  The crew was on time, efficient, and did a spectacular job. We are so pleased with our newly sodded area and have received many compliments on it. Lou is very easy to communicate with and responds to emails in an extremely timely fashion. His crew is always a pleasure to work with -- they are extremely pleasant, considerate and always clean up after themselves. We've already booked them for our fall clean-up. Many thanks to Hall's Landscaping for adding so much value and curb appeal to our yard!

  I was referred to Turf Medic by a neighbor. I emailed the company and Sheldon promptly replied. He clearly explained what his company would do and the price. I was notified in advance by email when the services would be done, and how to protect my pet. The technicians arrived punctually, and the work was completed. Sheldon was very knowledgeable about lawn seed and acidity levels, so I felt confident that the procedures would be done to best promote growth in the future. Payments can be made online to simplify things even futher. We chose to sign again with Turf Medic for the present year.

  Let's put it this way: I never have had a bad experience with Hambletons in all the years I have used their services. Any minor problems promptly were handled and corrected. All of the work crews (weekly mowing; clean-ups and mulching; special projects) have been friendly, courteous, and professional. The crews always have worked diligently the entire time they have been on my property. Cost estimates willingly have been provided when asked, but I almost always have opted for time and materials and never have regretted it. I always have felt I received my money's worth, otherwise I would not have worked with Hambletons for the length of time that I have. Hambletons truly is a Northern Virginia gem!

  We started using them in the season of 2014 after having a bad experience with True Green. Lawn Doctor gave us a 10% discount and that's why we picked them. The first year was really good. They sent out the most senior technicians and gave advanced noticed when they were coming. The grass turned around very quickly within 1 season. All the weeds were gone and the grass was healthy and long and looked like golf course grass. It looked very professionally manicured. Something happened the second season almost like the product changed or was diluted. They sent out different people all the time and in some cases the technicians would only spray a part of the lawn and then leave. One time my husband was home and saw the technician only spray a small portion and then leave. When we called and asked about it they said it was impossible because they had sent the manager out. He did come out and do the rest once we spoke with them. We did tell them at the beginning of this year that we weren't satisfied with last years work so they did spend some extra time on our lawn. We still weren't satisfied with the results though. We have a weird weed growing and we've asked several times what product we need t o get to take care of it but they say we are doing everything right and the problem isn't being fixed. It's like their product has changed and it's just not as effective as when we first started using them. Their customer service and online billing is very good. The receptionist is very responsive and great at communicating. Their product just isn't good and I'm not happy with the service of the technicians. We have decided not to use them next season.

  Great. Would recommend him to anyone:)Our lawn was a mess. The owner visited our house and he has been and will continue to be very involved with our lawn. This was not a one time visit and then we were passed on to one of his workers. He has aerated and resown the lawn and so far it looks excellent. There was plenty of grass seed applied not just a few scant seeds. The aeration looked thorough. We have had work done on others laws over the years and so far he is by far and away the best!

  I don't know I don't think it was what I expected, because they said that they would talk to me first that I could tell them what I wanted to done and they didn't confirm an appointment they just say that they would call in a certain week and never when I call to say what day of the week it's going to be for and when they reach Oh it will be on Friday and they never talked to me about what I wanted.

  Hall's Landscaping performs our spring mulching and cleanup every year and we could not be more pleased with their service.  Lou is fantastic throughout the entire process of communicating, scheduling, invoicing, and following-up.  His team is very friendly, professional, and they always provide high-quality work.  We rely on Hall?s every year to keep our yard looking clean and professional.
  When we scheduled service this year, I stated that I would be home later to mow the lawn.  To my surprise, Hall?s had already mowed the lawn before I got home (free of charge)!  That was a really nice surprise, thank you!!!

  So far so good.  My wild violets are starting to wilt and they came back for a complimentary reapplication when I notified them that not all the weeds were responding to the treatment.
