AHarmony Pest ManagementI signed up for a consult after seeing a few roaches in my house over the past several months. The owner, Craig, came out to inspect. He talked with me first and explained roach behavior patterns based on temperature. Then he did inspected my crawl space and determined I don't have a significant problem, and that their activity was confined to one area that suggested where they might be getting in. He texted me photos of the evidence he did see in that area. Craig recommended that I don't need treatment at this time unless I'm concerned about the occasional bug. He also advised me on additional sealing; the most useful piece of info was that it's hard to seal it completely (roaches can fit through the thickness of a credit card), so no use replacing soffit vents that are in otherwise good condition. I definitely appreciate the education on the topic. If I proceed with treatment in the future I will definitely be hiring Harmony. The quarterly price is very reasonable, and I have already gotten great value from the consult. Great business and very knowledgeable owner!- Melissa B.

ALandlock Pest ControlMike came out this morning for our second treatment. He did an excellent job. He looked up a bug for me, and we were able to identify it, and he gave me advice as to how to keep this pest from coming back. He also treated the rest of the inside of the house. ALandlock Pest ControlMatt came out today, from Landlock and did an excellent job. He was on time, professional, and went beyond what I expected. He even knocked down spider webs. He wore a mask the whole time, was careful to remove his shoes before he entered the house, and explained everything he did, in layman's terms I could understand. FTerrible. Had to hunt them down to receive my second spraying. The gentleman that came the second time was here maybe five (5) minutes. I waited four (4) hours to go downstairs to make sure the basement door was secure and saw the biggest spider very alive hanging by the window. I retrieved my own spray and chased the spider across my basement wall. As I’m doing that I noticed other spiders in various corners very alive and moving. For the money American Pest charges the service sucks. In this economy they ought to be happy to even have business. I would never recommend this company to anyone but I will share the **** poor service they offer smh. Very disappointing. Seriously, just use your own spray. Open your windows, spray your baseboards, then leave the house for a few hours.
