AAROCON Roofing & ConstructionThis company is fantastic. From their customer service reps ( Brittany is so friendly!) to their technicians (Mikey and Will). They were very easy to communicate with, both thru text, email and phone. Very prompt. They even called to offer a sooner date for service due to cancellations. We ended up having to reschedule due to high wind, but they still came out just to double check it wasn't possible, called me from the van to let me know they would need to reschedule. Brittany called to book the new appointment within an hour and they were able to still do the service the same week. Mikey and Will were the technicians who did the service. They were very polite, very good at explaining the entire process, and wore their masks the entire time. They showed before and after pictures of everything they did, plus emails me copies of everything. They were great at explaining extra services ( such as we had an old satellite dish removed) and offering their annual protection program without it being a pushy sales thing. We did purchase their annual roof/gutter protection plan because the company was fantastic and we definitely want to continue to use them. High recommend!- Kathryn B.

AAmerican Home Contractors IncExcellent experience. There was a bit of a wait for an appointment, but that was my own fault for waiting until late in the fall to try to schedule gutter cleaning. The company was professional and reliable at every step, with excellent communication from the moment I made the appointment. I got a call the day before to remind me of the appointment, and then technician Mike G. called me about a half hour before he arrived to confirm that he was on his way. Mike was terrific--courteous and professional, and he followed all COVID protocols. He cleared a bunch of debris out of my gutters and explained to me exactly what the condition of my gutters and roof was. There was no attempt to sell me services I don't need (my gutters and roof are new and in good condition). He provided a written report documenting the condition of all aspects of the gutters and roof, as well as dozens of photos so that I could see for myself what everything looks like up there (thanks, Mike!). I will definitely call AHC for my next gutter service.- ELLEN F.

AJW Home ImprovementI have hired JWHI a couple of times before and they did great work. Their prices are not the lowest, but if you want the work done right the first time, they are the best. Alberto and Javier were an excellent and professional team. Alberto worked with me to prioritize the work involving gutter and drywall repairs and power washing. He offered excellent suggestions and communicated well throughout the project. While Javier was working inside on drywall repair he pointed out an area that appeared to have water damage. He was correct, and Alberto's master diagnostic skills found the source of one leak and then further testing uncovered another. I had another company make drywall repairs a couple of years ago, but they never looked for the source of the problem. The work done by Alberto and Javier was outstanding.- Linda W.

From drawing up the plans, getting the permits, inspections and building the deck and porch they took care of it all. The workmanship is outstanding. BThere are two different teams that do these services, so the dryer was scheduled first, and that guy also did the on-site estimate for the gutter cleaning dryer vent- cleaned the vent, but did not clean the dryer itself, $150 gutter cleaning-for 2-story single family home, cleaned gutters, performed water check to look for leaks, but did not find any leaks, $400 Pros- easy to reach, were able to schedule gutter cleaning within one week, while most other companies were scheduling 3 to 4 weeks out Cons- on phone, was told starting price for gutter cleaning was $150. Once the estimator came out it went up to $400- quite an increase! I was not home, so called back to ask for an explanation on the price increase, the woman I intially spoke with became very defensive when questioned, and finally stated the $150 was the starting price for a townhouse, but... I had told her on the initial phone call that the house was a 2-story single family home with walkout basement, so the back gutters were 30 feet high...so I felt that they were misleading on the inital pricing. The company I have used before gave me a quote of $250, but could not get me on their schedule for 3 weeks. In the end, I was willing to pay a higher price to just get it done within the week.
