    Okay. I had to wait a long time to get the work done, even with an appointment, which apparently doesn't do much to save time. When I drove the car home, there was a noticeable vibration coming from the front. I took the car back later, had to sit around for hours until the manager came out and asked me for some detail. I explained the issue. He took the car out for a drive and came back about an hour later. He said he was not sure what the issue was but balanced the wheels (shouldn't that have been done already?) The vibration is mostly gone. The work was fine, but there was little effort on the customer services side: staff did not make any effort to explain the different tire options. On the return visit, it was worse: after the manager came out to tell me that the wheels were balanced (no charge for that), I went to the front to check out. The two people at the front were too busy eating cake even though they cleary saw me standing there. I finally had to say something like "can you check me out". The response: I don't have a ticket for you. I had to ask her to find out since I was told the work was done. Begrudgingly she did and a ticket was not needed since there was no charge. (The manager, Barry I think, was very responsive and explained things, perhaps he needs to reconsider his front desk staff). This location really needs to improve front desk customer service. That and the very dirty waiting area and restrooms.

    They got me in immediately. I waited for an hour at a different place, and had an appointment. So I called this company, and they got me in right away. This was my first time using this company. They were incredibly polite, and everyone was wonderful. It is a family business, and they will bend over backwards trying to help. It is also very clean inside the lobby, and is comfortable. I was shocked by the great service I received. I did not have a single negative thing to say about them. They give a warranty program on the tires.

    I wanted the new tires to match my other two, but they were a hard-to-get brand. However, they were able to get them before I went on a trip.

    If you are a loyal customer, they give you customer loyalty points. Oil changes on Camrys can be more expensive, and with my loyalty points, it's only $20. They also work fast and are honest. They are like dealing with a family business.

    We had the car in for service at the dealership. The dealership showed us that the tires were worn and might be part of the reason our Jeep was not functioning. The Jeep dearlership offered to put tires on for slightly hire price and they also told us that Peninsula Tire does a lot of work for them. Peninsula Tire also had 0% financing offer for us.

    I called in the morning and employee asked me some general questions, and told me if I could bring it in several hours later they would check it out. Other places I called told me I needed to make an appointment and weren't personable. A little while after arriving, employee brought me into the garage and physically showed me areas underneath vehicle and 1 tire that were going to need to be fixed/addressed eventually as well as some other recommendations. He didn't lie and was honest. Everyone was extremely personable and treated me, a first time customer, like I had been coming there for years. A lot of people came in the store who were clearly comfortable with them and must use this shop for all of their vehicles. I was extremely impressed and walked out spending less than $30. I ended up getting a new vehicle for my girlfriend, but definitely would have had the shop fix some of the issues if we decided to keep it.

    From the start - helpful on the phone, polite at the reception, honest with the checkup, and thorough on the services. Totally above their peers - due to the friendly and honest service (no attempt to sell additional items to the customer). Honest in assessing the time for next services - to help the customer evaluate options. I would recommend them to everyone asking!

    Firestone Complete Auto Care Store
    Replaced all tires with Firestone brand. Made appointment via Firestone web site and confirmed with a phone call. All went as it should - they had the right tires and got my car into the shop right on time. The manager recommended an alignment with a lifetime (for the tires) readjustment guarantee which I bought (the service was reasonably priced and the warranty is hard to beat). The waiting room isn't much, but was clean and neat. The only hesitation I have is a tire pressure sensor failure that I experienced very soon after the tire replacement. I took the car to the Buick dealer and they found one of the sensors damaged. According to them it most likely happended during the tire replacement, something they have seen now and again. I had no clear evidence this was the case, so I just had it fixed. If that was the cause, then I would still recommend this Firestone dealership for all the reasons cited above; accidents do happen and the overall experience was a good one.

    My husband didn't like them too much because they would always put their computer on the car and tell him the things that he should really have set, but he knew what he needed and what he didn't, and he thought they tried to over tell him on certain things, but it's convenient for me, so I use them. They have been very good to me. I had gone there to have one tire replaced because it had gone flat a couple of times. When I went there for inspection, I knew that my tires were old, so they recommended to change the tires which I did. If I phone in and make an appointment, they will take care of me right away. I saw them turn other people away who were just coming in for an inspection because they were too busy, but I have not had that problem for myself. They are typical for their business.

    It wasn’t cheap, but I had them do a lot of work.  They told me that the back brakes were not worth changing and the drums were wearing round there, so they didn’t do it.  They could have gone ahead, done it, charged me for it, and not have said anything.  Everything was put back properly.  I have had people working on the cars and they leave out screws or bolts, but these guys didn’t do that.  Everything is sound.  Everything they told me about the car was correct.  They didn’t make up anything.  If they tell me they found something not right, I pretty much believe them.  I don’t think they are trying to take me or anything.  They are cheaper than the dealerships.  You have to make a schedule with them; you can't just go in there.  They were very punctual and professional.

    They are an independent garage. The price included the parts. They get it done the same day that I drop it off. They are very honest. They let me know what it is and they stand behind their work. A lot of my neighbors also use them. Their price is probably reasonable compared to anybody else. They are not the highest or lowest but I get what I pay for. They don't give the work away but they are pretty fair about it. Guy Jones is the owner. Instead of arguing with a customer he has given them their money back. If I have taken anything back they fixed it without any questions. I've never had them keep a vehicle overnight. I will absolutely continue using them. I do sell auto parts to them but this is where I take my car.
