  OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! After I purchased service online Around the Clock was calling my phone before I had a chance to get out of my chair. They gave me a timely appt so I didn't have to wait long at all to get the roof fixed. When they arrived they were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They immediately diagnosed the problem, told me exactly what they were going to do, showed me photo evidence of the problem and repaired it in a matter a minutes. They are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and I'd definitely hire them again. Thumbs Up!!!

  Excellent. Was running just a few minutes behind schedule but, as promised, called when they were about 20 minutes out and we both arrived at the same time so no time wasted. Was very pleasant but more important, was very, very professional. Would hire again in a minute.

  They failed to show up on the scheduled date due to traffic then wanted to push the date too far back. However they made up for it but coming out earlier than the revised date. The technician did and outstanding job with all services. I requested and received a written inspection report which is necessary for the sale of my home. He uncovered a problem with the Chimney cap which they offered to renew for a good price. That work was done on time and again, truly professional workmanship. Would definitely hire again!

  I was not pleased with their pricing and what they tried to sell me a flue which I did not need with, but they were trying to sell me so I did not come back with them. They took great pictures, I appreciated that. They looked at everything I asked them to looked at. He took the tree out, I appreciated that, but what he wanted to price me for was he offered me a price of almost $3000 and wanted to put a new flue in my chimney and I did not want to put new flue in my chimney. The price for what he did was fair. He was little late on punctuality. I would not use them again because I had gone with someone else and I am happy with the new service I have got.

  Took a very long time to get an appointment.  Man did not sweep chimney as the inspection showed we are out of compliance.  He was very late (due to an emergency at another location) and it was dark.  He gave use some information about what we could do to fix the chimney.

  In our case, we made a firm appointment with this provider (through Angie's List) well in advance of the service date.  The company promised to initiate the service between 10 and 11 AM on February 17, 2016.  At 12:25 pm, a technician left a message on my cell phone advising me that he "was leaving" and "wanted to make sure someone was home".  Someone from the office called about an hour later and left another message stating that the technician was "driving around" and wanted to make sure someone was home before he came to the house.  Of course we were home but we are also very busy and did not receive their telephone messages until 2:30pm.  At that time I telephoned the business and left them a message advising that of course we were home and prepared to honor the commitment for their business as scheduled two months earlier.  I never heard from them again.  I called the business several days later and was advised of their policy.  Their policy is if the homeowner does not return their technician's phone call, the technician does not go to their house.  Since I purchased this service through an Angie's List "Big Deal", I would like a full refund.

  Ryan was very professional, friendly, and did a great job. He thoroughly inspected the fireplace and chimney, inside and out. He took photos of the chimney while he was on the roof so he could show me what was going on up there. He was very helpful and explained everything he did and what he found. He pointed out a potential problem with the mortar in the bricks on the chimney shoulder, but was very clear that it was okay to wait on that and see what develops and didn't try to push me into an unnecessary repair. Just gave me a quote on the fix. I will definitely use him again. In fact, I'm going to have him clean my gutters later this month. Highly recommend!

  There were no additional fees to the $99 Big Deal. The guy seemed to really know what he was doing. He really was very good and they cleaned up behind themselves.  The price was about average. He was very thorough. They were very punctual.

  I bought this service online through Angie's List to check my chimney to make sure I could use it (Haven't used it since I bought the house). They did a good job. They were professional and were able to give me the information that I needed when asked. I am thinking about using them again.
