AJ&J ServicesThe job went flawlessly. Jeremy and his partner came and within a day and a half was complete with everything. J&J Services helped of course added siding and painted the door to my shed to comply with our HoA, and also extended the roof, added base support, and inner support due to previous improper installation. AAll-Pro Painting IncTim came to my house and gave me a comprehensive estimate to power wash and paint the exterior trim, garage door and deck. Explained everything in detail. Since it was the summer and due to the heat he said best wait until the weather cooled off. That made sense. A few days before starting the job the house and deck were extensively power washed. Branden did a great job. He spent a lot of time doing it right. The next week a team of 2 or 3 started the job. Before painting they spent a good deal of time caulking areas of need. Patrick, Branden and Chad took care to protect the house with drop cloths and were very neat. They used Sherwin-Williams Duration, a highly rated paint. The hard-working crew did an excellent job. As they were close to finishing they had me walk around and point out anything that needed to be touched up. They quickly took care of these areas. Everything looks new again. I highly recommend All-Pro Painters and told Tim when the inside of the house needs some paint I'll give him a call.- Kenneth P.

DThe first of the 2 rooms, the kitchen, came out OK. It had a standard smoothe finish plaster ceiling. Few things: Outlet cover plate for refrigerator was not removed ( which per contract should give me a $250 refund) but I removed it between 1st and 2nd days. The power cord to the phone was left plugged in and got pain allover it which when i pointed it out they cleaned. Doors were NOT supposed to be pained but the people working in my house didn't know that and painted them anyway! (poor communication). The second room is where the real trouble occurred. I had a very fine sand finish textured plaster ceiling installed. This was painted over and afterwards the fine sand texture could not be seen. It was ruined and has to be redone. I trusted a company who are professional painters to know the proper way to paint a brand new fine sand finish ceiling. When my plaster contractor came out to evaluate the damage he was shocked! Coarser plaster finishes can be painted the way they did, but not a fine sand finish! So it needs to be redone. Otherwise the walls looked nice in that room too. Again the doors were painted and they shouldn't have been. Maybe with improved communication and additional training for their staff they will be worthy of rehire, but I would only let them do simple, uncomplicated jobs.
