AJW Home ImprovementWe had a wide range of tasks that needed to be done around our house, and we saved a lot of time and money by having JW do all of them, rather than hiring multiple separate firms. Kevin and Soren did an excellent job -- they did quality work, worked efficiently, and and were good to communicate with. Jesse did an excellent job helping us define the scope of our project and identify what needed to be done (and what didn't need to be done). Kevin even made a couple extra trips to complete some electrical work that proved to be more complex than we anticipated. AJW Home ImprovementI have hired JWHI a couple of times before and they did great work. Their prices are not the lowest, but if you want the work done right the first time, they are the best. Alberto and Javier were an excellent and professional team. Alberto worked with me to prioritize the work involving gutter and drywall repairs and power washing. He offered excellent suggestions and communicated well throughout the project. While Javier was working inside on drywall repair he pointed out an area that appeared to have water damage. He was correct, and Alberto's master diagnostic skills found the source of one leak and then further testing uncovered another. I had another company make drywall repairs a couple of years ago, but they never looked for the source of the problem. The work done by Alberto and Javier was outstanding.- Linda W.

AVery well. I had 2 different guys. The first one (too bad I can't remember his name but he was great) fixed the bedroom door and the closet door. Professional, friendly, neat, and the repairs looked good. The second guy, Franco, re-caulked 2 showers, and installed a house number and a water hose hanger on a brick wall. He was on time, professional, neat, checked with me to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted, did a great job.

FHe never showed up after setting up two appointments, The first time he did text, and reschedule the job. Days later, he failed to show and not call, very unprofessional and a waste of time. I understand issues but to hold up a job unable or unwilling to perform is just bad customer service, and a waste of valuable time for all concern. I will not be using this services and I recommend you do the same.
