    From start to finish excellent job Had an 80���s house that had most of its window panes fogged. The new panes make the house feel brand new and let so much more light in The crew were polite hardworking and professional and very competent. Will definately use again.

    I have a 2013 Jeep Wrangler��� It still has the factory wrap + extended warranty on it. I could take it to the Jeep dealership but I trust Bill and his staff at Ms Tuffy implicitly with all my vehicle care. I have always had A+ service and being a female it���s oftentimes hard to find a good mechanic to trust. I grew up in a junkyard so it���s kind of hard to fool me when it comes to things and I have caught people in the past doing such. Bill and his staff are 100% honest. They���ll take the time to tell you exactly what was done and why it was done and answers any questions you may have. They will also provide your old parts back to you if you desire. I���ll never go anywhere else for my automotive care as long as Ms Tuffy is around.

    My husband usually schedules it ahead of time online. Then when he is there he waits for it, they usually get to it. I guess they get to it when they’re supposed to. The communication with them is good.

    It was a very reasonable price and less than what the dealer had said. They showed me exactly what they were going to do before hand and explained why it needed to be done the way it was done. I left it there for the day. Nothing that they could improve on, and like I said, above and beyond because they took me in and showed me exactly what they were going to do, and explained the process and why it needed to be done the way it was done and how it could be done without having to replace the whole system including the muffler, which is what the dealer was going to do was replace the whole system including the muffler. They were able to fabricate the parts they needed to minimize the cost.

    Those guys are pretty good. They are quick, efficient, and nice people. You sit in your car while they do it, and you are in and out within ten minutes. If they could do on the spot tire rotation that would be great. They don't offer that proactively.

    They may be higher than other people. I'm going next week. I have an appointment next week. They are just really good. The staff in the service department are just wonderful. The workers are really good. I only come in contact with the staff that welcomes you into the shop, and they are very good., Very professional. They are concentrated on what you need. They make sure all the manufacture recommendations are met.

    It was covered by insurance, so I didn’t pay anything for it. It was near me. I just thought they were punctual, did what they said they were going to do and I didn’t have any leaks or any problems. So, I was happy.

    Another shop suggested we take my sons car here because they couldn't get to us today, so we did. It had a bad shake in the front end and we felt it was dangerous. We took it in and waited around for a while and finally it was pulled in. The mechanic had another car on a lift, but pulled ours in anyway. So we continued to wait for more than 3 hours and heard nothing other than I will be getting to yours shortly. After getting sick of waiting, we decided to go up the street to get a bite to eat. Now 5 hours later, we went back to the shop to see his car still on the lift, except now it has been taken apart, so we were excited that maybe we were almost ready or nearing it. After another 30 minutes, the mechanic (I now find out is named Mike) tells us that the part needed is not available until tomorrow. OMG!! We waited almost 6 hours to be told this?? SO I ended up having to call my wife to come pick up up and go home without his car. Late the next day, on Thursday we get a call telling us the car is ready, so we go pick it up, pay our bill which was way higher than we were told it should be. We were told $180-$200, but is come out to $348 almost double what I was told. When I looked at the bill I see all these misc. shop charges and such. I asked about them and was told he needed to purchase a special tool for the car. I nearly hit the roof, why am I paying for the purchase of this shops tools I thought, but I didn't say anything as I am not one to make a scene. At this point I am just glad it's over, we are leaving and it's finally fixed. Not so fast! So we take off headed home and within 3 miles the front end shaking is back and it feels even worse. At this point I decided I would be calling my credit card company about this company and the was I was just ripped off. Thank goodness for fair and honest credit card companies that will protect you when things like this happen. I ended up getting my money back and took it somewhere is to get it fixed properly. This was a nightmare I never want to relive. This place should really just shut it's doors down. By the way, this place was filthy with cigarette butt all over the place. I have seen cleaner backyard mechanics.

    My daughter took her car in and they had all sorts of things that had too be fixed right then and they didn't cause she's in college and we just had it serviced before she went down to down to college.

     I will not use them if I don't have to. But you know when you have your daughter away at college and her car is not working what do you do? We paid $300 for a battery. They also said we needed new tires and we needed this and we needed that. The bill would have come to over $1,000 and, like I said, we just had the darn thing serviced right before she left for college so we knew that wasn't so.
