AThe Septic DoctorWe called 4 companies, and Septic Doctor responded quickly- a courteous lady answered the call. They came out the next day and successfully pumped the tank. We then asked for an estimate to repair the broken pipe which was attached to the pump ( which was only 3 years old). We sent a picture to the repair group, and an estimate was promptly given. The pipe was repaired two days later which was a Monday. It works well, no problems, and fairly priced. Courteous, professional, and prompt- We wished we could have hired them 3 yrs ago when our pump broke down. We will do business with them again.- Trish F.

AC & W Hanover SepticJust wanted to say that this company is AWESOME!!! Trudy was my first call and Susan was my second.. These two woman are great. I thought I had a septic tank in my yard so when the nice young man came to my home he could't find the tank. Come to find out that we pay Chesterfield Water and Sewage so a plumber has to service our sewage problem. Trudy was so kind to call Chesterfield County to be sure if we are serviced by the County and Trudy called me to confirm that the county are to come and service our plumbing problem. This company is very professional, kind, prompt and they care about their customer's, even though we do not have a septic tank they treated me like I was one of their clients. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND C & W HANOVER SEPTIC they are very qualified and a CARING COMPANY!!! "AWESOME" We had to pay a service fee which I didn't mind it was worth it because we had to use a plumber which the young man had determined for me.. GREAT COMPANY AND EMPLOYEE'S!!!! ASTAMIE E. LYTTLE CO (Lyttle Service Co, LLC)The repairman they sent knew everything about ejector pumps. He quickly diagnosed the problem as being with the Start Capacitor in the electrical box and fixed it that day. This prevented the need to pull the pump out of the tank and the pump has run perfect for two years now. THESE GUYS ARE REALLY GOOD!- Randy F.

AC & W Hanover SepticI highly recommend C & W Hanover Septic. My septic tank was heading to overflow because the pump was not working. I called another septic company first that was recommended to me but never received a call back. I then called C & W and spoke to Trudy who asked me a bunch of questions - none of which I really knew as I had never had a septic system before. She was very patient with me and immediately set up an appointment to have Cole pump out my system. He came (on time) and did a very through job. Since we weren't sure of the issue, Cole inspected the pump to see if it was maybe a minor issue. I appreciated his effort to try to save me some money by checking for an alternative issue other than immediately recommending for me buy a new pump. As it turned out I needed the new pump. He got with Trudy to have Billy, the installer, come out and set up the new pump to be done on the same day. All those who worked with me - Trudy, Cole, and Billy - were very professional and provided me with excellent service. As I did not know much about septic systems, they answered all of my many questions. I will definitely use them from now on and I highly recommend them!- Catherine B.

AOld Dominion Septic & RooterThese people are super nice to work with. They do very good work. Very neat. My only bump in dealing with them was that they are kind of hard to get on the phone to talk to directly. I had to leave a lot of messages. AI love this company. Everyone one I came into contact with from the gentleman who came to give me an estimate, the woman who helped me with the designs and spent a super long time with me on picking out the materials I wanted (not her fault- it was mine- I couldn’t make up my mind), to the men who came out to complete the work- were all wonderful/nice/respectful. Every part of the job was gone over with me. They put up with my crazy dog and were very nice about it. Very responsive to any questions. I love the shower it is so nice to stand and move around in it and not hear creaking noises. The toilet installed is just the right height. I know I picked the paint color- but it looks fabulous. They were kind enough to also let me know about some other issues I needed to fix in the attic that I would have never known I needed to repair. Excellent workmanship. I would and have recommended this company to others.

FDelta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.

ASent request out day before Thanksgiving and Paul returned call same day explained a little what I needed done and just wanted estimate on everything. He said he could come by the next morning. So upon arrival he had the replacement garbage disposal with him and began to start working on removing the broken one. In this process he had his mask on and was very open about his past as a basketball player from DC area and spent 2hours of just his past. So 2hour job was four hours. Then he moved to securing the kitchen sink to the counter. Next we moved to the leaking faucets up stairs he had to go and get replacement parts from about 30mins away both ways returned and replaced each stem 3 for $75 each. They did not have the fourth so he told we where to check to get part along with how to install it. Total day work for 8hrs $700. Never discussed his hourly wages which was my fault because I should of stuck with the estimate first. All in all just watch how much you talk while he is working!
