    Another company I hired off of Angie's List left me hanging in a bad situation at Christmas time. I called G H and the woman in the office was most helpful. The repairman was on time and took 5 minutes to tell me what I needed to know. I had to buy a new refrigerator. That was OK though. It was an honest appraisal, unlike what happened with the previous company. I don't mind bad news if it's honest news. I had to pay the standard cost of a diagnostic, but I expected that. I will hire this company again.

    My refrigerator freezer was not cooling as much as it was supposed to on the Saturday before Christmas. I called this company because of the high reviews AND the fact that they have Saturday and Sunday hours. The owner, James, informed me he had closed for the holiday, but would come to my house because I was close by. When he got here he said my refrigerator's Freon was either leaking out or was worn out, but he couldn't tell which. He arranged to come back and repair my refrigerator on the next Friday at 5:30. He promised he would have what he needed by then. In fact, he originally offered to have it fixed by Thursday, but holiday situations made Friday better for both of us. Now it's 5:53 on Friday night and a woman from his company called 15 minutes ago to say that they can't find what they need and they aren't going to be able to. So, it's Friday night and I'm trying to reach another company to see if someone can help me this weekend. I will say that James was very pleasant, but has totally disappointed me in failing to keep his word. He charged me $75 for a diagnostic, which I felt was fair. I will not call his company for anything else though. He had my phone number and could have let me know sooner so that I could have spent the last two days looking for someone else to do the repair.

    I found him off of the Internet. He had by in large excellent reviews. I scheduled an appointment. He was prompt, professional and did an excellent job. He did a good overall check on the freezer to be sure that there wasn���t some reason why it was opening. He did find that the freezer was level. He found the feet and Raised The friend feet so that should the door opened it would gravity it���s self toward the freezer. I had requested on my original car that he install a lock on it. I have thrown out quite a bit of food in the last year and I wanted to put an end to it. I guess he wanted to be sure that there was no real problem with the freezer. When I told him I really wanted to lock anyway, he wanna head to the hardware down the street and promptly and professionally installed the freezer. His bill was a bit on the high side , But I can hardly refused to pay somebody who was timely, professional and just plain on point. Even with his price being a bit high I would call him again in a New York minute.

    Came out and did an estimate; were on time. Worked with me on repair within quote window, as I needed to completely empty out the fridge prior to the repair. They also managed to conduct another repair while they were on site, which also helped me out. I really liked that I could simply place the charge on my credit card while they were here and get an emailed receipt.

    They replied to our call on the same day which we thought was amazing! The repairman arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He was able to fix everything quickly and was very reassuring. The price seemed very reasonable and I would hire them again for sure!

    I was extremely happy with the service I received from Tru Blue. I called when the burner ON light on my glass top stove would not go out. I called the office for an appointment and was greeted by a very friendly voice. James, the repairman, was there the next afternoon. He easily diagnosed the problem, told me he needed to order the parts, and gave me the cost. He indicated that it should take 3-5 business days to get the parts. The next day, I received a call to schedule the repair based on the estimated arrival of the parts. Again, James, arrived during the appointment window and completed the repair. I will use this company if I ever need another appliance repair.

    Excellent work. On time and extremely professional. They did have to order a part but will return and install with no additional service fee. I will only use 911 Service Today for my appliance repair needs.

    The technician, Bryan, came by Thursday afternoon to determine the problem.  Listened to the dial on the timer and called the shop to see how long it would take to order a new one.  It would be in the next day so we set Sat am for the repair.  Bryan was here right around 8 am Sat and finished within 30 minutes.  Bryan was very personable and professional.
    I will call G H  Appliance Repair next time I need a repair.

    Called on Sunday, 3-27, estimator surveyed problem on 3-28, two-man repair crew came as scheduled on 3-31 and completed job in four hours.   Repair work was labor-intensive and the price charged is considered to be fair.

    When I called for an appointment on late Friday afternoon, they were only able to make an appointment on Monday morning between 9am - and 1pm as they no longer work on Saturdays.  This was my only compliant. Ritchie, our repair guy, actually showed up early - calling ahead of time - walked in and actually asked questions about what had happened.  He mentioned what he thought was the problem but worked step-by-step, checking each area before going to the motherboard.  He did have to replace it but along the way, he found the fan loose in the freeze which was the noise I had heard and slowed the ice maker.  He was professional and gave clear instructions. He always told me the price and asked if it was what I wanted before moving forward.  While we were waiting for the 'frig to reset, I mentioned an ice problem I was having in a 'frig we keep in the garage.  Again, he listened, went and looked at the problem and told me how to fix it.  A 'five minute' fix, it had to be off and defrosted to be fixed.  After checked the original job and seeing it working well, he volunteered to come back briefly on Wednesday to check it again and fix the other one.  I offered to pay then but he said he would wait for payment until his final inspection.  He gave me his price and instructions on the water filtration system to be cleared.
    When he came by on Wendesday, it took just a few moments to check his work and at no charge, fix the other one as well.  He was courteous and helpful.  He even told me what I didn't need to pay for in the future and suggested where to get a filter next time at a lower price.  
    Great service, going above and beyond, I recommend them highly!!!
