    It was great.  I liked their service and the time they spent with us.  I really felt comfortable with the attention and the amount of focus that they gave us.  I liked the testing and the thoroughness of the tests and the procedures that they performed.

    I have not had any issues with them. They have been prompt at everything that I've asked them to do or check on. The doctor is certainly accommodating and listens well. I honestly would not continue to go if he hadn't been.

    There is a short list of physicians there and I would recommend any of them. They have an exceptional online service as far as communication with physicians. They have a portal that is competitive but easy to use.

    I like it because it is a local, home town, medical practice. I like my doctor there, and he treats some of the members of my family, and he is just a good guy, and gives good service. They meet my expectations, I have no complaints. The office environment is comfortable, and there used to be a long wait a long time ago, but now they have more doctors in staff, so you don't have to wait long. They have manage that very well. They have also recently moved to a computer system, which they use for all of their notations and things like that, which is speeding things up, and making things more efficient for them. I am very satisfied with them.

    I went to the Reynolds Crossing branch of this practice. They checked me in quickly, I had a short wait before they weighed me and took my vitals.
    Shortly thereafter, I met with a doctor, but I forget his name. He was quick and efficient. He wasn't 100% sure what the problem was, but prescribed a topical steroid. This worked much better than the treatment suggested by my general practitioner, and my irritation cleared up within a week.

    Three patients and four trips later, I am happy with the results. My son had the most impacted ears. We were advised to administer mineral oil for two weeks and go for a second trip. The doctor was very good with my 7-yo son, even when he could tell my son had discomfort, he was encouraging.
    My daughter had negative pressure in her eardrum from descending in an airplane. They gave her a hearing test to disgnose the negative pressure behind her eardrum. They told her to use a nose spray to dry up the sinuses to see if it would clear. She ended up getting off of it because it was too drying.
    The staff is a little stoic, but I think that is par for the course these days. They are so busy and have so much work to do, so customers just have to understand. I long for the days of and quot;real people interactionand quot;, instead of being a and quot;numberand quot;.
    The cost of the visit was astronomical. I suppose that is par for the course as well. But I'm very disappointed that the consultation fee is as high as it is ($203), when you discuss the problem and they examine you for 10 minutes. Removal of impacted wax is $180. So I will be using the mineral oil and try to keep the ears clear myself for all of my family. My insurance essentially paid for clearing the ears, but the consultation fee is on the deductible.

    I have used both the St Mary's office and the Henrico Doctors' office and been happy with my interactions and care at both locations.  They have labs services, ultrasound, mammography to complete all your Ob/gyn needs.

    Dr. Robert T. Turner is excellent as a doctor. He will get to the root of your problem or he will send you to a specialist. The problem I have is with his staff. They don't return telephone calls. They can be somewhat rude. I hope his staff improves. I have been going there for years.

    He came recommended by my pediatrician. We liked him. He explained things thoroughly. I thought he was complete in his exam, and he listened. This is actually coming from a nurse, and it is kind of hard for doctors to get very good reviews from nurses. I don’t remember being frustrated, so I guess the punctuality was okay. I don’t recall having any problems with the billing or having to work with my insurance company.

    I've been going to Virginia Women's Center since I was 12 years old and everybody there is just so friendly. I've known them for so long that they're kind of like friends even though you don't go and hangout with them. They're actually happy for you and are genuine. I've always enjoyed, as much as you can, going to the obstetrician. I'm the one who would always be on time and so I would see different doctors within the practice and they were always willing to make it happen.
