    The Clock Maker at Gwathmey
    Mark was great, he showed up on time and was very professional. The clock had sat idle for probably 20 years. Mark brought it back to life and it works perfect now. He was very thorough and explained what is needed to keep it working properly in the future. I also bought a spare suspension spring. I will definitely use him in the future and suggest him to others.

    contacted them on Friday morning he was at my house at 1:00pm.  He diagnosed problem and gave me two options, 1 - replace faulty part with a brand new part, or 2 - repair the faulty part for $70 less.  I chose option 2 and my tv was working the next afternoon.  I  did pay $25 to have repair parts fedexed overnight.

    I will use OK Electronics again if and when the necessity arises.  I could not have asked for better service in any regard.

    I called to have them assess my problem. The secretary was very nice and the technician, Tim, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I took my tv in and paid $20 to get an assessment done. Within a day they called back and gave me the diagnosis. The SC board was shot and they could rebuild it if they got the parts from China. They did try Panasonic but the boards are not made anymore. I was quoted a price if the rebuild worked. If it didn't work I owed nothing. It took about 3 weeks for the parts to come in and the rebuild to be completed. When I picked it up the tv was running and I owed exactly what they quoted me, minus the $20 diagnostic fee.

    Minimal charge for estimate that then was part of the repair price. Very reasonable prices. Stuck to estimate even though One of the computers had extra unforeseen problems but no extra charge. They will fix all of my electronics. Christian, friendly and very patient with explanations to the non geeks of the world. Make sure you take your chargers and power cords. No fancy showroom, you walk into the repair shop. Highly recommend.

    I was set up for service, it has been okay. The internet is as slow as molasses, the tv worked okay, but it's like my youtube takes 1/2 hour to download and I have the premium packages. They started me at a rate of $99 for the internet, HDR tv and phone bundle. I'm now paying over double that and getting slower speeds and basically a big we don't care.

    Fosters is great. I used them as my HVAC company at my former home, so when I saw the big deal for a hot water heater maintenance and check at my newly purchased home, I went ahead and got it. The man who came out to perform the flush and maintenance was very nice and did a whole house inspection - even fixed an issue under my kitchen sink and didn't charge me any extra. I have used them for years and they're always great to work with.

    It went just great. The cutomer service was professional and they gave me a a couple of additional musical items at no charge, just because they had extra items on hand and they knew I would need the items later on. They helped me carry and load the items into my vehichle which was nice. The price was fair.

    Horrible, I was on the phone for over 2.5 hours and I was hung up 3 times after waiting over 30 minutes on hold each time. The problem was never resolved and I'm now cancelling all my services through them. Avoid at all cost, don't be swayed by their new customer prices.

    They were very prompt in arriving at the home. They were very professional in their encounter with a potential intruder. They offered some other services that they could provide in ensuring security for the home, which included a K-9 unit and gps as needed. They have endorsement by Virginia authorities to make arrests as needed.

    Even though we never had to take our Phillips Plasma TV into Tim nor did he have to make a trip out to the home, we were so incredibly pleased and appreciative of his service over the phone. Tim spent the time over the phone with us to trouble-shoot and provided his best estimate based on apparent root cause of best path forward (whether it was a somewhat expensive repair or recommendation to purchase a new TV). It goes to show that he is about commitment to the customer, assisting the customer with his expertise with a recommendation, and not just about the bottom line numbers in profit.
    We, in the end, decided after 8 years with the plasma TV to purchase a new one. However, if we are ever in need of a TV repair, we will be calling/visiting this place! Thank you.
