    Roxanne Dietzler DO
She's great all around. She doesn't go through insurance companies so, I have to pay up front. She is able to spend more time with the patients because, she doesn't take insurance. She does a better evaluation than most doctors do and she does better prescriptions and I get better overall care.

    Dr. Roland Bercasio
He is not thorough.   He is very busy.  I don't feel like I'm taking care of when I go.  I would recommend him to take more time and look into symptoms before he just prescribes something.

    Riverside Family Practice
Services provided at this location are by medical students. If you want your needs met it is very difficult to get anything done at this practice. If you ask for a certain doctor you will have to wait often 2 weeks. If you ask for exactly what you need done you will be scolded.

    Carmines, Dr. Brad
I have been seeing him for years and I also take my mother there. My whole family sees him and he is not a doorknob doctor who is in a hurry to rush out of the examining room. He is an old school - type, country-style doctor who will listen to what I am telling him. I hear him talking with patients while I am there and he is wonderful with people. His office staff is also nice.

    Moore, Dr. Charlotte A.
She is absolutely wonderful. Most of the time the doctor runs in, you see him for two minutes and then as he go out the door, you thought oh, I've got one more question. But when she is in the exam room with you, you are the only one. She pays attention, she asks questions. She is just really good. She listens to you and that to me was very important. I was not getting that before. The office environment is nice and clean. The staff is so friendly! It felt like you were going home, or you knew these people. They are just very pleasant and friendly. When I call in if I need a prescription, they call me after they've talked to the pharmacy and say they've given them the order. I didn't get that before either. Sometimes I ended up at the pharmacy and then it had not been called in. Then you have to wait for the pharmacy to call the doctor's office and sometimes even go back a second time. But one of her staff people will call and say that she has called in my prescription and it should be ready soon. When you are in that room, if you need twenty minutes, you've got twenty minutes. Her bedside manner is great. She is a touchy kind of person. Her communication is wonderful. She communicates if you have any questions. If you don't understand something, you could say you're not sure what she means, and she will explain it in a different way. I haven't had any problems with their billing and administration. They are fine. I would absolutely use her again. In fact, my daughter is now going to her.

    Patient First
All went well. The Dr. examined me and diagnosed me quickly. He offered to fill the prescriptions there and the co-pay was reasonable. The process from check in to check out was quite smooth and everything went very quickly. (It wasn't a busy day and there were few patients in the waiting room. I have been other times when the wait was a bit long, but usually it is quite reasonable.) I have seen Dr Isaac for a few years now and would recommend him.

    Hampton Family Practice
I had suspected oral thrush during my first trimester of pregnancy and needed medical help pretty quickly because it was very uncomfortable. They were not able to schedule me in (a new patient) for 3 days and I was not able to see a doctor for my visit, only a nurse practitioner. I waited 2 hours in the waiting room before I was let into the nurse practitioners room. Once in, I had another 20 minutes of waiting time. They assured me waiting this long was abnormal. After doing some tests and it coming back negative for thrush (and negative for a few other things), she still felt like it was thrush. So she called my OBGYN (who refused to look at me with my case of possible thrush - which is why I came here in the first place) and asked for an opinion on what type of meds to give me. They agreed on a Category C oral mouth rinse, but my OBGYN said to swallow it, while the nurse practitioner suggested I swish and spit it out. I was much more impressed with the nurse practitioner's advice than my OBYN, who clearly didn't care. So overall, I would say their care was adequate, but my only complaint is the wait time.

    Aspili, Dr. Concepcion
I wasn't really happy with Dr. Aspili at all because you have to wait for two to four hours for your appointment and be seen and it's just a five-minute appointment, so it's really not worth it. You have to wait forever and the service is just not good. I didn't fell I was taken care of. She really don't take the time to really listen to your concerns and I was so disappointed. I wasn't satisfied at all.

    Francis, Dr. Albert H
Again starting going to Dr. Francis as a teenager about 15 or more years ago and have been going ever since. He has always provided good care and been there for me when I needed him. My family has gone there as well, and have had no problems.

    Tidewater Physicians Multi-Spec
The appointment went as it usually does. There is usually quite a wait, 30 minutes or more, before you see the doctor. I think this is due to the time spent with patients and a new computer system that has been implemented. Overall, I am happy with my primary care doctor and my satisfaction has grown over the years.
