    Very well they applied a treatment inside, outside and under house on crawlspace. Very knowledgeable and polite, curtious, punctual and kept there word to come back out without any additional fee to treat again of we saw something else before next scheduled treatment.

    We have had a terrible experience with this company and the owner (not the technicians). We made one appointment to have our hone serviced and no one showed up. After calling, we were told that our service appointment did not get printed and sent to a technician. Honest mistake, so we made a second appointment and the technician was sent to the wrong house. When we contacted the owner to explain that the technician never showed at the requested address he made it seem like it was our fault. They were given the new address twice and also told that the new residence does not have land line service yet and to call a cell number not the old home number. When we explained that we wanted to cancel our service due to too many mix ups the owner proceeded to yell at us. He called us a number of inappropriate names and immediately said we needed to pay a cancellation fee or he would send it to a collections agency. He was highly unprofessional and extremely rude.

    Ok, once it was scheduled. Had some miscommunication in the very beginning re: "setting up an account" before they would schedulevthe treatment I had already paid for thru Angi's List. I had a lot of questions since I had never had this done before, and I have pets. It felt like the manager got a little impatient with me and all my questions, but the results have been good, so it was worth it.

    We previously used Orkin at our last home for indoor treatment for pests. When we moved to our new house, we did not need the indoor service, but wanted the yards treated for ticks. The Orkin 1-800 service quoted us a price for both indoor and outdoor pest treatment and gave us the impression that was the only option. However, when the local service provider came to spray, we were asked if we needed the indoor treatment also, and said that we did not and didn't really want it. The provider said that we could elect to have only the outdoor spray at a greatly reduced cost compared to being required to have both. We elected that option, and were very happy that the technician was concerned about selling us something we did not want or need. The technician also seemed aware and concerned about spraying where we had flowers and said he would be careful not to spray those, since the flowers attracted bees and did not want to contribute to further bee extinction due to pesticides. We are happy with the once a month spraying contract during the months when ticks and mosquitoes are out in force and are happy the technician had concern for our wallets and the bee population.

    We've been using them for maybe over a year. It has to do with the season. In the wintertime, they don't come as much, but in the summer they'll come more often. And anytime I have an issues, they'll come. So they'll come as often as I need in that period.

    Frontline Pest Professionals
    I was a customer of Frontline for 6 years and have recently cancelled their service. I have nothing bad to say about the actual service professionals that came to my house, its the company and customer service in general that is horrible. I have requested that I only get serviced on Saturday because my husband and I both work and I would like interior treatment every time they come. Every single time I get would the notification of the bi-monthly date, it was never a Saturday. I have spent countless hours on the phone with customer service over the past 6 years rescheduling for a Saturday. I would get the same response 'Oh yes, I see that you have requested Saturdays only, our computers are down right now so I'll have to put you on hold for a few minutes.' How often are your computers down???? When the texts would come through on the service date, it was always after 5pm so you couldn't call their office then to reschedule because they are closed. I have had many issues with the techs not showing up at all or showing up unexpectedly. I would ask why they were there and the response was always 'Didn't get you notified that we were coming?' This past Saturday was the last straw. I have an email stating that they were coming and by noon, I went online to their live chat (offices are closed on Saturdays) to see if someone was going to show up. After 15 minutes of waiting for for live chat person to respond, she says she will have someone from scheduling call me ASAP. No phone call was ever received and Frontline never showed up. I call on Monday to find out why and the customer service rep doesn't know why and just says 'Well, they weren't scheduledin your area for that day'. I'm not sure why this company can't notify their customers when they are coming. The Rep then tells me that she will pass on my complaint to her manager who will look into it and call me. I received no call at all and cancelled my treatment with them. They also had no remorse on that either so it must be pretty common. If you are looking for a company that is going to respect your personal time, then don't go with Frontline.

    I was contacted by the sales representative on July 13, 2016 via a door-to-door solicitation.  He was attempting to make appointments for pest control service.  He informed me that he was scheduling for a date on which my neighbors had signed, and that he would discount the initial service from $69 to $19 in order to get my business.  I asked about the chemicals used, because I use only organic products in my household.  He told me they were organically derived.  I decided to trust what he told me and accept the service based on these two things.  I later discovered that I have been charged the full $69, and that the chemicals
    were, in fact, not organic.  The company withholds its position that I should have checked behind them, and is keeping
    my money.  The manager did feel like she was doing me a favor, however, by not charging me a cancellation fee for not continuing the contract on a product that I shouldn't have purchased based on the lies that they told me,

    We have been customers of EUI for 15 years now, but never thought to write a review until now. (why? I don't know!) It is extremely rare that I give all "A's", but I had no question here.
    When we first moved to the area, we found a house that had sat dormant for over a year. Understandably, there were several issues requiring an exterminator. We were very fortunate to have met the owners, Craig and Beth, at a church we visited. When we got to know them, we realized how honest and dedicated they were as *people* and as entrepreneurs. This honesty and focus extends to the business they've worked tirelessly to grow.
    Fast forward: Over the course of 15 years, we've not only had EUI for our Quarterly services ((perimeter spraying (indoors and out), setting of mouse bait, wiping of spider webs, and spot focus on other problem areas,)) but we've had them for annual Termite inspections, Carpenter Bees, and issues that have required them to come back between services. In addition to these services, we found we had an infestation of European Hornets nesting in an entire dormer window! (We found these when they started eating through the plastered ceiling in an upstairs room!!!) (The Carpenter Bee treatments, Termite inspections, and the Hornet issue are not part of the Quarterly service.)
    Their knowledge of products and application techniques are superior--both on a technical level and the needs of the particular facility they service. All personnel are required to have ongoing training in addition to attending specialty conferences. EUI keeps an up-to-date history of your home's services and needs, so when the technician arrives, he knows of areas that may need special attention. Some of the Technicians have specialized training in specific areas (like the Hornets,) so that if there is an extremely unusual case, the dispatcher will send the appropriate technician. 
    I don't know what else to say except that I have never been disappointed with the services, nor the technicians we've encountered over the years, and that says a LOT!
