    Bob's Windshield Repair Service
    It went great. They came out to my home, took care of the insurance and quickly fixed the window. Offered to come back if the windshield started cracking again, but the repair has held up with no problems.

    INTERIOR GUARDS WINDOW TINTING
    I would have probably just ignored writing a review for this job, but I purchased the "Big Deal" for window tinting and shortly later received an email from the company asking me more about the job and actually scheduled a time to come out.  I told them that June 23rd would work better for me and gave them more information on the job and sent pictures.  I did not hear back from the guy.  Around June 25 or 26th, I recalled that we should of had services performed by this company.  I emailed again stating that they were supposed to come out and no one showed.  Then I get an email stating that I am too far away and that he can not do the job.  I totally get that I am outside the service area and you can't do the work, but tell someone.  Don't tell someone that you will do the job and ask for more information and then no show.  If I would have said nothing, the company would have pocketed the cash and not said a word and that is why I am leaving this review.  If someone is out of the service area, notify them and help fix it, don't just do nothing.  That is wrong.  I had to email Angie's list and then call and wait for over 30 minutes to get a refund because it was beyond 30 days since buying the "Big Deal".

    My daughter took her car in for an oil change and tire rotation. She thought she might need an alignment as well. After checking out the car they determined that she did not need the alignment at this time. I really appreciated their honesty.

    They agreed to get it installed in one day.  When they were unable to get it done in the time promised, they provided me with a rental car for the next day (door to door service). Never had a auto repair company treat me with this type superior service.  They went beyond my expectations! A+ service!

    Auto Dealerships normally get a bad reputation but our dealing with West Broad Hyundai was very refreshing.  The dealership was clean, modern, and had amenities to make our car buying experience very easy.  Our salesman was very up front and easy to talk to.  He wanted to get us the car that we were interested in for the right price.  We really didn't have to haggle with the price as I had done some research on-line using True-Car and other sites to understand what a reasonable price was for the car we wanted.  The salesman's first price offer was actually lower than what I learned would be a good price.  And everything was included in the price he gave us (taxes, fees, etc.).  Nothing changed as we progressed with the paperwork and no additional fees were added in later as some dealers like to do.  So - we got exactly what we wanted (grade, options, exterior color, interior color, and price) without the need for haggling.  In addition, we were able to take the car home that day.  We didn't need to get it that day but it was nice to walk into the dealership, get the deal done, and walk out with a brand new car in probably around 2-3 hours.

    1) I took my car in for an intermittent burning oil smell among other problems. They fixed all the other problems but the intermittent burning oil smell was still there about 6-8 months after I had the work done. I took the car back to have the burning oil smell looked at again and Buddy's found the problem and fixed it for no cost. I didn't have to say a thing - they said they should have found the problem the first time and did the repair for free.
    2) I took a car in to have the power steering rack changed as it was leaking fluid. Buddy's changed the part out, but on the way home the steering became very hard to turn. I called Buddy's and they paid for a tow truck to bring the car back and fix the problem which was a bad new steering rack out of the box.
    3)I took a car in for a routine timing belt change. Buddy's South looked at their records and saw that I had already done a timing belt change on this vehicle about 1-2 years ago and it didn't need changed yet. I have 3 cars which makes knowing when each needs service a little tricky and was glad to hear that the car didn't need any work done, saving me money.

    This dealership was typical of what people think about dealerships. We went to get a new car knowing the model and grade we wanted along with an approximate price from doing research. The salesman that came to greet us asked what kind of car we wanted. We said we were looking for the Limited grade, red exterior with a black interior. His response was "Well, we have a blue one with tan interior in the lower grade". Seriously? Why ask if you are only going to push what you have on the lot. Then we saw the prices. They actually had an additional dealer-made sticker on the window that was higher than the manufacturer's sticker. It showed the 'extra' things the dealer did to the car and it had a final price higher than the MSRP sticker. What? Who pays sticker price let alone higher than the sticker price just because the dealer wants more money? And the things the dealer 'added' weren't that great. We also went to West Broad Hyundai to compare cars and prices and had a much, much better experience. West Broad Hyundai got us exactly the car we wanted at a great price (about $2,000 less than what Pearson was asking for the car we didn't want). Pearson wasn't even willing to deal with us on the price. They had their 'dealer' stickers and they were staying with them. Needless to say, we went to West Broad Hyundai to buy the car.

    I've been using them for the last six years and they have always been prompt and helpful. Whenever I had a problem with my car, I go there and they will take care of it for me real quick. They are always there. They are always ready to take care of me. The guy who helps me is a really nice guy. I go to them not because I'm trying to get the best price but I go to because I'm trying to get the best service. I absolutely would use them again in the future.

    My experience at and quot;Aand quot; auto body was perfect from beginning to end--an accurate thorough estimate (that was much less than 2 others I received for the same work), an offer to do the work within that week, a job that was done exactly when it was supposed to for exactly was quoted to me, and a car that has been returned to looking brand new. I was provided with lifetime warranty on the work that was done to my car at it's completion. All of the people I interacted with were very courteous and professional and when my car was done they notified me by phone and email so they made sure the message would get to me. I would definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing body work done on their car.
