Shiner responded quickly to our call after we had experienced hail damage to our home. They provided a very professional estimate for the roof replacement and offered to answer any questions. When we indicated that we were working with State Farm Insurance for the replacement the Shiner representative offered to engage directly with State Farm to confirm the estimates and secure full funding. Shiner recommended affordable product with excellent quality ratings and long term warranties. The Shiner team arrived per their committed schedule dates and completed our project in a reasonable amount of time. They had an expert crew for the metal roofing and a separate crew for the asphalt shingle roof. Based on other repairs happening on the roof the Shiner team was asked to adjust their workscope. They engaged quickly and were able to modify the scope without any additional fees. Both crews did a good job cleaning up the debris from the roof replacement.

Brandle Golladay from NVB did an outstanding job. He was very responsive, curteous, punctual for appointments, stayed within the agreed budget, and performed all the work on time and with high quality. We first contacted NVB to replace the roof, siding etc after a hailstorm. They did such a good job that we hired them again for the garage renovation. We would highly recommend Brandle and his crew from NVB.

I called Dale because he came highly recommended by other roofers in the area who were stumped by my perpetually leaking skylight.  I was told, "if anyone can figure out what's going on, it's Dale - he's the best in the business when it comes to copper roofing".  Dale replaced the skylight and resoldered some areas of the roof that were problematic, and his price was competitive with other roofers who seemed to have much less experience with metal roofs.  Most importantly, it's fixed! Haven't had any more problems since the repair.  I highly recommend Dale - he's professional, honest, responds promptly to email, and is highly skilled in his trade.

Summit quickly determined the cause of the leak and repaired it with dispatch and at a reasonable cost.  The barn roof was estimated, including recommendations for improving the roof,  and work commenced approximately a month later.  The crew was efficient and finished in two days.  The site was well cleaned up.  I requested that special care be taken in working around horses--especially care that no nails be left on the ground and that work cease when the horses were led in and out-- and also that no smoking occur near the barn.  The work crew was very responsive to those requests.  The roof looks good, any issues found were resolved, and the cost was reasonable.  I am relieved that I have a new roof, that the leak was taken care of easily and reasonably,  and that the process was relatively easy.

They were excellent. They guy was in Arizona for a vacation and when I had a problem with my computer that he serviced earlier, he called me back from his vacation to help me. He was a wonderful person.

My experience with them was excellent. All of my parents' friends and my friends who have died have all used them. They are very professional without being pushy. So they are not trying to sell us big caskets and things that we don’t really need. Their quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism are excellent. I would use them again in the future; as a matter of fact, I will make my own plan there, I trust the people.

McElroy made a mistake, and Ben, the owner, tried to blame the mistake on us, the customers. He admitted making a mistake, but will not accept responsibility. He also refuses to return our deposit, even though the film cannot be used. We hired McElroy Film to make us a D1 Football Highlight Reel for College Recruitment. This was the exact and specific terminology used by both my husband and myself, from the beginning. This statement alone is a very specific instruction, and contains all the information that a professional videographer, who does this work, would need. All football highlight reels are shot essentially the same way; The player must be viewed within the context of the action on the field. He is part of the whole play that is happening. Anyone claiming to be qualified for the job should know this. However, we went the extra mile. We gave Ben McElroy our son’s name, and instructed him to google our son, and watch his recruiting film, from last season. Mr. McElroy even agreed at the time that, “A picture speaks a thousand words”. In the sample video he agreed to look at, you can see what is unfolding on the field. You do not zoom in too close on the player, as soon as the action begins, because you must show the game. McElroy films zoomed in way too close. In some of the footage, you cannot even see the defense being run, or what the play actually is. The field, the overall action, is lost from almost every play that's shot, and this is a big mistake. Again, the correct way is clear to see on the video he was instructed to view, and it is also common knowledge in the industry. McElroy was hired to film 3 games. Ben McElroy did not shoot it himself. He sent someone else . After game 2 ,we saw the footage of the first game, and we realized that it was worthless for recruiting. We hadn’t seen game 2 yet, but we were told it was done exactly the same. The McElroy film could not be sent to coaches. They would not evaluate the player based on that footage. Mr. McElroy tried to blame us for his mistake. At first, he tried to say that he wasn’t given any instructions, just told to generally film our son playing football. That ‘s ridiculous and completely false. Do you think we would call a video company, and agree to pay all that money, for a serious D1 College Athlete, and all we would say is, please generally film our son. Of course not. We even specified Division 1, D1, because D1 College recruiting films are made for serious and elite high school athletes, who are seeking scholarships. They are not meant for pleasure viewing. But any football recruiting reel, at all divisions, would still be shot the same. Plus, the added instruction to watch the reel from last season. He eventually admitted that he made a mistake, but said it was still our fault, because we didn’t correct him before he shot the second game. In other words, we didn’t teach him how to do his job. We did NOT have any agreement with Ben McElroy specifying when we would view his work. We certainly didn’t agree to let him try a game, and then tell him what was wrong and teach him. A game cannot be repeated. Obviously, it is crucial to film it correctly the first time. Of course we expected it to be done right the first time, and had no discussions of correcting him later. Lastly, he tried to make it our fault by saying that we shouldn’t have hired him. He actually asked us the question,” If you knew I never shot football before, why did you hire me”? We didn’t know. He told us that he didn’t have a demo reel of football, only soccer. He never said he hadn’t shot football before. He also said that he was comfortable doing football. I even asked him if he was a football fan, and how did he feel about shooting the plays. I used the term, "shooting the plays", which is in itself an instruction. He told me that he wasn’t a big fan, but he watched a bit, he understood the game, and he was comfortable with the job. He said he would do a better job than other companies, because he would shoot a higher quality film. Later in the call, he admitted that he didn’t understand, and in fact he didn’t even know how many players should be on a football field. Ben McElroy also complained several times, that the file was very big. He said it was over 2 hours of footage. But, a football game is 4/ 15 minute quarters. They made another mistake. The photographer didn't just shoot the plays, the action. He shot the bagpipe player, before the game started. He shot the halftime break. He shot long close-ups of the scoreboard, and the player sitting on the bench...etc..this was not part of the instructions. Mr. McElroy had instructions. Film a D1 Highlight Recruiting Reel. He also got instructions on where and how to view a sample. He refused to return the deposit, and continued to try and blame us, even after admitting he made a mistake. He also never bothered to inquiry about any consequences for our son, the player. He took on a huge responsibility. Without proper film, an athlete can’t be recruited. Mr. McElroy did not seem at all concerned with this. Just blame, and his deposit. It was a very distressing experience.

Excellent service from pick-up to drop-off even though it was early on a Sunday morning (9:45 am). The driver actually came about 10 minutes early and waited while we gathered last minute items. He was very pleasant and delivered us to Union Station in just under 1 hour. He had small bottles of water in the back for us which was a nice touch. The ride was smooth and the car very clean. A much better option than just calling a cab -- and defintely worth the money. No stress, no headaches and a great way to start a vacation! Thanks!

We employed Weichert for one year and immediately switched companies when our contract was up.  There was an overall lack of communication and non-responsiveness between Weichert and us (owners) and Weichert and tenants.  I constantly had my tenant calling me, because Weichert wouldn't respond to them.  In order to receive any documentation, we had to make repeated requests.

When repairs were made, Weichert decided to ignore our requests to use our warranty company.  At one time, they allowed a leaking water heater to go unrepaired for almost a week, resulting in a $500 bill for water extraction.  The lack of follow up with problems resulted in having to call vendors and fix items myself.

The final straw was when our tenants decided to move out early.  The lease indicated that they were responsibly for rent until the end of the lease term, and three separate emails (and two phone calls) instructing her to withhold the rent from their security deposit resulted in her sending the money right back to them.

They were very helpful and sent us samples. They were reasonably priced and got back with us in a timely fashion. In the end, we opted to not have the roof done at all, but we probably would have used them if we had decided to have the job done.
