    I was very pleased with what they found and the work they did.  I had taken the first car somewhere else and was told several major  things I needed done that I really did not need.   The work that I  had done at Woods was at a much lower price than what I was quoted at the other place.
    Including the 3 big things that were not needed, my bill would have been $2,400
    Without those 3 things my bill would have been $927.95
          At Woods the exact same work was             $748.06
    I ended up taking my second car that also needed some major work, ( see above ).
    I ended up getting both cars fixed  for less than what dealer quoted me on my first car.
    Everyone very professional.   I have already recommended Woods to someone and they had their Mercedes worked on and was very happy with end result.

    Babcock's Auto Service
    I was out shopping and my car stopped at a intersection. I called Bobby Babcock and he immediately sent over a tow truck. Asked if I would need a ride and they would come get me.
    You can't always find that kind of service.
    He quickly found the problem to my car. Only charged 67.00 dollars plus the towing fee.

    BERGLUND FRANKLIN ROAD SVC DIV
    We have not been pleased with them. We were really spoiled another auto dealer we had dealt with when we had our Honda and it is pretty tough to beat them. Everything else falls pretty short. These guys do not seem to be on top of things this much. They did not necessarily seemed to care whether they were on top of things or not. They will just sit around. They do not come up to explain things. They are just really laid back.

    I got an estimate of $600.00 for inspection, oil change and new tires for my 17 year old pick up truck. Roger had to call around to find the hard-to-find tires. He gave me a choice of prices that included the cheapest to the most expensive. I picked the tires that were mid priced. He told me I picked a good tire and that he really wouldn't feel comfortable with the cheapest tire. The work was done and came in less than the price I was quoted. I didn't even get a lecture when I told him it had been over a year since my last oil change. I feel the work done was good and honest. Often, I feel women get taken advantage of at garages. I did not feel that at all and I got more than my money's worth.

    Performance problems were completely resolved. Recommended tire exceeds expectation, perfect balancing and alignment as car now drives incredibly well with all prior vibrations and pulling eliminated. Was informed of items found during the service that needed attention and advice for those that will need to be addressed in the future. Car was completed as promised. Employees were very professional, knowledgeable and offered alternative approaches to fix problems. Overall a very positive experience.

    Very professional, courteous, and great service. Promptly diagnosed problems and provided alternative approaches to fixing. All problems fixed to complete satisfaction. Performed a total inspection of the car and showed items that needed repair. When asked about other specific items the technician confirmed they were within service limits and do not need attention at this time. Price was substantially lower then a dealer's estimate.

    MAXEY'S SEAT COVER CENTER
    They gave us a fair price, were on time with the service. However, after a day of driving it was clear the roof wasn't on quite right. The windows had air gaps, etc. We took it back and they said they didn't adjust windows, we would have to have someone else do it. So we did, and the adjustments took care of 80% of the window issues, but not all of them. We also noticed the roof didn't contact the body properly in the back. Overall, the roof needed adjustment. When my wife brought it back again (this was over a month later) she was treated with disrespect by some fat j*** who wouldn't give her his name, wouldn't look at the problem, wouldn't give her the name of the owner, and walked away from her. We recommend that no one use these guys again if that is the way they will treat their customers who pay them several thousand dollars.
