I have an 8-year-old daughter and a 10-year-old daughter who have been asking me since Valentine's Day where the surprise is that daddy sent them (Daddy was pretty excited as well and called them to let them know to expect a surprise).
    Seeing that I was getting no where with this person, I waited and called back about 6 hours later to see if I could speak with a manager.  The manager got on the phone with me, and had exactly the same attitude.  She just kept repeating that they could not deliver to an elementary school.  After about the 5th time she said this, I finally asked her to pause and back up.  I NEVER not once, demanded in any way that they break that rule and deliver them.  In fact, many times I expressed that I understand that.  All I wanted was to let them know that I was told all was fine by another person, so I was surprised when they did not come.  Again I explained that if I had been told that, I would have been happy to come pick them up.  Again, I got that she did not understand the problem as my credit card had not been charged.  I explained to her this was not about the money.  It was about the phone conversation I had with someone telling me everything was fine and then nothing was delivered.  She then went on to tell me that they left many messages stating these facts.  I had to again tell her that all I got was one message, to which she promptly told me that was not the case because she witnessed them leaving messages.  OK...Maybe they dialed a wrong number, I don't know.  All I know was there was only one message left for me, I answered it, and it was explained to me that all was fine. 
    When I finally got frustrated here, I asked that they please have the owner call me so I could explain my complaint to her.  To this, they told me..."This is as close as you are going to get to Ms. Mercer.  She is busy doing her taxes."
    OK...So, I guess Angie's List is the next step.  I hate leaving bad reviews...I hate hate hate it.  Everyone has a bad day, but this was far beyond that.

    I ordered flowers on line, got a confirmation number for the delivery.....and then no flowers! I live out of town and needed the delivery for my grandmother's 94th b-day and they not only messed it up, but they said I didn't give complete credit card info! Then why did I get a confirmation number at the end of the order? Then they claimed they sent me an email asking for my 3digit code on the back of the card but I never got any email. Poor customer service and excuses excuses excuses. They never offered to discount the order or apologized in any way. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

    Apparently the company doesn't have local distributors as the flowers didn't last long after being vased and the chocolate was not fresh.  Would not use them again.
