  They are doing very well. Good review so far. They are sort of new in the last 6 months. So far so good. You pay monthly, and they monitor you for police and fire. Price is pretty much the same as everyone else. It has been 6 months and they have not had to respond. We have not had any problems. I would use them again.

  We had a very positive experience with Ultra Guard. Scheduling was quick and easy and they showed up on time for the schedule appointment. The work was quick and professional and at a fair price. The install tech also took some extra time to explain how things work and wrote down some key notes for future reference.

  The Splaine technician was efficient and took less than three minutes to explain the correct key pad entries.
   Head office determined that the proposed $172 cost would be reduced to $125. My question: the "fix" could easily have been conducted telephonically, but I was led to believe that the visit might turn into a major, time-consuming effort. Why not try telephonically first?
  Trying to negotiate a lesser charge than the $125 for the three minute effort was rebuffed. At the hourly rate of $2,500, the experience was an unpleasant wake up call of having been taken to the cleaners.

  I sent this company a message through Angie's list, and left 2 voice mails before finally getting a hold of them to be told they don't do residential work.  Not that hard to respond to an email message or return a voice mail.

  They did an excellent job of explaining the options for replacing and renewing our systems, and when we selected the options we wanted, they performed the work promptly.  When some glitches showed up later (some of which were caused by a slow learning curve on our part) they came back and got things working or explained what we were doing wrong.  They were also available by phone to answer questions we had on the operation of the system.  We are very impressed with their work.

  I need a review of my alarm system from top to bottom and was looking for quotes.  I called a few companies but when I called Frontpoint as soon as they heard I was not going to buy a new system they hung up on me.  I was very surprised as they come highly recommended but I guess if you are not buying a whole system they do not want you for a customer!

  The unit was mailed to me and I installed the unit myself. I also purchased additional sensors for windows and doors that were not covered through the deal.  Installation was simple and customer service has been able to guide me through any questions I have had. I am very happy with the results of the system.
