BAmy (supervisor) was wonderful-here to please. I feel sure she cleaned the down stairs. It was immaculate. However, when I started checking the upstairs, I was very disappointed. The baseboards had not been checked-underneath the cabinets had not been vacuumed-there was dust, cat hair & grave from the litter pan built up in the corners. If the vacuum hose had been used it would have been clean!- Betty R.
