  Very well. He squeezed me into his schedule based on the fact that a new tenant had to move in. The carpets looked healthy again. There were many pet spots that he was able to get rid of. There were no negative comments from the new tenant. Thanks Charlie!

  We have used Mr. Green's service for close to 15 years. Wayne Dunn, the owner, always does the work and the carpets always look great! He is punctual, takes care of any furniture he might have to move, and charges a fair price for his services. Highly recommend him if you need carpets cleaned.

  Our initial and planning communications were with Kenny via Angie's website and telephone. Kenny clearly described what to expect, who would be doing the work, about how long it would take, scheduled an arrival window, and discussed payment options with me. On the scheduled day, Trent & Ross finished their job previous to ours and called to see if they could start our job a little early. We said, "Of course!" When they arrived, we showed them the areas needing cleaning and the stains we wanted them to try to remove. Trent said he thought they could remove the stains; would at least give it a good try. Before starting, he described how they would do the job, about how long it would take, what to expect after they finished, and what precautions we should take after the cleaning. Both Trent and Ross were very professional and friendly at the same time. Encouraged questions before, during, and after the job and stressed they wanted us to be 100% satisfied. We were! After they finished, the carpet looked great, all the stains had been removed, and indentations from where a file cabinet and a few other pieces of furniture had been sitting had been "fluffed" and no longer visible. We could not have been more satisfied with every aspect of job, from initial contact to waving them good-bye and strongly recommend using them if you need your carpets cleaned!!

  In the craziness of moving I forgot to schedule them. I called the day before and they were so accommodating and got in right after closing. When we did the walk through there was evidence of old pet pee in one of the bedrooms. The worker got down on the floor and stuck is face in the carpet and smelled it!!! He told me that there really isn't any odor and must be old and have been poorly cleaned a long time ago. He said they would do their best to get rid of the stain... and they did! Also I overpaid on Angie's List as I over estimated our square footage. They offered me 1) money back 2) stain prevention treatment 3) an follow cleaning credit to use later. Very honest and did great work.

  This is the second time I have used this company and they are excellent! I called them the day before I moved in. Luckily they were in my neighborhood and worked me in asap! These guys are great! If you need carpet cleaning look no further, I will never go anywhere else. Thank you!

  Kohmar Air Duct Cleaning LLC.

  The service was okay. The only thing was that the gentlemen that came out and did it either run out or did not have enough of the Freon stain treatment. He did not come back and fix it, but it was not that much. They came out within a week or two after I purchased the Big Deal. They were pretty quick. Everything turned out okay. They followed our request. Pretty much, I did not want too much water going down so they were careful about that.

  On The Spot Inc

  Linda was very helpful selecting the laminate.   When On the Spot removed my old laminate, a water leak had cause quite a bit of mold.  They eradicated the mold and provided a dehumidifier.    They stayed in touch with me throughout the drying process.  The floor was installed and looks great.   On the Spot was professional and friendly and did an awesome job.  I highly recommend them for flooring and carpet cleaning.

  There was a lot of mess from dogs and the carpets were so clean afterwards that you couldn't tell dogs lived there. I was able to do a walkthrough, leave and then they called when finished and waited for me to come back.
