FWe bought the deal after talking to them. We needed it installed immediately, and asked if we could pay to have it shipped overnight. The gentleman was very nice and offered to send it at their cost which we thought was great. This was a Wednesday, they promised it by Friday. On Friday my husband called for a tracking numbver- somehow they missed sending it out. They apologized and were sending it right away to arrive Saturday. Later that afternoon he called again for a tracking number. They somehow missed the shipping time again! My husband asked them to cancel- if this was their level of responsiveness we did not want them responding to our security needs.
We were assured it was cancelled. Surprise- it came Monday. We called and they had us send it back at their cost. No attempt was made to apologize or offer any special deals to try to keep us as customers. I would never use a company that made promises and did not keep them... twice.
